    I paid the amount of rs 5000 through phone pe on 4th october 2019 to one of my friend credit card which is currently deactivated card. The status of payment still showing success and later i came to know the card is not related to me but i didn't reversed the amount even single rupees. Please reverse the amount at the earliest or please let me know the process of reversing the amount.

      dmrc recharge refund

      I recharged my dmrc card on 10th oct through phone pe which was failed and thus informed that with few days it will be reversed back to your account but still its not reverted back, infact they are just delaying the process, i'm a student who is facing this. I need my refund as phone pe and dmrc is just blaming each other continuously if one can, then please help....

      I have been using phonepe since a long time and this is the first time it happened that amount has been deducted from my bank account iao rs. 900 but not yet credited to the beneficiary account, even though the transaction shows successful. I have raised a ticket - transaction id is p1910122237243487937589. Please look into the issue as this is very harassing and not a sign for a company like phonepe.

        I made a transaction of rs 6950 on date 12/10/2019 by scanning qr code in car service center. The transaction was successful but amount is not credited to beneficiary account or refunded on my bank account. I instantly raised a ticket on phonepe app customer support system and they replied me that transaction is successful and amount has been credited to beneficiary account check there statement and i checked there statement and it was not credited there. Today i made a call to phonepe customer care but there response was that transaction was successful and we don't have any thing to do please go to your bank solving my issue. I live far from bank branch i cant visit my branch early. Please help me to resolve my issue. I am sending screen shot of transaction detail and ticket conversation.

          In my phone pay account every details are fine but there is a problem that my bank account sums is not verified on verifying the sim there is msg shown that oops check your fone balance or sms pack but everything is correct phone balance sms balance all are available but not verifying my account mo. No. Or not check balance or any transa6what can i do pls as soon as possible solve my problems

          I have done a fund transfer on 1st October 2019 through phone pe to sbi account rupee of 7900 & till time the status was very disappointing & phone pe coustomer care was given false commitment & they cheated, thing is 1-resolved within 72 hours but no response then they given another date 11th oct end of the day but there is no credibility
          My refund amount not credit last 6days. I already ask phonepe customer care about my amount refund.

            I would like to inform you that i did transaction 20000, on the date 01/10/19 then happend panding my transaction and when i did call to phone pe service and then he told me please wait on tha data 11/10/19 and then finally my transaction happened successfully but credit did not happen to receiver's and money debited my account... I am very frustreted to phone pe service please help me..

              I also contact with bank. Bank say no statement show with this. It is problem by phone pe so i request you to give my money

                I got a call from phonepe (As said by him) and he said that i won a gift card worth rs 2000 and then he said to press ok and rs 2000 been deducted from my account. So is there any process by which i can get my money back. I am providing with the screenshot of the tranction that has been done. I will be really very thankfull if you will do the needful.

                    I was logged out of the phonepe account. When i logged in initially i was allowed but after like an hour or so i was logged out again and then it showed that the account has been blocked. I have money added in the account and have been a regular user of the same. Upon sending the request to customer care there was no solution given. Kindly solve the issue asap

                      I send money to one of my friend using phone (Amount 7, 199) on 2 oct 2019. Money is deducted from my bank account but not credited to friend's bank account.

                      I contacted to phonepe support they said wait for 72 hours (3 days), now more than 8 days completed but money is not refunded or credited to receivers bank account. Transaction still showing pending.

                      I need money refund/credit to receiver bank accound asap.

                        Dear, phonepe i m happy with your service and regular updates and addition of new features. But i have noticed that when we click on any menu at the bottom of the screen it open the menu contents but when we go back we have to go back from mobile back button its not going back through the same menu.
                        Its batter when we click second time on the same menu its should back to the home page.

                          On 06th october 2019, i transferred an amount of rs 225 to a shop through phonepe app. But it was shown pending transaction and the money was debited from my account. However the transaction showed successful in the app on 09th october 2019. But till date the money has not been credited to the beneficiary account.                             I have transferred INR 5000 from Phone Pe (SBI account is linked) on 16 Sep 2019. Amount got deducted from my bank account but not credited to receiver account. I got the transaction failure message, but till now amount has been not credited back to my account. I have raised a complaint (Ticked ID:[protected] in Phone Pe Application but i have not received any reply from PHONE PE. I am requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest

                              I bought digital gold from phonepe of 449. As per terms i tried to sold it after 24 hours. But it's showed error, and refuse to proceed further. I immediately raised a complaint against it, they replied back after 2 days and they said it's the connectivity issue with gold providers. After that the did not reply me. When i called me then they request to share screenshot about issues. After that i got message from phonepe that "dear customer, we credited cashback to your phonepe wallet incorrectly. We have reversed the amount & the gold you bought with it. We apologize for this error."this message i got 9 days after my first complaint. They didn't mention this error in entire process. They reverse my transaction for gold and stealed all money without my permission and without showing that transaction on my account. This is unethical and frustrating. This is mistake of phonepe and the hold me for so long. I'm now concern about my bank account attached to phonepe, if they can reverse my transaction then they can reverse my bank transaction done on phonepe. I want all my wallet balance or gold balance which is reversed by phonepe. I have details of crediting money in my wallet but there is no details of reversal. I want my reward for my wasted time on this blunder done by phonepe.
                              They have transaction id for credited cashback but didn't show the transaction for reverse transaction.

                                phonepe and sbi bank - transaction failed but amount got debited

                                I would like to inform you that i made a upi transaction on 30th sep 2019 for the amount * from phone pe mobile bank linked with my sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account but the creditor has not been credited with the amount.

                                I have raised several tickets on phonepe, contacted sbi customer several times without any help.

                                I got a response from phonepe team that they got in touch with the...

                                On 22nd september 2019, i transferred an amount of rs 2706 to my friend through phonepe app. The transaction was from icici bank to axis bank. However the transaction showed successful in the app and the money was debited from my account. But till date the money has not been credited to the beneficiary account.                                   I was trying to transfer a amount of rs 2000/- on 29/09/2019 to account no.[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account and not credited to above said account number. Utr ref:[protected]. As per phonepe app, transaction successful message received vide transactaion id 1909292110434055672818. I have verified receivers account statement and found amount was not credited. Hence please resolve this issue immediately. Nine days over. Still now not yet resolved this issue. Now i am not confident to make fund transfer through phonepe. My mobile no. [protected].

                                    I did a recharge rs. 10 on 30.09.2019. Then i saw 13 rupees debited from my account. And then i recharge rs. 129 and i saw rs. 132 debited from my account. Every time phonepe charges rs. 3 extra.
                                    Phonepe t&c said extra charges not applied on any transaction
                                    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and refund my money and stop this type of extra charges.
