Phonepe has a running offer from 01/01/2019 to 31/01/2019 for first cesc electric bill payment for kolkata as per offer on first electric bill payment they were offering scratch card and cash back anywhere between rs.50 to 1000 if paid by cards or upi but not only by wallet. I paid my first cesc electric bill on phonepe on 10/01/2019 as per there offer but nor have they given any scratch card nor have they given any cash back which should be atleast minimum rs.50 to anywhere upto 1000 and on reporting to there customer care they are saying that scratch card was offered but there was nothing in it and asked me to see the terms properly. I have seen the terms properly and i conclude that this people are cheats and they are only giving offers but u will never get any cash back as per there offer. So i request all to beware before falling prey to this false marketing offers.

    I made payment of electricity bills amounting to rs. 790, 320 & 470 on 26/12/18 from my cr. Card. I received message of transaction failed of said amounts on 11/1/19. Please see the matter very seriously and reply to the earliest. Let us know why you need 15 days to fail the transactions after deducting amount from my account. First time i use phonepe app and my experience is very bad.

      I had pay amount of electricity bill and mobile recharge but transaction failed and amount have debited. Suddenly phone pe app compliant and refund the amount to message them, few minutes replied your refund amount was credictrd with in 7or10 days. But now itself refund amount has credicted. What is the solution of refund amount

      I have received two successful credit, but it's not credited in my account I have attached the transaction detail in the attachment. I have lost my 8950 rs form last 5 days and no one listen to me phone pay sends me to bank and bank send me to phone pay,
      Please my money refund. But not successful transfer. 14 hours pending.
      Previously I complained about the balance which was deducted from my account but it didn't got transferred to my friend's account . I am still waiting for the results to look into the matter. I didn't get any positive answers yet. It's our money who is loosing not yours. It's better if you checked and look into the matter seriously. I'm really discouraged with this app.

        My friend sent me 880 rs for some time the transaction was in pending but after some time it was successful and amount is debited from his account.
        Even i got a transaction success in phone pay app transaction but the amount is not at all credited into my account. I raised a ticket but there is no replay from the customer support team since two days.

          Dear team,

          I paid electricity bill on 5th december'18 through phonepe, debited from my icici bank account.

          Amount is debited from my icici bank account, no.[protected] but it is not yet credited to msedcl (Billdeskpg. [protected]@icici.), upi ref no[protected].

          I called customer care immediately after making the payment, when i realized that amount is not credited to msedcl, and customer executive said it will be credited to soon.

          Afterwards i haven't got any call or mail from customer care, it's really pathetic service.

          Kindly help me get my money which is lost.

            My transaction issue failed and my money debited is not refunded from the last 4 days. I have send a big amount and they are not taking problem seriously. Actually i havr send a 10000rs in canara bank but transaction is failed and amount is debited from account, i am concerning from the last 4 days but they are not taking problem seriously. I am very tense about this issue. Providing information that your amount is not debited how such a company they can run. Not taking phone calls and not replying in mail. Such a bluff they are creating and making fools to customers.

                The amount 2600 rs in which I had transferred haven't credited in receiver account.when I had contacted phone pay then Saide to contact the bank .but when I contacted the recepeint bank they said me to contact the bank in which amount had been transferred .but when I contacted them they said amount has been already credited to receiver bank and we can't do anything 😭.
                So please help me to get my money back

                    I have done tatasky dth recharge on 09th of jan 2019 for rs 1360 for one of the tatasky subscriber but it was not recharged, when i cross checked with tatasky technical team the team said they have not recieved amount from billpay team even after 16hrs.

                      Hi, my friend sent me 1000. When the sender sent the amount, i brought a new phone and my older indian bank account in the phonepe was not activated. The sender received the message 'transaction failed:'. Then i have activated sbi account in phonepe and after sometimes the previously transaction failed message turns into transaction successful. Meanwhile i too received the notification that 1000 is credited to indian bank account while only sbi account is configured in my phonepe.                           On 4th jan 19 i have made a transaction of rs.10000/- to canara bank. But it was in pending status from three days after three days on 7th jan 19 it came with transaction successful. But till not credited to the receiver account.                             I have paid BESCOM ( Bangalore Electric Supply Company) electricity bill for the first time using PhonePe app. I got message for cash back. But the cash Back is showing "Processing". I have waited for 12 hours after succesful transaction. The money has reached BESCOM. I tried to contact the customer care but I could not reach them.                                     Hi phonepe,
                                    I have transfer a fund to my friends on 4th jan 2019. The amount got deducted and not credited. And i have register a complaint same day and you have register my complaint and said our person will call you with in 5 hours but return call came after 24 hours. The person said that it is not our mistake it is mistake of bank wait for 3 - 4 days and your amount will be refund. If not go to bank and contact there and same person is saying that you don't know the process of gateway and how transactions will be there first off all make knowledge about transaction and talk to us his name sarvesh and further details he has not provided. Is this way to talk to a customer?
                                    Still on 7th january 2019 i have approach to bank and i have register complaint there also and they said that from our side the process has completed. Further process phonepe has not done.
                                    Now almost 6 days has completed still my amount has not refunded.
                                    As per rbi rule if you see if the fraud occurred regarding transactions within 24 hours the amount should refund and with in 3 days still the process has not completed the company should pay the amount to customer.
                                    Mistakes of phonepe as per rbi rule if any fraud or complaint occurred the person can register 24/7 and 24/7 you should be available to the customer and you people are not providing only up to 11:00pm.
                                    If people want to talk to you, we want to wait up to minimum 5 hrs. Is this way to provide service?
                                    And finally my ticket which provided is 35167769

                                      Sir i made a transaction on 4th of jan 18 at that time it was in pending status on 7th of jan 18 my status was that your transaction is successful, when the receiver checked for money in his account it was not credited and balance is also deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible because this transaction is very important for me
