Dear sir / madam, I have purchased television on 9th Dec 2014 but suddenly it is not working .I call customer care & register a complaint .Your executive Visited to my residential address & Suggest replacement as repair of the machine is not possible. He has collected all the documents, photographs of the TV .& Given assurance of replacement within 6 days.They have given contact number of Mr Parvej who is taking care of this .his contact no is[protected].but he is not contactable .pls confirm when r u going you replace my television .I have spend my hard earned money but your product which I received is not upto that quality.i trust your brand .but what about after sales service .pls arrange for replacement urgently.thanks [protected] Sandeep Gawade .I am attaching all necessary documents for your reference.
