Yesterday i sent 3700 rs from my phone pe account to my brother phone pe account, the money deducted but not credited i sent that money for medical emergency don't play with people's money i want immediate refund or money should credit to my brother account because of this incident i never want to use this phonepe service i badly want response from them

I'm trying to do withdraw of my phone pay wallate since last 2 months but not working due to KYC Details are pending.
This facility is not working on phone pay app

      1st i got a message 3 days you will be credited then 5 days then 7 days with 2 hours they are telling 10 days

      Very poor service playing with public fund

      I transferred Rs.1500 through Phonepay app on 19th Feb 2019. The money was debited but it was not credited in received account. I have already contacted Phone pay customer care for 5 to 6 times thought the money was not credited to my account or receiver account.

        Initially phone pe said the amount debited will be credited back in 3 days. Now 5 days are over. I have called up customer care. Now they are saying wait for 8 more days.
        I have transferred this for emergency purposes but transaction stuck with pending status debuted but not credited.

                I got massage from phonepe 3-5days refund amount will be credited, buttime is already over, till now i didn't get refund Rs.5500. Phonepe is a bold lire service provider.                   I have done a recharge for my delhi metro card on 03/03/2019 and the status of the recharge was pending, but the amount was debited from my account but the recharge was not successful. Even i have earned a scratch card for that transaction on phonepe. But now it is not showing any transaction like that in the transaction history and the recharge is also not processed as i have checked with delhi metro for the same. The customer care is not responding. They're just asking the transaction id. If the transaction is not visible in the transaction history, neither i have received any mail regarding that recharge, then how would i provide them the id? I even have provided the transaction id of the scratch card to get the link from that and have even provided the transaction id anyhow, but they are just circulating the same message again and again and now after one week, they say that the recharge was successful. But then why isn't it received by the delhi metro and why is it not visible in the transaction history then? Hereby attaching the images of the delhi metro machine as well as scratch card and other details i am having.

                    This issue is there from 8th march 2019 and till now they have not resolved my issue. everyday they are providing next day it will resolve. please take action on this and help me in getting my money back as they have kept transaction on hold.

                      I booked 06 tickets from phone pe app of irctc against pnr no. And details as follows but all were in waiting list after chart preparation only 04 get confirmed out of 06. So as per rules i cancelled/ file tdr for rest 02 tickets 04 hours prior to departure.

                              I made a transaction of rs. 5000 on 26th of january around 3.00 pm (Transaction id: p1901261459337455328627). The amount was deducted instantly but beneficiary not received the amount.
                              Transaction was pending till 4th feb in phonepe app. So i asked the beneficiary to check his account balance on 4th feb. But still he not received the amount. And also my account is not credited with the same amount till today. So i tried to reach the customer care several times. But there is no response from you guys. So please do the needful. Thank you

                                  At the time of transaction I used wrong IFSC code but the bank account mentioned was correct. The amount has been deducted but the amount has not been received by the beneficiary. If the IFSC code is been written wrong then how the transaction didn't failed.
                                  Phonepe Didnot paid to the department of electricity, it shows successful message after my transaction but later to know that through the next month when bills out the paymeant becomes double including before charges not, updated or phonepe didn't paid my money

                                      My frnd has send me 5250 rs and it got debited from his account but i didnot received it yet. Can you pls resolve this issue asap.
                                      Please help me to resolve this issue and let me know what else information you need you can call me directly as well [protected]. After this transaction my frnd tried sending me 1 rs and it got successful i didnot understand what is the issue with last transaction. Please look into and resolve this asap

                                      I haven't got any mail or call from company phonepe and they are not listening my issue I call there customer service but executive says the problem is from Bank contact them and when i contact paytm Payments bank they said contact phonpe.
                                      If phonpe shows that transaction failed then this is his responsibility why my money deducted from bank.
                                      Kindly help me my issue is still not resolved
