I had booked train ticket from irctc and from payment section i the mean of payment chosen was phonepe. Amount was deducted from my Bank Account but ticket was not booked. As the ticket was not booked I am expecting a refund of my money. The Phonepe account phone number is [protected] and Transaction id: C1901030947341765932477.
Kindly look into the matter and reply asap.

    Wrost app this is.. I am very disappointed using phonepe i have done transaction of rs 1663 from the same the amount has by deducted but not received by othar with whom i have done transaction.. My transaction id is - p1901021012315365655439 i have raised complaint they said your problem resolved and no any amount deducted from your account but its wrong i lost my 1663 rupees i will not use this app anymore nd not recommend to others

        As we would like to inform to you that this is worst company i have transfer amount for my friend o 17 dec but still not credit in receiver account. It was no a first time i have also paid my credit card bill through phone pay that time also payment has been take more time for credit so, i want to solution

        As when i call on customer care they suggest to me to contact branch and apply for charge back, but as my bank said after payment successful there is no any charge back facilities for payment sucessfull, so this is my final request please solve my issue i m suffering from last 15 days.

          18th of december i had pay to medlife rs 1192.33 through phonepe upi. 1st tranjuction was not received by medlife but phonepe acknowledged me that tranjuction is successful & amount was debited from my acount. I had pay 2nd time to medlife same amont through phonepe upi was successfully received by medlife. But till now no amount (First tranjuction) credited to my account.

            On changing my number from bsnl to jio several times... Stil my bsnl number got recharged for rs198 and hence again i have to recharge my jio number. I need my refund back because its not my fault.. On changing the number several times this happened.. So very bad experience. I need refund of rs 198 back on my account. I have raised a complaint to phonepe customer care service also

              Dear sir
              1. I have done a transaction vide utr no:[protected] on 20th october 2018 for 507.45 to red bus vide utr no:[protected]. However red bus failed to book my ticket and initiated refund on the same date, 20th october 2018 to phone pay vide ref no:[protected]. You are requested to initiate repayment of the said amount at the earliest. Any other information if would be required from my end be intimated to me so as to obtain the same from red bus.
              2. It has been almost two months delay in repayment. I would like to bring in to your attention that if no favourable action initiated from your end, i may require to approach consumer support authorities for redressal. It is truly embarrassing that your customer support have failed to render necessary assistance through telephone on 30th december 2018 despite of wasting my 35minutes time. As a customer, i have a minimum level of expectation from your end that would help you to sustain in the prevailing market scenario. I would definitely take a call before doing any further transactions with your organization. Such a pathetic response for your organisation would be informed to my colleagues and friends so as to refrain from doing business with you.

              Phonepe linked mobile number [protected].As per above photo copy till the amount was Not transferred to My ICICI credit card. Today is the last date (02.01.2019) to deposit.That's Why I send the money yesterday.please take immediate action to avoid the penalty by the ICICI Bank. I Hope you will send feedback for me.

                All i want to say that this is worst company i have ever seen. They can't refund my money as well as i didn't get my cashback upon their terms and conditions. I have done recharge from jio app through phone pe by putting jio vouchers so phone pe terms and conditions were if i do recharge above 300 rs. I will get 50 rs cashback on first recharge but i didn't get my cashback and also i have added my debit card on phone pe app so they debited money from my debit card as they say they will return my money but i didn't get back

                  I did a transaction but the status is pending for 3days, when i assist for support they are not responding. When i call to their customer care number they are not responding too.in this case what am i suppose to do. How could my transaction be successful. Please look at this matter. I want either the transaction to be successful or credited back to my account. Their cold response make me feel unsafe about their services.

