    On 3rd september i tried to send money of rs 8000 but the transaction was in pending. On 5th when i checked transaction history its showing successfull but receiver didn not get the money. When i tried to reach phone pe they say money is credited but it didn't they say please call receiver bank. Bank also say transaction is not initiated & and they say that please contact phone pe.

      My friend has sent me rs.1050/- in phone pay history it showing transaction was succesful but it was not credited to my bank account and i also communicate to contact phonepe support it gives a ticket and whwn i viewed the ticket it is also showing bank has successfully credited the amount but the amount has not been credited in bank account

        I did transaction of 15000 on 31 aug, by phonepay, it shown pending transaction but later on 4 sept, it shown transaction as successful but still amount is not credited in receivers account, receiver have also contacted bank, they are saying there is no transaction with this utr number, phonepay is only saying receiver bank has confirmed, don't know what to do now, how i will get my money back,

        Amount debitd from my account but receiver bank not received any amount..
        I sent 4600 through phonepe on 4th Sept 19 transaction shows pending but after 2 days transaction shows successful but money not credited to receiver bank they are blaming each other what should I do how do I get my money back please help

          I transferred money from SBI to Bank Of India through phonepe on 30 august 2019.But phonepe put it under pending and ask for 72 hours to settle it.On 3rd September 2019 i got a message from phonepe that transaction is successful.But till now amount is not credited to receivers account and when i contact to phonepe support they are telling me to contact to receiver bank but receiver bank is saying we dont know anything about that.Phonepe is not taking any responsibility but how can i go to the receiver bank because i have not depisited money directly to them.please help me i have urgent need of moneyTransaction no-P1908301852094509230831 Date of transaction-30 august 2019

          I am sanding Rs 100000 from my PhonePe account to my brother BOI account but he is not getting any money until today but the some amount is debated from my account
          I have made credit card payment of Rs.8, 550/- on dated: 09 Aug 19 through PhonePe credit card. Tata Credit card number: xxxx xxxx xxxx 9167. Reference number: N[protected]. I have checked my credit card account this amount is not reflected in my credit card till date. Please check as soon as possible.

            Someone send me 1500rs on 31st august but the transaction was pending and on 4 sep it was successful but money not credited into my account i visited my bank and told them about the same and provide them all the details but they are telling nothing showing like that and told me to contact phonepe but phonepe is telling that your bank has confirmed the transaction and amount is credited.
            Kindly help me

            Phonepe is always telling the same answer whatever they told me I have done that but they are not clearing my issue.

            23/08/2019 .I have transferred rs.2000/- to [protected] Bank of India a/c, Bhadrawati transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Transaction no p1908230833087495301543. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue.
            I have pay electricity bill on phonepe app but the bill process got failed and I get no refund back from this app please help me please

              Someone send me 1500 rs. And first the transaction was pending but after 4 days the transaction was successful but amount not credited in my account i contacted bank and give them all the details but they are saying that nothing is showing and phonepe is telling that my bank has confirmed the transaction and amount has been credited
              I am feeling frustrated

                i am harshal rinke, i was made a transaction on 31st august 2019 at 7.08 p.m of Rs 5000/-. the money is not credited to receivers bank, after raise a complaint they told money will reflect in 3 working days. then i get the message of succesful transaction but money is not credited in receivers bank nor in senders bank. i visit bank they told no transaction is happend in this account. phonepe customer care support making fool o[censored]s. kindly register my complaint and help me out of this. please expedite.

                  Hi,

                  I did a transaction of worth 15000 rs on 31st august. The amount got deducted from my account but the receiver didn't receive it. The receiver's bank says they didn't get any such amount.

                  Phonepe says it is successful.
                  My bank (Standard chartered says it has nothing to do with it as it is related to upi)
                  Receiver's bank (Boi) : denies any such transaction.

                  Hi,

                  So far no one helped me here . The bank says since the transaction has been made through phonepe (i.e via upi) they cannot help me here . Phonepe says it has nothing to do with them .

                  I am chasing these people like a dog but for no help . Who the hell is i am supposed to talk to now, who is going to help me out here. This is so frustating and at times i feel if this is how customer's should be treated .

                  If not getting help here, next i am going to file a case . This is getting out of control now .

                  Here i have attached statement of Receiver's bank statement where the transaction couldn't be seen . If someone is going to help me out here .

                  31/08/2019 I transfer the money using phonepe you transaction at that time transaction shows pending but money was deducted.
                  4/09/2019 it shows transaction successful but money didn't credited to receiver account..
                  I contact phonepe, receiving bank, sender bank but all are blaming each other...no one is taking responsibility.

