I booked train ticket on 18/07/2019 via phonepe app, but transaction failed amount debited from account at that time. I raised compliant againat this issue to phonepe customer support. But still issue not resolved amount not refund. Phonepe ticket reference no is 64205906. Every time they extend deadline date. Very poor response from customer support.

    I have complaint for not having refund of failed transaction rs 500 19 jul 2019. (Debited from my bank account but not refund in my bank account)

    I have already raised the complaint through mobile app (Ticket id #[protected] but resolution and refund yet not processed although they had say google play
    Recharge has been purchased but there is nothing so please refer below mentioned details and refund the amount as early as possible.

    I am unable to sell gold on phonepe. Yesterday I tried to sell the gold but they asked to wait for 72 hours. Today also they are asking to wait for 72 hours.I urgently need the money.

      I have updated my my phone pay app.after that i m not able to send money to other .and my kyc is also done nut still system is showing error that your kyc is not updated please update your kyc.
      I've been trying to add my syndicate bank account in the app but there is a problem every time I tried to add it. It is going well till the UPI ID is saved But problem arises here when I set the UPI password. Can someone Help me with this?

          Someone has done fraudulent transaction from my account.
          My SBI account has been debited by Rs. 5494 on 19.07.2019 vide upi ref no[protected]. Kindle get the same credit into my account ASAP.
          Transaction no-p1907031220310943985363 date-3 jul still pending and 5 jul is success but reciver bank said not credit the amount, my branch said contact phonepe or phonepe said contact your branch 25 dayes left but dont solved my problem please solved my problem

            On 17 July I have Transferred rs2000 to other Phonepe account through my phonepe account. Due to technical error payment failed. after 8 days completed i can not get my money. Phonepe customer care inform me ask Bank to refond the money and my SBI bank also denied me to this matter. Bank tell me Phonepe can return money. Because Transaction success from SBI.
            Already i have called 4 time to Phonepe and connectrd Bank 2 times. Please do the needful.

              I made a transaction on 23.7.19 for renewal of my railway season ticket and the amount was deducted and didn't got my season ticket. Again i attempted the transaction and completed the transaction successfully. My amount got debited from my bank account twice for one transaction.                 I've been using phonepe wallet for the past 1 month actively. I've made a transaction via phonepe wallet. The money which i sent to my brother was debited from my canara bank account. But when he sent it back, my transaction history shows the money is credited to the account. But the money is not still credited even after 5-6 hours and days respectively as it occurred twice. What should i do now to get my money back. And the customer care is telling that the bank has already credited to my account. Similar incident happened to me 4-5days ago. So even after 5days, the money has not been reflected to my account.
                Actually they are cheating us and making fun o[censored]s. Their customer executive was very rude to me. Is this the way a upi app should function?

                  Transaction showing successful but not credited in receiver's account. Look into this matter. Didn't expect this from phonepe.
                  It's been 5 days back that this transaction made. What should i do. Should i wait to be credited or chargeback in the bank.
                  Amount was 50000. Hope my problem will be solved soon.

                    I made payment for my credit card bill from phonepe app & it deducted the same but when i confirmed with the status with my credit card operator they mentioned 'payments made through phonepe app will take 3-4 working days to reflect in statement. Also when i called phonepe operator they mentioned the same. I never knew they have this policy & also they don't mention it while paying the bill.

                      On 21 July 2019, I did one transaction of Rs.***** from PhonePe App, money got debited from my account but did not get credited to receiver's account.I called PhonePe customer care, they said money has been credited to receiver's account.Receiver updated his passbook next day still it was showing no amount has been credited. I have register complaint in both the banks to check where my money is stuck.still not getting any leads.

                        2 days ago (22/07/2019) my friend transferred rs. 2000/- to my pnb a/c. But amount not added to my account til now. I raised a ticket (No[protected] regarding this problem but they said that the transaction no. P1907220051411187238214 is confirmed by the bank but the amount not credited to my bank account. They keep saying that you have to deal with the sender's bank. Kindly look into this.

                          On a electricity bill phonepe advertised pay-scratch-win. I paid through them and i got nothing reason it was not a verified merchant code. When i asked how i get that they are like when you visit and merchant associated with phonepe you see pe qr code from there only you are eligible. When i asked them where it is written in terms and conditions they had no answers. I asked them to delete my account as i dont wanna use their app they refused to delete. When i asked why they didn't reply. Why i cant delete my account its my will whether i want to continue or not.

                            I have mane the payment through bank PhonePe on 7th July 2019 of Rs.4500. The amount got debited from my account and the amount has not credited to the beneficiary. It’s almost 23days since I did the payment. I have not Recieved my money back also and the beneficiary is also not got credited.i have attached the recievers bank statement through the PhonePe ticket.                               On 15th july 2019 at 3.08 pm i transferred rs.10000 from my icici bank account to my friends iob bank account by using upi id through phonepe. But amount got debited from my account and not credited to my friends account (Name:aravindhan)
                              It has been 8days now but i didn't got my money back.

                                On 16th july 2019 i have made a recharge to my airtel number for rupees 48 from phonepe app and its successful and the amount was debited from my account. But i didnt got recharge money from airtel i called airtel customer care and they told me to contact phonepe.

                                I contacted phonepe about this issue and they said they will refund my money within 5-7 working days but till now i havent got my money.

                                There is zero response from the customer care too.

                                  I bought gold on 20 july worth 13k rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet.
                                  I am trying to reach customer service from morning, they are not even picking calls. Worst support they are providing. This happend many times. I hope phone pe resloves my issue asap. Or else i have to take action

                                        M phone pe user phone no *****. Phone pe has been running a scam n fooling people with fake offers where no money /scratch card gets credited. I received an offer where in if i scan n pay at any shops i will receive scratch card, mentioning any merchant (not explaining merchants registered with phone pe). even after making transaction i was told that merchant is just a user of phone pe!!There is no exclusion mentioned about users not considered merchants in T&C clearly?? To my horror when i asked phone pe to delete my account, they refused to do it. Nor they were able to provide any Nodal officer details, other than support email!! Phone pe claims they are right to keep user personal details even i[censored]ser wants to delete/uninstall phone pe!! I have not only been cheated but also harassed by Phone Pe. My personal info such as phone no, transactions, bank account no, UPI id, etc is stored in phone pe app. I dont see the need to hold this info, i[censored]ser doesnt wish to be associated with Phone Pe.I like to phone pe to delete all my personal info along with compensation for cheating & harassing me!! Transaction id :P1906181738322489156079 Merachant : BharatPe[protected]@yesbankltd..The transaction i made was to a merchant and its named "Bharat Pe " . terms and conditions states offer valid for any merchant!! T&C doesn't say selected merchants/shops!! "Cashback is only applicable on paying to PhonePe merchant QR code and not Bharatpe QR code. " This is not mentioned in T&C !!
