PhonePe — amount debited but not credited in bank a | |||
Even though the transaction failed (October 1 2019) the money was deducted from my bank account and when i contacte phonepe support they said that the debited amount will be credited back to you within one working day but till now (October 5) i haven't received my money. It's been four days. When will i get my money?. The transaction was of 5000rupees. I want my money back. The ticket id is 72302792. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have sent 20000 from SBI to Axis. Phonepe shows transaction successful and amount is debited but it is not credited to Axis bank. Please help me What should I do.
I called all the three people and everyone says not our problem.
