I made a upi transaction yesterday to phonpe upi of 8000 rs, the transaction is showing successful but amount is not credited to my bank account, i checked my balance, mini-statement, and on net banking also but there was no such transaction of 8000, and amount got debited but not credited. At both end the transaction showing succesful but not credited the amount and phonepe support and raised a ticket and it is showing issue resolved but...

Last night at 1:22 am my friend sent me 7500/- to me using my phonepe upi.in the phonepe app the transaction is shown as completed but i didn't receive any amount in my bank.

Also the text message he received after the transaction shows a bank account number which isn't mine.

I have no clue what has happened.

Upi money transfer of rs 8950 on 4th sept 2019 is showing successful but the money is not credited into my bank of india account. The bank of india is not taking any responsibility towards my grevieance and phone pe is still saying that the bank of india has confirmed the money transfer to that account. I have done a transaction on 4th of september 2019 of rs 4000 with transaction id[protected] still amount has not been credited on benifitiory account number. I made multiples call to phone pay customer care and they are not resolving my issue only says that money has been credited but till not credited and they told me to check with my bank i do so bank is saying that no credit has been made and phone pay says that amount has been credited...

5 SEPTEMBER 2019, 1:34 PM I have transferred Rs-20000/- to Bank of India transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phonepe and raised ticket No 68936407. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.

6 september 2019, 3:36 pm i have transferred rs-5000/- to bank of india transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account (Receiver account also my account). Contacted customer support of phonepe and raised ticket no 69172997. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved..

On 3 september i transfer money to my friend bank. Money is debited from my account but not credit to other account. Done payment through phone pe.
In phone pe it's showing successful but amount is not credit to other bank first is showing pending but after 2 days successful.

On 31th august i transfered 2000 to a contact from phonepe. Amount has been deducted from my account but still the receiver has not come updated the money. Bank is saying that the money is credited but the bank statement says still money not credited so please solve the issue and refund my money its urgent.

On 3rd september i tried to send money of rs 8000 but the transaction was in pending. On 5th when i checked transaction history its showing successfull but receiver didn not get the money. When i tried to reach phone pe they say money is credited but it didn't they say please call receiver bank. Bank also say transaction is not initiated & and they say that please contact phone pe....

My friend has sent me rs.1050/- in phone pay history it showing transaction was succesful but it was not credited to my bank account and i also communicate to contact phonepe support it gives a ticket and whwn i viewed the ticket it is also showing bank has successfully credited the amount but the amount has not been credited in bank account

I did transaction of 15000 on 31 aug, by phonepay, it shown pending transaction but later on 4 sept, it shown transaction as successful but still amount is not credited in receivers account, receiver have also contacted bank, they are saying there is no transaction with this utr number, phonepay is only saying receiver bank has confirmed, don't know what to do now, how i will get my money back,...

Someone send me 1500rs on 31st august but the transaction was pending and on 4 sep it was successful but money not credited into my account i visited my bank and told them about the same and provide them all the details but they are telling nothing showing like that and told me to contact phonepe but phonepe is telling that your bank has confirmed the transaction and amount is credited.
