PhonePe — Amount of Rs 10k transferred in wrong Bank A/c

Dear Sir,

On 10th November I want to transfer Rs. 10k to my cousin brother but wrongly transferred this amount in other person account.

Now Mr. Rahul Thakur is denying to return this amount.
I have raised a complaint on phonepe support but till date not get any call or update.

I also visited my SBI Bank branch and Bank is saying that Phonepe will return this amount.

Mr. Rahul Thakur (receiver) received money in his HDFC bank and now denying to return this amount.
Transaction happened wrongly.
