    Sir I have already paid my electricity bill through my phonepe on 4th June 2022 and Transaction ID T2206041139357795112081 Rs 764/ and another transaction ID T2206041139016786191023 Rs 150/ both the bills are not paid still now and I have not return my money back.

          Sir i am buy ticket from ethiopian airlines but third party can’t receive my money is deducted from phonepe 40, 716 rupees, in end my ticket automatically cancelled, airlines they refund all money, from phone pay i can’t receive my money in my account

              On 3rd august I made a transaction on phone pe to auto driver for Rs 122 but at that time I got. A message of transaction failed then I paid him again but after two days on 5th august I got an email for successful transaction. So basically the amount was paid twice. I got a complain registered with phone pe. At thier app. I got information to wait for 3-5 days. But money was not reversed. Then I filed a complaint in my bank. They rejected my complaint by saying that the transaction was successful and cannot be reversed now as I have to report them within 5 days. Now bank as well as phone pe both are denied for refund.                       Show rent paid through credit card but not received by the beneficiary

                      I paid rent through my credit card on 16th of August 2022 first it got stuck in processing then on 18th morning got cleared and showed successful but not received by the landlord...

                        Done a payment of ₹10/- (Rupees ten only) through SBIePay Lite (Payment Gateway) and used UPI as the preferred payment method and scanned QR with PhonePe to apply for RTI Act 2005 in official website (https://rtionline.gov.in/). Amount deducted from the bank account. But didn't recieved confirmation email/SMS from RTI website and even registration ID also isn't generated. That RTI website is designed & developed by NIC. Immediately I raised complaint in NIC website, Informed bank costumer care. Raised ticket in PhonePe. Raised a complainant in through Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS). Also submitted the issue to National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and complained to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). No response from anybody. Only NIC is responding for my emails. NIC also sent a notification to RTI website team. They're not responding for my email and also for NIC's email. Amount is deducted from my account. But even I don't know weather it reached the right destination or not (RTI website bank). But I'm sure that the money should have been in the account of RTI website. I want to get confirmation from RTI Website team immediately. I'm worrying a lot about this payment. Kindly please try to understand my situation and try to solve this issue as fast as possible. I want my registration ID right now or refund my money back to my account quickly.

                        Issue is resolved. But neither because of raising issue in National Consumer Helpline (NCH) platform nor because of registering complainant in ConsumerComplaints.in. I had sent mails to NIC (National Informatics Centre) and also registered complaint in NIC Service Desk, SBI (State Bank of India) team who were not at all responded, PhonePe team and also raised a complainant in Public Grievance Portal which was later marked as closed by replying that the issue is due to internet connectivity even though it's not due to internet connection related issues. But only NIC team had responded to most of my emails. I sent so many mails to RTI website team, but no use. Even though NIC had sent 3 or 4 emails officially to RTI website team to address my issue they hadn't responded. Finally after a lot of struggle they sent me the confirmation email and registration ID as well. By this way I'd applied for RTI for the first time. Anyhow thanks for being with me in this journey. ConsumerComplaints.in website needs a lot of modifications in both the front-end functionality as well as back-end too... Being a web developer, cybersecurity expert, I'll be happy to let you know the suggestion to improve the website and to assist you. I'll send you those suggestion later through email.                           I paid someone Rs 2000 through phonepe on 10/08/2022 at 8:11 p.m transaction id is T2208102011119059863963 The money got debited from my account but the receiver did not get the money in his account. The transaction status is showing as pending/processing and there has been no progress. I have attached the screenshot as a proof. Please help me get my hard earned money back.

                                    I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 03rd July'22, Some transactions of a total amount of Rs.75, 240.00/-(Approx.)

                                    I beg to inform you that this transaction was not carried out by me in any physical or online form. I am quite surprised to mention that this might be a fraudulent transaction. I am sharing all transactions derails and Cybercrime branch complain also and i have already raise a complain in my bank on 4th July

                                    I request you to kindly stop all payments from my bank account till the date this issue is resolved.
