Philips India — Worst Service by Philips TV | |||
Hi, We got a 32 inch Philips LED TV .I have a minor issue with the Videocon d2h inbuilt modem, when I usually switching the channels, the sound was not coming . I gave a complain to Philips Customer care as I wanted to rectified the problem through Philips only. After 2 days one technician visited my place and did something told that the TV is perfect and asked for Rs850/- as the service charge, when I checked the TV immediately, I found the the same problem and asked him to rectified it and then he did some set up change and the the display got crashed .Then he started saying that the mother board got damaged and need to be replaced . Once again he came with a defective mother board and did some exercise and once again told that he'll come with a good mother board . I don't understand the Philip's service and I feel they are providing the worst Service I have ever seen . They are only money minded. I have fully lost my trust on Philips .
