PhonePe — amount debited but irctc ticket is not generated | |
Dear sir, On[protected] i have booked a train ticket from bhubaneswar to vijayawada through irctc rail connect app, and paid the amount through phonepe app. My doj is[protected]. Phonepe app shows that your transaction was successful, and the amount of rs. 850.98/- was deducted from my hdfc bank account but the ticket was not generated. I have booked again another ticket through my net banking and generated the ticket. Really that journey was very important to me and i was got tensed due to waiting list. Earlier it was shows available 09, but while my booking it was showed as rac 10 & 11. Really using phonepay is a waste of my time and money. Moreover got lots of mental tension also whether seat is available or not. Here i am submitting my debited amount in bank account for your reference. Further, i am requesting you to please credit my debited amount to my account and do me a favour in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |
