Philips India — Warranty card not issued with product | |||
I have bought Philips LED TV 24' from Green Mobiles, Bangalore (authorised dealer) through Amazon. The Warranty card is missing with the product. Contacted Dealer, but no one is picking up the phone. I have just received the original invoice. Also, I have Contacted Amazon, They have suggested to contact Philips directly. I had contacted Philips Customer care for various times. Every time I contact they give me new complaint number. And there is no efforts to resolve it. Philips customer care told me to register the product details on www.poweroftwo.in to get the warranty registration. I did that. There was a message after I submit that form that Warranty registration details will be sent on the email ID provided. I didn't receive such emails. I had contacted Philips customer care for same, every time they said we will send this request to email department. There was no response yet.
