Dear team,
I tried booking the ticket from dwarka to ahmedabad on transaction date: 08/oct/2019 using irctc's bhim upi ([protected]@axisbank) and the deduction of money was done through my phonepe app, but the transaction failed and my money (₹2689.16/-) got deducted.
The phonepe generated transaction id is mentioned in the subject line and the bank's utr is:[protected].
However, i haven’t received the money back into my account due to which i am writing this mail to you.
Hope the deducted money is reflected in my account within 2-3 days after the mail is seen in your (Phonepe) inbox!
Kindly do the needful at the earliest!
