Philips India — warranty period changed | |||
Dear team, i m asutosh. My email is is asutosh. [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is [protected]. I purchased a a bulb from near by shop on 28th aug 2017. I was assured and told that it has 2 years gurantee and if its malfunctioned then it will be taken back and i vl be given a new one. He wrote the purchase date on bulb and sold me. This bulb got fused on 18th of october 2017. So i took this bulb to store and same way he put the date but he wrote the date of purchase of previous bulb which is 29th august of 2017 instead of 18th october. But my concern how can he put the date of old bulb purchase date. Please call me Was this information helpful? | |||
