I had transfered money to my friend on dated 11/02/2019, ( UTR No.[protected] Transaction amount of Rs. 4250 app shows the transaction has successfull. But Money is not credited to recipients acc at least please reverse back immediately or transfer to recipients acc, kindly for your information this is not first time happens, there so meny issus in your phone pay app. This is my worst of worst experience ever i seen, in future we are not use this app. Kindly request you to please do something fast, that is taking to much time, thank you, For ready reference i attached here transaction details screenshot.

Customer care executive call me and says that i have call a grivience department and told to them to solve this iss by giving the utr no or upi no like so and so, i had tried this more times but they are saying they are not able to help to solve this issu, i have call the phone pay customer care, , they are one of the mediators that solving the problem, , , now i m to much tired from that service and my problem is not resolve yet.. This is very bad experience

    Hi

    I paid the amount of rs.663 in the medical shop through phonepe.
    The merchant said no amount received although the amount was debited from my account.
    So i paid the same amount again from phonepe app.
    For paying 663 rs my account got debited twice for the amount of (663+663)
    Rs.1324.
    I contacted phonepe customer care on the incident day but still now i didnt get any proper response from them.
    My refund has not yet received till now (18 feb 2019) after 16 days also.

      Phonepe wallet was debited without authorisation rupees 1022.94/- for @grabon via @flipkart on 14/02/2019 23:25pm received email/text/order history, for the record i do not shared otp.@rbi guidelines upto 10000/- refund in fraud scam. The incident was too fast an otp 6 digits came in a fraction of seconds phonepe app opened paid away automatically and finally i received a statement of transaction. There was hardly any reaction time and flipkart executive said i will get my issue resolved. A day later another executive calls and asked to wait as she circulate the issue to higher authorities. On the other hand phonepe says to lodge an fir in local police station and ask them to send it to phonepe's cyber crime division. What is this? Please help

        I'm using phonepe for a long time.
        Yesterday i suddenly got a message from them intimating that my account is blocked and to contact customer care.
        I did the same thing but they replied me that my account has been blocked due to security reasons but they didn't mentioned anything. I have some balance in my wallet. And i have not violated any terms and conditions.
        Help me to get my account back.

        ON Date 29/12/2018 Transaction of rs. 10, 000/- It was failed but amount debited from my bank account as per their conditions in 5-7 working days the amount will be refund but till I didn't get money.

            I made an electricity bill payment through phone pe (Bharat bill pay) on 23 rd january, the money rs -3407 deducted from my current bank account, but the payment has not been done to jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam ltd, really very disgusting, since i m waiting, neither the money was returned to my bank account and nor to phone pe wallet, i called phone pe but still no resolution has been done. Phone pe executive on customer care number told me that sbi is saying that amount is not deducted, how sbi can tell them this about my account details, that. Whereas i shared the screenshot of the deducted amount rs 3407 from my account, phone pe not fair, if the transaction failed, why did the money did not come to my bank account. Becoz of your mistake and negligence late payment charges are also levied, immediately refund the money with penalty.

            Pl refund my money back asap.

            Request the refund asap.

              I had sent 11000 inr to my brother's account on 8th february 2019. The money got deducted from my account but was not sent to my brother's account. I instantly connected to phonepe support and informed them of the issue. They replied saying it would take 3-5 days to either get transferred or be refunded to my account. It seemed to be a prerecorded msg.

              Till then i have sent them numerous reminders and queries for resolution of the issue but they don't even reply.

              I have not yet received the money neither did my brother.

                    Yesterday i bought gold of 9900 rupies in phonepe when i try to sell my gold it shows after 24 hours you can sell the gold when i tried after 24 hours then it again shows due to some thenical problem you can not sell gold please try after 72 hours i have to sell my gold and take money from it.                       The money I got from rewards in my phonepe wallet, i am unable to withdraw amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem.

                      The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

                        The eligibility criteria is not correctly mentioned.
                        It only mentions a condition of a credit card payment done through only BHIM UPI payment only.

                        I did the payment through one of my BHIM UPI id to receive the Cashback.
                        But i did not receive it.
                        So when I contacted the helpdesk, they gave the reason stating it should be PhonePe BHIM UPI and not any external BHIM UPI.

                        My problem is why this was not mentioned in the Eligibility criteria itself.
                        Thats the basic need for a successful transaction to receive Cashback.

                        PhonePe is playing with the consumers by hidding the basic criterias.
                        They should have duly mentioned in the Eligibility criteria itself that only PhonePe BHIM UPI is valid.

                        They are cheating the consumers by hidding such information.

                        On asking this on the helpdesk why such basic thing is not mentioned in the Eligibility Criteria. They responded saying, they have mentioned it in their Terms & Conditions section.

                        And when u go there, its generalized as PhonePe linked bank account.

                        They are really cheating the consumers.

                        The basic requirement of PhonePe BHIM UPI itself is missing in the Eligibility criteria.

                        They are clearly playing around with the language to evade off from Cashback.

                        Thats really pathetic.

                          So many times i have complained to phonepe at their [protected]@phonepe.com about deduction made by phonepe with no cause. I have given transaction details and they go on replying their autoreply mails, but problem not at all solved. I give below the debit transaction from phonepe which pl help me to get back these amount to my bank account:

                          The above two have been debited by phonepe without my permission and there is no records in the history about these transactions.

                            My friend creadited to my account 1000 rupees on feb 2 2019 later its trasaction done automatically from my account i called to sbi customercare but they said this complent undergoes phonepe problems then i called customer care moretimes but they didnt respond to recall back then how i will get back my money i waited upto 11days but i didnt receive any call from phonepe and didnt get back my money please respond my problem

                                  I have sent Rs10000 /- to my cousin to pay fee . But it was debited from my account and not received by the receiver . It's been 3 days but not credited to my account or the receiver account. While I'm calling to the customer care they are not connecting and giving music for a long time and then sending a message like " sorry we missed a call from you " . Is this the way to respond a customer . Customer care service is really bad in phone pay app

                                        I have made payment of Rs. 7, 500/- to Mr. Sukhjinder Singh in Union Bank Of India ON FRIDAY, 08.02.2019 using phone pay mobile application . The transaction Id is P1902081813450737266291. The payment amount has been deducted from my account but the same has not been credited to the transfree's account till now.

                                        Please Check and refund the amount asap.
