Sir i would like to request you that i have to transfer a money to other account but the transaction will be failed and rs 11600 deducted from my account.
So sir i request you to kindly return my money as soon as possible sir i have an urgent piece of work.
If you not return my money as soon as possible and such suicide death will be happen.
The phonepe app is responsible for suicide death.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I was transacted 7000 repees. I got message of debited amount and successful of transaction message on phone pe app. But didn't received to by receiver bank. And my money was don't get refund by phone pe app.
My mobile number are link with 2 bank account . so what i do start my account on phone pe without change moblie number

    I transferred ammount through phonepe app, transaction got failed and money debited from my account on 14 september, they said with in one working day money will be back toy account but it's been 2 working days still i didn't get the money, i complaint about it on phonepe but no response, and ii tryed my bank they said i must need to go through phonepe app only, so i needed the money in emergence
    Please help me get my money back

      Hello team,

      4 days ago i have did transaction amount of 5000rs via phone pe from state bank to bank of baroda account
      The amount is debited from my account but not credit in other account. I have complained in phone pe also but i am not getting any response

      They mention that with 72 hour ill get back money in my account but more than 96 hours passed not got an update
      If this is digital india than how can we trust on it

        I was making payment to dharmshala flying club account on 12 september, 2019. Due to network issue the phonepe app displayed error while making payment. I had tried to process payment twice by phonepe app. At the time of making payment app displayed error both the time, a day after payment failed suddenly app displayed success in one of failed transaction.

        I request you to please return my money back, because i had made transaction to same merchant by cash payment.

          My money has been debited from my account also phonepe transaction history of both (Sender and receiver) is showing successful transaction of 14, 900rs.
          But the account balance of receiver is not updated, it is showing old balance only. Receiver checked his account statement it showed no transaction done of 14, 900rs. Please do something asap.

            Hello i done the transaction 2000 amount on 6th september 2019 my amount is debited in my account and status is showing transaction failed please refund my amount transaction id p1909061501504208775407, already 10 days completed till now problem is not resolved. When i call phone pay customercare number they are telling in yours bank problem where i have to go i am not getting bank people telling contact phonepay only.
            PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I had sent amount on 11/09/2019 to my friend on phonepe, amount is debited in my bank account but that amount was not credited to my friend account, and still that amount was not recredited, plz take a strong action on this issue and immediately recredit my amount, otherwise I'll give complaint against your company

            I had sent amount on 11/09/2019 to my friend on phonepe, amount is debited in my bank account but that amount was not credited to my friend account, and still that amount was not recredited, plz take a strong action on this issue and immediately recredit my amount, otherwise I'll give complaint against your company
            I have Transfer 900 Rupees through Phone pe app to other phone pe user, the amount deducted from my account but did not credit to receiver account. Then I registered my complaint but phone pe app not resolved my complaint. then I am a concern from PNB bank same query, but the PNB bank also not help me. please help me.

              I made transaction through phone pay app of 700+700 rs..
              Total 1400rs are deducted from my account... And it showed my transaction is failed... My money is not refunded stll now... Kindly take appropriate steps and please refund my money... I trusted this app and i mostly make transaction through this app only... I didn't expected this...

                I had purchased google play recharge code worth 100 inr but phonepe didn't send me the code it's now been 5 days i made lot of complaints through mail and through app but got no response from phonepe also i had call several times but no response from the customer care too. I got mail that please raise the ticket through phonepe app but no response

                  I had made a money transfer of amount 18200 rs on 11th september 2019. The money got deducted from my account instantly but the transaction was still in processing status. The customer support of phonepe gave me a resolution time of 72 hours but even after that, the transaction status is still in processing status. Now they're asking me to wait till september 21st to get it resolved. It was a very urgent transfer for me and the phonepe customer support is very reckless and careless about it.

                    I've faced such type of issue twice. And i've also not got my deducted amount on previous transaction.

                      I would like to inform you that I made a UPI transaction on 13th September 2919 for the amount 150 from phone pe mobile bank linked with my Sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account but transaction failed.

                      I have raised several tickets on phonepe, contacted SBI customer several times without any help.

                      I got a response from phonepe team that they got in touch with the sbi bank and they have confirmed that no amount has been debited.

                      I going in circles, phone pe is asking me to contact Sbi, Sbi is asking me to contact Phonepe, I am stuck in between.

                            I’ve made this bill payment of electricity bill on phonepe but due to some technical fault from their side, the amount got deducted from my bank and the payment also got failed.
                            As per phonepe, they have refunded my amount of ₹1, 030 but unfortunately i’ve not received any refund from last 2 weeks.
                            I’m writing this here because of the severe delay in their promised deadline.

                                  Accidentally met with a online fraud. Someone asked me transfer an amount of 1500 for the registration in indian airforce. He shown me all the details and send me details of guys who got selected from this procedure. He insured me that he will apply my file in iaf and i will be appointment as a trainee then after my training i have to give rest amount. Details of transaction which i made are as follows;

And not got refunded yet. I given complaint to phonepay bt they denied sayng we r thirdparty so go to brancgh and filled charde disputed form. When i went to branch they r saying we dnt hav such form and they cnt help for online transcation. Go to phonepay who wil b d responsible, and how i got resolve from thid situation.
