Philips — Worst service (actually no service) | |||
I have bought a food processor( hr 7629) from reliance digital on 12th june 2015. Within three months a major part of the body got broken. I called up the call center & registered the complaint, complaint no.[protected]. On the 19th of sep 2015. On the second day a representative came and saw the problem. He told that this part (housing ) is broken & does not come in warranty. I will have to pay for the part. I don't understand how a new machine can be broken within three months of purchase & why should i pay for it when i was told that the product has 2 year guarantee. After that day no person from customercare or service center has has called regarding this problem, weather it is solved or not. I have called thrice . I was told that the part to be replaced is not in stock. That is ridiculous. Even after 15 days its not there. I really don't understand i am dealing with a big & leading brand in india philips or a company making cheap products which does not bother about its reputation.
