[Resolved]  Philips Tv — TV Replacement or Money back

i purchased TV on TV 31/08/2014 at Reliance Digital Pvt Ltd model_number : 32pfl4738/v7 serial_number : [protected] First Name: Anjaneyulu Last Name: Dudigam Mobile No: [protected] Alt NO: [protected] Address: H.NO: 1-6-401/1, near geetha swimminpool, chaitanyapuri, dilsukhnagar, hyderabad, Telangana, PIN: 500060 With in 8 Months the TV got break down 4 times and my TV placed almost 3 months in service center. i asked to replace the TV and they said we will replaced it but they pending it. And then i asked them they are telling we need approvals. how many days need to take approval 2 months or 3 months. please help me and give me Suggestions and how to approach court in this case. Purchased a new Philips led TV on 17 December 2016, which was installed 2 days after. But the launcher is not working.. the installation man promised he will repair it in 2 weeks which us yet to be done.. did customer service calling but poor response.. online customer complaint, worst.. no response.. shelling huge amount of money for this worst response . Never thought.. repair it or replace it.. fed up of giving complaints..