                    money credited and auto debited but not credited again

                    My phonepe mobile no. [protected]

                    on 20/11/2018 i have requested an amount of 1400 from my sbi connected bank account, to my phonepe account, and this amount is deducted from my sbi account three times, and following are the UTR number:
                    1. UTR:[protected] and transaction id : SBIC22908A8A974430C955BDCAB2E1470A1
                    2. UTR:[protected] and transaction id : SBI9347D4EEF77C492A9BC20E33B08F2EEB
                    3. UTR:[protected] and transaction id: SBI0937D7FA9BF747E4A946F9AE1698F80C

                    all these transaction of an equal amount of 1400 rupees and that is successfully debited from my account, and credited to phonepe account,
                    and i applied for GPAT exam fees of 1400 rupees of only one form, then where the remaining amount goes?
                    the website of ntagpat.nic.in recieved only 1400 rupees amount of one forme that is successfully filled and recived, the transaction id of ntagpat are as follows:

                      I have done a transcation on 16 december, but from my phonepe account first it was pending and after few time its showing successful but the money has been not received by receiver, but amount has been credited from my account, i have make calls to phonepe also they are saying its not our fault go to bank, bank saying phonepe can only handle this
                      Please provide me the solution for this

                        I have made a transaction in myntra on 25th december, 2018 using phonepe payment app and paid through credit card.
                        Later i realised that there is no cash back and also not showing any transaction details either in myntra and phonepe transaction history.
                        I contacted first myntra and they said phonepe has to respond on the transaction. So i keep contacting them on support page and provided all required details except the transaction id, which i didn't capture it.
                        But these buggers keep copy paste the same reply saying that 'please provide transaction i'd and phonepe number...' don't these guys has any sense how they copy/paste the same reply multiple times.
                        Can't they track the transaction details when i have already provided my phonepe number. How to trust these kind of payment apps when they can't track a small transaction.
                        These phonepe guys really cheating the customer with improper applications and just trying to attract the customer by showing as some cashback etc.

                          I was booking a ticket through irctc. The payment was to be done through phonepe. The app crashed in between.
                          While the payment has been completed and the money has been debited from my account, the ticket booking is not showing up.
                          Kindly look into the matter.

                                I had done a payment through phonepe for 1 transaction to irctc to book a ticket, the amount got deducted but ticket has not been booked. When i raised a ticket regarding this in phonepe that phonepe is not at all responding to the replies i had sent see the attached screenshots of phonepe reply no reply from them i had also attached the failed transaction and succeful payment screenshots. Waste of phonepe never use this app.. Fraudster very disgusting that they are playing with our money.

                                  My father had got a call from mobile no.[protected] and he asked for debit card number and otp. He had transferred amount Rs 9999.00 to his phonepe wallet. By taking to customer care i got to know that this number is registered to phonepe. I request you to please refund amount to my father account. I had complained about this to police station and had all the transaction details and transaction number. Please try to refund the amount.

                                    There was a offer on Coolwinks.com that if you purchase a eyeglasses using Phonepe payment gateway within 25 Dec 2018 then you will get Rs.1600 cashback.
                                    So I purchase a Eyeglasses from Coolwinks.For that I used new Coolwinks account, new Phonepe account which is configured on new mobile handset. But still I didn't get any cashback from PhonePe.
                                    So I called customer care of Phonepe, firstly they informed me that, it's a technical issue so we are forwarding this issue to Technical dept and you need to wait till 27.12.2018. So on 27.12.2018 I called Customer Care once again they informed that you can't get cashback because you already took the benefit of this offer. But the reality is that as I informed you above, for this offer I opened a new PhonePe account and configured it on my new phone. so there is no question of taking benefit of this offer. So here I want to mention that Phonepe is clearly chatting me by giving such a silly answer.
                                    I also wrote mail to PhonePe but they gave me the same reason.

                                      I booked two tickets on irctc app using PHONEPE app. Both the tickets got canceled and the amount was refunded from irctc as I checked from their site. It has been more than 8 days but the amount is not refunded till now. Whenever I make a call to PHONEPE consumer support helpline number their reply is that To wait for more number of days. They are just increasing their timeline. Help me with this issue a soon as possible.
