PhonePe — incomplete payment

I have made payment towards my tata sky account on 08/12/17 at 4.28 pm of sum 2190 rs but still i not get this payment. At phonepe app it shows ' sending payment request ' till today. Transaction id is nx[protected]. Pl resolve this matter immediately. I email to phonepe but not any response from them. I call to consumer care they tell me our system is down for 2 hrs pl try after two hrs. How to get my money back pl do needful....

PhonePe — amount not credited to citibank credit account pay using phonepe

Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is for your reference.

Like every month, I have made a VISA MONEY Transfer from PhonePe to my registered CITI BANK credit card on 3 dec 17. The transaction was successful as per the PhonePe website that day and my money debited. But, till now the money has not been credited to my Citi credit card account. Because of this i am being charged late payment as well as interest charges by CITI...

I did my adani gas payment using phone pe.
Somehow transaction was failed from your end.

However transfer from my bank to phone pe was done properly and money was debited from my bank account.
Your app was faildd to proceed forward.

Please give me my money back asap. I have no money to pay adani gas.

    I recharged my jio number [protected] on 24th nov using phone pe app as they offered rs 75 cashback. My transaction id is nx[protected]
    Its my first jio recharge as well as first transaction through phonepe app.
    To my surprise they gave me just 30 instead of 75.
    I have logged complaint on same day but didnt solve it yet. They ask to wait for 2 days and they did so for 4 times. Every time i call they provide me with another date but they dont resolve. They are cheating their customers

      I pay bill of my credit card of rs 18918 and the transaction was successful on dated 03.12.2017 which is my last date to pay bill and the amount was debited form my account. But the amount was not credited to my credit card account. I make complaint to phone pe but there is no response i make many mail to credit my amount in credit card statement but they did not response. Due to bank penalise me with the amount of rs 800 and credit was blocked....

        I pay bill of my credit card of rs 30300 but the transaction was not successful on dated 03.12.2017 which is my last date to pay bill. Amount was debit form my account on but not reverse. I make complaint to phone pe but there is no response i make many mail to reverse my amount but they did not due to bank penalise me with the amount of rs 2400 and credit was blocked. When i call phone pe to talk with executive they disconnect my phone or if they talk they hold my phone for 1 hrs. I make call to phone pe 5 times in a day they torcher me on phone calls i humbly request to reverse my money but they give me time of 7 working days i asked my credit card was blocked and bank will unblock my
        Card after i make payment of rs 30300 i am a salaried person and belong to middle class family i request to phone pe executive that i cant arrange of amount of rs 30300 it is a huge amount for me but they not understand my problem i asked who bear the amount of rs 2400 which is penalise by bank they denied so please help me to file claim of rs 2400 on phone pe and reverse my amount of rs 30300 urgently.

          Phonepe offers credit card payment within 5 seconds, believing that i made a transaction of 10049 rupees to my credit card using phonepe on december 2, transaction id: nx[protected]. Money has been debited from my account but did not credit to my credit card. Today is the last date for payment if they didn't do it by today i had to pay fine for that. I called them many times and they told me it will be resolved on or before december 5. But it is not done till now.

          i done my credit card payment on 01/12/2017 through Phonepe but so far it not reflecting my credit card statment. there is not proper customer care service also. but it show transfer done. Very faurd service.

            I tried to transfer funds from phone pay to my account. Transcation got declined and the money got debited from my phonepay account... Tried reaching phonepay but they have provided fraud number which never gets connected. Always says you are in the que. The total amount is 1, 499 to number [protected]. If i will not get refund in 24 hours i will file a case in consumer court as i have screen short of decined transcation and also my account...

            Guys don't download this app, they all are thief. They don't accept there fault and never refund your amount. I recharge my two jio phone number 399 each. But after showing transaction fail, they recharged and cut twice the amount. 798+798. When i tried to complain, after holding 30mins they cut the phone. And at last they didn't even took any complaint. So save your money and don't download cheap app and waste your money. Regards tarun dutt...

            Myself bharath. P, i have recharged jio plan rs 459 using upi through phonepee (Indiaideas). Transaction was successful and, debited money. But not recharged on my jio network. I am asking on jio customer support. He said problem in third party account. So i am called to phonepee. He didn't no response. So i have mailed to phonepee support. And again i am recharged to phonepee app. Transaction was successful and recharged....

            Dosto i have done a recharge of 250 on 2dec 17 bt recharge is not successful till the time when i called customer care of phone pe they told me wait for 24 hrs bt after 24hrs problem is nt solved then again i called after 24 hrs nw this tym they told me wait for 6dec. Nw on 6dec i don't knw what they will say. Means dosto no support from them my transaction i'd is nx[protected].
            I have done recharge for my Jio number [protected] on 28 December through phone pe but it hasn't done please check the status

                My mobile no. Is [protected]. I had done the transaction of rs. 399 on 20 oct 2017. Transaction id is nx[protected]. The transaction was failed. I have called so many times on customer care. Everytime i have to wait for minimum 40minutes to contact with phonepe executives. But i didn't get my refund yet. You are just raising issue and giving 7 days to resolve it. After 7 days they are again escalating issue and giving 7days. Ultimately no resolution.

                  Its been more than 12 days, refund from flipkart has not been credited to my phone pe account. On 14-11-17 two amount rs565 and rs542 has been refunded from flipkart to my phone pe wallet out of which rs191.5 and rs50 should have been credited to phonepe wallet but it has not been credited while difference amount has been credited to my creditcard account. Even after making so many complaint and various mail they are just covering their timeline by dropping mail stating that issue has been resolved and amount has been credited.                     I transferred rs 10000 on 30/10/17 through phonepe mobile application from one of the hdfc bank to another beneficiary account. Transaction was failed on 2/11/17, even after 25 days they have not credited refund to my account. I called phonepe customer support many times but they are not taking seriously. They are just raising issue and giving 7 days to resolve it. After 7 days they are again escalating issue and giving 7days. Ultimately no resolution.

Mene phonepe company ko. Complaint register karne ke baad bhe solve nahi ho paye. Costomer care ko phone he nahi lagta he company ke kaha tha 24 hours me hamare costumer care executive
                      Aap ko contact karenge. Par abhi thak costumer care executive ka phone nahi aaya costumer care ko phone lagta nahi. Company ko mail bhi kiya he par mobile no. Or link mangne par dene ke bat koi response nahi diya

                        Flat 50% cashback for first transaction of airtel payments bank through phonepe was not received. Transaction done during the offer period mentioned and was an eligible transaction as confirmed by the customer support.
                        A complaint was registered regarding the cashback not received on 8th nov and they gave a tat of 48 hours and then 24 hours and again 24 hours and then now infinite tat, stating case already escalated to relevant team and no response from the team yet.
                        I made a transaction of 150 for which a cashback of 75 has to be received which i did not receive as per the offer fulfilling the t&c.
