Its been 2 months i have changed my mobile number and i have updated the same in my bank accounts. The new number is now successfully linked to all my accounts, credit cards and all (I have cross verified with my bank customer care).
In my phone pe app, i registered again with new mobile number and added bank accounts in the app. It got successfully added. But, if i am trying to do any transaction, its getting failed. Its showing the error that the number is not registered with the bank.
I spoke to the phone pe customer care about the issue. He told me i have to contact my bank as they are not receiving amount from my bank so the transaction is failing.
But, i verified from my hdfc bank, my new number is updated and i am able to do all transactions using hdfc app as otp is going to my new registered number, but i am not able to do any such using phoen pe app.

      I had posted a add on olx
      One person from this number called me [protected] and told that he wants to buy the product i was selling
      Then he told me to give me my phone number then i gave him
      I don't know how to operate phone so then he gave me a pr code and told me to scan the code and your money will come to you
      As he told i did
      Then i saw the money he told that he should be giving to me was deducted from my bank account
      I called him but his phone coming switch off
      I hand only that much money in my bank account
      .

      Plzzzzz it's a kindly note from my side please take some action on this number person

        I had done a transaction twice to pay flipkart paylater due amount of 1700 on 9oct and 10oct on both transaction amount were debited from my account the first transaction was not reach to flipkart due to technical issue as told by flipkart customer care on 9th october after inquiry i had done another transaction on 10oct through phonepe, since the i suppose to get a refund of smount both flipkart and phone pe are denying to give me payment back, my phonepe registered mobile no is [protected]

          Hi,

          This is Anil, I did one wrong transaction using phonepe UPI to my friend mobile number

          But it's my friend old mobile number, he is not using that one right now but still that phonepe account was on his name only and someone using in Karnataka

          I tried to call so many times but they are saying it's a normal mobile(keypad basic mobile), they are not using phonepe, and they don't know account holder also

          I raised a complaint in phonepe also but they don't have information and they are saying contact your bank

          I raised a complaint in ICICI bank(with my bank account and information) they raised a ticket but after 30 days they saying ticket got declined and they suggesting to reach the beneficiary bank and call SBI customer care they are saying they don't have those kinds of information

          Please help me I lost Rs.6000/-

          No one responding properly Phone Pe(UPI ) ICICI(my account), SBI(beneficiary bank)

            Ticket id is 71303973.
            First the money got deducted by the phonepe account but the e-commerce site has declined the transaction.
            Then i have done the payment using another wallet.
            I've contacted that e-commerce site also regarding this transaction, they've told me that they refunded back the full amount of 2064.41rs to the phonepe account a month back, but this phonepe is not responding anything to me.
            Not giving any update regarding this transaction.
            It's been 1and half month since the transaction has done. We are college students, we have many economical aches while staying outside of hometown.
            Kindly understand and process the payment.

            I made a UPI payment through phonepay to another UPI phonepay holder. It was a successful transaction for which UTR number also generated. The money got debited from my account but the same has not been credited to receiver's account.

            Don't believe on phonepe cashback. Mostly make transaction decline first transaction and they won't issue cashback next successful transaction. Cheaters, slow app process, cannot redeem wallet money in stores.

              Mr om prakash mishra has sent rs.2000 through phonepe on 13/10/2019 to my sbi bank account [protected] in the name of ram anugrah pandey. Phonepe has sent only messege on my mobile no. Of deposite of rs. 2000/-. But no such amonunt has been credited in my account till date. Please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will be constraned to take legal action against you.

Phonepe has sent only messege on my mobile no. of deposite of Rs. 2000/- . But no such amonunt has been credited in my account till date. Please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will be constraned to take legal action against you.

                One of person cheated me through phone pay by sending qr code for the payment of his purchase but my account got debitted after scaning his qr code.
                Qr code is enclosed in the attachment.

                Request you to please take action against enclosed qr account number and also request you to refund the same amount back to my account on priorirty.
                Else i will lodge customer consumer complaint against this fraud.

                  I transferred 5000rs to another account on 22-10/2019, and today date is 29/10/2019 but phone pe shows your transaction is failed but 5000 deducted from my bank account and the receiver didn't receive any amount, i complaint to the phone about that problem and phonepe customer said that your amount will be refunded under[protected] but the time was took longer than expected.

                  I tried to pay electric bill through PhonePe app on 13.10.19. The amount was debited from bank account, but transaction failed. The app said that I'll get back my refund within 3-5 days, but till now, I haven't got back my refund. I am requesting my refund urgently as the amount is quite huge.
                  I hasn't received any otp and alert but amount of Rs.10k transacted from bank account to fraudster by clicking phonepe MTR code which he sent

                      In two transactions, i was trying to pay for orders in phonepe,
                      Suddenly app didn't responded and amount deducted.

                      Third party apps customer care person replied that amount refunded. But phonepe customer care not responded properly in one case.

                      Automated replies from phonepe are irritating and irresponsible answers for a period of a week and said that the issue was resolved.

                            I have already mase enquiry related to my money more than 2 days passed i haven't received my 8000 rs in my account. I think phone pe is doing threat with me. Not providing proper solution as i already spoke to sbi customer care they told me that it is the responsibility of phone pe to refund your amount back. So i request you to don't play with customers and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                              I made a transaction for my credit card bill payment on date 21 october 2019 but till today transaction is pending and amount of 4000 rs already deducted from my account. Already raise a request on phonepe customer care but they are just giving me date. First they gave me date of 25 october that your complaint will resolve till 25 october and now they gave me date of 27 october. I talked to simran (Cce) from phonepe she was only repeating the same thing that wait till 27th.
                              Please resolve my query.

                                I have phonepe account registered on mobile no. [protected]. I haven't used it from many months. Today, i installed phonepe app from playstore and tried to login with same no. But its showing account blocked, please contact customer support.

                                  I was recharging my Jio number using Phone pe app and paid using Allahabad Bank UPI on 9th October. My first 3 transactions initially shows pending status and become successful next day. Now, it has been 15 days and the amount hasn't reached the merchant account nor I got the refund. Phone pe is not taking responsibility of it. They are saying that we are only medium contact your bank for it, we have not idea about it.

                                    I recharged my bsnl sim with 171 plan and 250rs full talk time in phonepe platform

                                    But till now i didnt get any calls from anyone means from anyother network im not able to receive any information regarding that.

                                        I have sent 5000 rupees money to my friend with transaction id p1910211056468541251368 to phone number [protected]. Page is showing transaction successful. But recipient is stating that money not credited in the account. This transaction is pending for 2 days in phonepe app. For two days we are suffering a lot. So please look into this complaint and resolve as soon as possible. Thank you.
