Phoenix ARC Private Limited — Settlement of credit card outstanding amount

I had a Barclays Bank Credit Card long back. I never used this card. However, in a couple of years back, Kotak Mahindra Bank called me and asked for the outstanding amount w.r.t. annual fees. The amount was paid. But, in my CIBIL data, it is showing outstanding amount of Rs.54/- only against the BARCLAYS BANK Credit Card No. XXXX7962 (Delayed by 316 days, last updated at 30.11.2011).

And another outstanding amount of Rs.1/- only is being shown against Phoenix Arc Credit Card No. XXXX7962 (Delayed by 900 days, last updated at 28.02. 2021).

I do not have the details of Credit Card now. Kindly suggest me the ways to resolve this issue urgently. either call me or write to me at me email address given below.
