In 2007, i received a credit card which i didn't applied for.

I didn't used that card, but started getting statements & asking for payments.

I have made so many follow ups & i thought the issue is resolved after my last mail.

But now through my cibil score rating i came to know still the problem exists.

Please find below all my previous communications for your reference.

Since 10 years back it was handled by sbi cards, i wrote to sbi nodal officer who informed me this is resolved, but still it is appearing in cibil.

Now i understood that its being handled by phoenix arc limited.

Looking forward for your support as it's affecting my credentials.

I kindly request you to rectify this & do the needful.

One gentlemen spoke to me 2 days back & we had detailed discussion regarding this issue.

He informed me the basic outstanding is rs. 172 & other penalty charges put together is rs. 1875.

As i have not used this card at all, i requested him t cancel the charges & do the needful.

Since he refused, i agreed to pay rs. 172 - for no fault of mine.
Finally we mutually agreed that i need to pay rs. 500 & this issue will be resolved (As i don't want to keep this pending anymore i agreed to pay this amount).

He informed me that i would receive mail for the same & procedure to make the payment.

I would like to inform that still i have not received the mail communication to make the payment.

Kindly arrange to send the details at the earliest to close this issue.
