24 january i, transferred rs 10009 with the ref id p1901242118283648839877 in my account through phone pay app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debbited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to my account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer made and on connecting phone pay customer care they told me that transfer was successful and afterwards what happend we do not know.
10 days has been passed and money has not been credited to any of the account.
Please provide the solution.

    I have transfered money, transaction showed successful but money was not credited to reciver. Executives were not reponding... Phonepe chat was not responding.. How can users connect you people. I have transffered amount of 19000 payment went pending for three day after that phonepe notified that the payment is successfull to me and reciver but the reciver did not recived money account. Executive was not reponding to us properly.. Pls provide us some help

On that day it shows that the transaction is pending but on 5th february i got a message from phonepe that i was received the amount from xxxx. But the amount is not credited to my account...           Phonepe customer care is not solving my problem for wallet closer. My 9, 900 rupees has been stuck in phonepe wallet from 4 days and they didn;t solve my problem. I want my money back in my bank account anyhow.
          Phone customer care told me that your wallet closer has stopped due to some reasons, you have to wait for 72 hour. I tried it after the time period but it has not done. Now the customer care replied me that this issue will not solve without kyc. But the kyc problem already occurs from phonepe. They again told me that please retry it, i have do it on the spot but the didn't able to solve my problem. They promise me to call back by their senior but they haven't call me back.

            I deposited 5000 rs to sbi upi id the money is deducted from the bank but the reciever hasn't recieved it yet.
            Checked with the bank they cannot help as it is a third party app.
            I deposited the amount on 2 feb.
            Tried to call the phonepe support, no help there as well, actually no one picked the call.
            This never happend to me while using other app, bjt in complain i can found way too many similar kind of complaints.

            Please resolve this as the user require the amount urgently.

            My Cousin's son deativated my Phone Pe wallet by mistake. PhonePe not given any option to reactivate it again. I am losing my cash back received from transactions. And also they are not giving option for deleting the account. This is too bad...

              2 days back i have transferred rs.25000/- to [protected] sbi bank a/c, bangalore j p nagar branch transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 40140286. When i contacted them they said check with sbi bank. And i have contacted sbi branch they are telling since its 3rd party app they will be not having any details details should be phonepe transaction no p1902021915048699664744. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue

                Hai..I have transferred RS.555 to my friend.. the amount has deducted in my account but not credited to the receiver. Please look into this issue.

                  I sent amount rs 2500 with transaction id: to transfer upi/dr/[protected]/arunaku/sbin/[protected]/payme, to account no [protected]. (Ref/cheque no. Transfer to[protected].
                  The amount credited and reversed (Ref: to transfer upi/rev/[protected] from his account immediately. But the amount rs 2500 was neither returned to my account nor to receiver account.
                  Attached screen shot of the receiver account regarding reversal of money.
                  I checked with both sbi & phone pey representatives. But no response. It was almost 8 days completed.
                  Please confirm whether i will get my money back or not.

                      I was sending money through your app. Money is deducted from my account but receiver does not get the money... It shows transaction pending in phone pay app... I waited 4 days..                         I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 10000/- from bank of my Axis Account to state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 7th January (Transaction id-P1901240923393832134616.
                        Utr[protected].
                        After the transaction the money credited to sbi account and after a few minutes that rs. 10000/- auto debited from sbi account with showing a description
                        "to transfer UPI/REV/[protected] TRANSFER TO[protected][protected]"
                        But that money neither credited to Axis Bank account nor to the state bank of india account.

And they dont get to pay any extra charges for this late money refunding they if they are investing my money they are buisness but i have not give any profit they also keep there buisness high and they do create problems customer...                                       I have the above mentioned account with your branch. I would like to inform you that, on 20th january, 2019 i did an upi transaction (Transfer) of rs.2800/- by using phonepe platform from my said account to another account. But the transaction failed hence i got an instant message if any amount has been deducted from your account the same will be credited within 4 to 5 days. But it is almost 12 days gone, i am sorry to say till date the amount hasn't been credited to my account. While making calls to phonepe customer care they are replying your bank has credited the amount in your respective account. But the same hasn't credited to my account as on date. So kindly look into the matter seriously and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