                    I had transacted an amount of rs 24000 on 10.08.2019 my utr no is[protected]
                    Ticket i'd is 65943996.
                    My money debited from my oriental bank of commerce account but when i inquired from andhra bank money is credited there but instantly reversed. For some time i think automatically amount will credited but after lodging complaint charge back in obc bank i got the information from bank that money is not credited in there account contact vendor. My complaint rejected.
                    So please do the needful and reverse my amount as soon as possible.

                      I had received payment from icici bank saving account to my brother. Through upi app (Phonepe).

                      The amount is deducted from my brother bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, & also transaction successful receipt my phonepe history but bank balance is not be update.

                      Please check and take it as high priority and resolve this as soon as possible.

                          I tried to transfer money(5000/- rs) using PhonePe to one of other account (both the accounts are with same SBI Branch), as i completed the process of transferring the money using the PhonePe app i thought everything went smooth but later on i realized that the money was not received by the other party. Then i came back to my app and saw that its showing as the transaction is successful. On reaching the PhonePe Customer Care/Support they told me that for my transaction UTR no is generated and i will have to take this number to the Bank and ask them to check what happened to this transaction . On reaching the SBI bank branch where my account is registered, the bank employees told me that they cannot do anything with this UTR number and i have to raise a complain with the PhonePe App itself. Now i have already spent 3-4 days of my time in this process. As this is either the Bank issue or the issue with the PhonePe which i cannot decide.

                            I had tried paying out my electricity bill on 27th aug through phone pe app but after successful debit of amount 440 from my account i have received a text message from phone pe that the transaction has been failed and i will get the refund soon. I had also contacted the customer support and they assured me i will get the amount within 1-2 days but haven't received the same. I raised the issue on mail also but after every 24 hrs they are keep sending me the mail that the issue has been resolved kindly write an review. Even they are forcing me for doing this. Kindly look into the matter and help me out. Ticket id generated by them is 68459552 and my contact number is [protected].

                              M phone pe user phone no [protected]. Phone pe has been running a scam n fooling people with fake offers where no money /scratch card gets credited. I received an offer where in if i scan n pay at any shops i will receive scratch card, mentioning any merchant (Not explaining merchants registered with phone pe). Even after making transaction i was told that merchant is just a user of phone pe!! There is no exclusion mentioned about users not considered merchants in t&c clearly?? \to my horror when i asked phone pe to delete my account, they refused to do it. Nor they were able to provide any nodal officer details, other than support email!! Phone pe claims they are right to keep user personal details even i[censored]ser wants to delete/uninstall phone pe!! I have not only been cheated but also harassed by phone pe. My personal info such as phone no, transactions, bank account no, upi id, etc is stored in phone pe app. I dont see the need to hold this info, i[censored]ser doesnt wish to be associated with phone pe. I like to phone pe to delete all my personal info along with compensation for cheating & harassing me!! Transaction id :p1906181738322489156079 merachant : bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd.. The transaction i made was to a merchant and its named "bharat pe". Terms and conditions states offer valid for any merchant!! "cashback is only applicable on paying to phonepe merchant qr code and not bharatpe qr code." phone pe doesnt pay cash back but gives excuses!! My phone no is been used by phone pe for marketing purposes. I want phone pe to be completely banned as its unsafe and also pay compensation for cheating and fraud.

                                I have referred a friend in phonepe but didn't get the cashback. Phonepe is saying they have downloaded using appstore but i have send link using whatsapp and they clicked in it and downloaded. When i am contacting they are like i will update issue today and they will say i will update tomorrow like this they are postponing the date. They are cheating in the name of cashback of refer and earn.

                                  I have transferred rs. 140 to a daily shop owner. The amount has been debited from my account and after raising ticket in the app, it shows "pl check the receiver's bank account". It also shows transaction successful but the shop owner is saying that he has not received the amount, infact he showed me his phone pe app and bank account even. The amount is not credited to his account. When i called customer care, they said that i have to visit nearest sbi branch and fill a charge back form to get refund,.
                                  What kind of response is this..?? This occurred due to technical glitch in the app transfers so why should i go to bank??

                                      I transferred 10000 rupee to rajubhai khemabhai Chaudhary (patel)but he not received payment and in my account cut 10000 rupes so I complained for refund my 10000 rupees I call phon pay customer many time but not give me satisfy answer and call for bank and also bank, it's say it's a thirty party issue it's not solve this problem so I humble request to you sir solve my problem.
