I continuous tried over phone ([protected]) by 2 (Two) days, but i have not connected the phone, only computerized voice has been received as - please wait for grahat pratinidhi (Those are busy for another call) or send message on 56363 with the mention "philips" for call back. I bought a trimmer online on 11 dec. 2016 from amazon. Now the trimmer is not working properly as the blades of the trimmer are not moving. Only a vibrating sound appeared but blades are not connected with the shaft by which blades are not moving. I want to change it asap.

I have purchased an earphone on 22nd of August and due to some issues i have deposited the earphone for replacement but till now 2 months have passed but i didn't receive any replacement against the product. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching the jobsheet for your reference. The model number of earphone is SHE3205
