I transfered an amount of 8000/- from my sbi account on 15/10/19 but the amount is still not credited in the receivers account as on 19/10/19. I tried to contact phonepe support but they are telling me to go to my bank and ask them and when i raise the ticket it says that the beneficiary bank confirmed that the money is credited so please could you help me to get my money back.

    I had made payment from sbi saving account to my friend syndicate bank account. Through upi app (Phonepe).
    The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but my friend didn't get any mail or message of amount credited.
    Please check and take it as high priority and resolve this as soon as possible.

    Recently before' 1 month ago on 3 sep i did a jio recharge on jio app and payment to phonepay app but recharge is not success and my amount is deducted in phonepay and bank account then i contact to phonepay cutmore they said to me we sent amount but your banking is not credit your amount in your account then i call bank cutmore care he said to me give a reference number 1964867
    My problem is not solutions soo i request please solve my problem

      I have booked train tickets through phonepe application but the transition got failed automatically from their end . They have deducted 2065.4 rupees from my bank account but refunded me only 1940.4 rupees in my bank account and rest 125 rupees deposited in my phonpe wallet. I don't want money to keep in phope wallet rather I want money in my bank account. When I called them regarding this issue they told me that they have successfully sent money to irctc but irctc unable to book ticket though its a single transition. Phonepe denying to refund the whole money in account kept 125 rupees in wallet. They are making fool to everyone. They are not returning my whole amount in bank account though its a failed transition from their site.. I have attached screenshot for the same. Please help me to get back my whole money. They are cheating with common people.

        Dear team,
        I tried booking the ticket from dwarka to ahmedabad on transaction date: 08/oct/2019 using irctc's bhim upi ([protected]@axisbank) and the deduction of money was done through my phonepe app, but the transaction failed and my money (₹2689.16/-) got deducted.

        The phonepe generated transaction id is mentioned in the subject line and the bank's utr is:[protected].

        However, i haven’t received the money back into my account due to which i am writing this mail to you.

        Hope the deducted money is reflected in my account within 2-3 days after the mail is seen in your (Phonepe) inbox!

        Kindly do the needful at the earliest!

          I made a transfer of 4000 and i got the the successful message on mobile but the beneficiary didn't receive the money in his account. And the date is 13 sep 2019. I tried to contact phonepe support but they are telling me to go to my bank and ask them and when i raise the ticket it says that the beneficiary bank confirmed that the money is credited so please could you help me to get my money back.

              I transfered amount of 10000 on oct-12 from my sbi account to axis bank account through phonepe upi platform. Transaction was successful in the app. But amount is not credited in my axis bank account and also money deducted from my sbi account. Please refund the amount to my sbi account. I called phonepe costomer care they telling they cant do nothing with that. When i approched bank they are also telling to ask phonepe poeple

                          Paid my asianet broadband bill through phonepe on 9th oct 2019. But it is still showing sending payment request. The amount has been deducted from my account. Not refunded till now. Transaction is shown pending. I went through view tickets options, but got reply due to technical issues at the biller, it can take upto 24 hours to get the final status of your bill payment. But not resolved till now[protected] i didnt get my cash back

                          I did fund transfer via Phone pe app from my hdfc bank account to beneficiary account (Axis Bank) Rs 60000. on date 12th October 2019 time 7:27pm. Two days is over not solved my problem and not credited to beneficiary account.

                                  I have sent money to my friend and money got deducted from my account and it's been 5 days now and neither i and my i friend got the money. I am looking forward to file a case against phone pe and penalize the company with this mischievous activity.. I have emergency and phone pe is just giving me we have credited the amount but where i have the statement of the account my friend haven't got the amount credited.

                                    I have done a transaction on oct 12 at 10:25pm through phone pe from my sbi account to axis bank account for the amount of 5000/-.I have called to both bank's customer care and phone pe customer care.They were blaming each other.

                                    I don't know what to do to resolve this.
