I was recharge my wallet for use in flipcart sale. Payment is not done via this [protected]@#ing wallet always.
I have also called phonepe helpline several times, there is no solution for me.
Now I want to withdraw my money back into my account

But the problem in Phonepe App Whenever money is transferred to the bank account, the message comes for E-kYC but when i go for E-kYc there is message comes "Sorry, E-KYC servies are temporarily unavailable please try again later. i am in trouble in last 30-40 days because my money is hold in phonepe wallet.

When i research about the issue I found that the problem is that their phonePe App because outher UPI have all the facilities in and E-kyc done.

If phonepe did not fix the problem in two days And if my money does not come in my account in two days then I will take necessary action against Phonepe.

    I blocked my account due to duplicate account. Now i want to unblock again but phonepe customer care ignore my request due to illegal activity. I want to know about this illegal activity bt they cant define this illegal activity. So please provide me other govt complain address where i can do complain against phonepe. I am suffering this problem before 20 days.

    Very very bad. Account is blocked by self and now they told illegal activity so account is not reinstant. So i want to know about this illegal activity and all detail. I want tk talk with technical team but every time ignore my call.

      I have recahrged with rs. 399/- on jio by using phonepe services. I have applied a promo code for flat rs. 90/- and the condition was that its applicable on upi or upi+wallet balance. I had rs 180 in my wallet and remaining amount paid by my bank ac. I have not received any cash back till now and when i aksed for help they denied and told me that this offer was only applicable on upi payments. I have the screenshot of the offer guidelines in which they have shown that offer applicable on upi and upi+wallet balance.

      I'm not able to send money wallet to account .But, I already complete KYC .
      On Saturday I add money in Phonepay wallet but Phonepe not give option to use wallet money.
      Phonepe is fake company.

        Sir i top up a wallet with rs 14500 to buy a phone on flash sale but i was not able to do so as there was limited stock
        Then i wish to withdraw balance from wallet i withdraw rs 5000 first
        Then i tried a lot to withdraw the next balance from wallet but phone pe is declining the payment from last 72 hours giving security reasons
        There is no response from phonepe representative
        So plz help me

          blocked my account for no reason

          Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. I have 50 rs wallet balance and 2 of my transaction are in pending status. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot....

          This is kishore royal from kadapa-andhra pradesh i have sended money to my friend from phonepe account. Amount is debited in my account but could not credit in my friend account totally debited amount was rs.47600.00. Again mobile recharge rs.50.00 that also not recharged total amount is rs: 47650.00 i am already compliant to phonepe customer care 6 days ago but amount was not credited in my account. So please solve this problem as early as possible

            I have purchased gold from phonepe, and am trying to opt for deliver the same to my home address. Its saying its not possible and you have to wait for 3 days to start the process (+10 days). When i enquired the customercare, they say u have to wait as they dont provide any such details. And interestingly, they say that policies would be there at the time of registration. How come someone remember the policies lifelong. I started going through the app terms and conditions, policies, no where its listed asking me to wait for 3 days.

            I have called to the customercare team again, one guy spoke with me and he was reluctant to disclose his name and he said to me "if you ask my name, i will disconnect to your call", and nextime i spoke with another guy, he kept me on hold for 30 min and at the end disconnected my call without complete information.

            Iam not able to withdraw amount to my account, it was showing kyc services are temporarily unaavalible. actually i completed kyc to my number. But when i tried to withdraw amount it was showing fialed.

              After transferring 5000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem.

              The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

              Please my money was refunnd me i cant afford to recharge its unneccesary go please refund my money its happened unneccesaryly idont want rechange please refund my money of last transaction i am not ready for the last transaction i just want my money back i hope u will help me and gave me my money back please

                I have purchased a gold of quantity 3.0281gm for rs.10, 000 in the gold offer section. And, when i am trying to sell this gold. Then, it automatically displayed out like:;

                Actually what happened to this related issue i don't know. Please help me regarding this issue to be resolved out as fast as it is possible. Regarding with lot of thanks!!

Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem.

                  The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

                  Same with me, I added Rs 6000 and I'm unable to withdraw. It says ekyc is unavailable. When I contacted customer service, they said it will be back soon but it's already a month now. I'm frustrated and tired of waiting. PhonePe is a fraud company and needs to be reported.
                  Please help me soon. The same withdrawal problem.

                    I had made upi transaction through phone pe from my sbi account no [protected] to allahabad bank account of rs 30000 on dt 10.04.2018 but transaction show pending but after 3 days it shows successful and amount not credit concern account. I have tried solve the issue through customer care but they don't have any solution and told do at your end. Please help me.

                      I try to transfer money from my account to phone pe through phone pe to my friend account when I am trying to transfer money complete your kyc even though after filling kyc no customer service response...so I tried to buy gold in it andi try to sell that still it was saying after 72 hours when I am trying to buy they don't warn me to check the terms and conditions.

                      Worst customer service phone pe before I started to login it takes lot of time around one hour

                      I had paid my electrical bill with transaction id NX[protected] but didn't get any receipt of bill so please send me that copy on my email [protected]@gmail.com i want that receipt for my personal record or proof of bill paid for pgvcl. Otherwise my connection will cut by pgvcl

                        I tried to pay my water bill of rs.193 and it fails continuously 3 times after that it shows in app that your money has refunded to your bank account but after showing my bank account now credit was their from phone pe. My ticket number is 11072590, 11096009 and status showing in phone pe app is resolved. I don't understand how they update my status as resolved without any credit to my bank account.

                            On 11/04/2018 at 02.36 pm i was called by in known number who was asking for personal data and debit card and otp. He was pretending to be a government officer working in sbi bank. He was notifying me about my kyc that i have not made it in my account so my account was blocked. To unblock my account in bank he asked me for otp. He was continuously asking for otp for 2 to 3 times. The fraud transaction has been taken place transaction id[protected] amount is rs.19999 on pos ppnepopplcybs, transaction id[protected] rs 9999 on yesbank and transaction id[protected]. Without my permission the transaction had been took place. Please find out the hacker and inform me so that i can take further steps legally towards him. Thankyou

                              Hi,
                              I am not able to withdraw balance and kyc services are down for phone pe.
                              Kindly either give a time line or find a way out that i can withdraw my amount.

                              In addition to this, the customer care support is help less,, they keep on repeating same mugged up lines. Support team is not providing any kind of help. They have sent me more than 5 mails with same lines, kyc services are unavailable even after asking them kindly mention the time line, till when these services are disabled.

                                I have a login problem. Am tried to login my phonepe account some error is occured that is:sorry the registered sim card wasn't found on your device. Please insert the correct sim card and try again. Am alredy. Contact the custemer care they suggest me to switch off or uninstall you phone pe after that re install. Then again same problem is occured please send a complaint to phonpe website. So i tried to send a complaint and with this i enclose the error screen shot copy. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have contacted the phonepe customer care several times they didnt replied to my complaint. Transaction is done on april 4 till now no updates from their side. If you didnt consider this, i will complaint it, i dont like to go for that way. So please help me.

Bank account se amount debit ho Gaya but ABI take credit nahi hua.mera T.D(1802280632550070208764)h or UTR.no (N[protected]) h phonepe me credit so kar Raha but account me ABI take credit nahi hua. Please sir mera amount credit karne ki help kare.mera amount.443 h.

                                      I had added 6500rs in phone pe wallet and i try to send to my bank but unable to send it due to kyc pending and the kyc server was down for 4days above even though they not giving the timeline to clear the issue. Without kyc i am not get my money out of wallet. They simply cheating my money. There is no proper customer care to clear the issue just saying saying it may take 4 or 5days. Very poor service

Money was deducted from my account, I wrote so many complaints in your app, but there is no correct response. Give correct response.

                                      From two days I am not able to login.
