Philips India — Received brand new philips air fryer broken | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that we purchased a new Air fryer from snap deal as a part of my wedding gifts in December 2014.We didn't open and check the machine as it was to be gifted at the wedding and we didn't want to spoil the packing. Three weeks back we opened the fryer for the first time and we noticed It was not working . We complained to Philips, they took the machine for repair but I recently got a call that the motor and fan is broken and I need to pay some 4500 Rs as the parts are not under warranty. We had paid 10k for the new machine at the first hand and now Philips is asking money for repairing a new machine. This complaint is against both Snap deal and Philips for selling broken equipments. And they have to take the responsibility for replacing the airfryer. Was this information helpful? | |||
