When im trying to update kyc details to wallet it showing that server is unavailable and try again. Please fix my problem. My phonepay number is [protected]. Other services provided by phonepay is very good and helpful, now the only problem is i cannot withdraw wallet money because of this problem and in thinking that you will resolve my problem as soon as fast

I was pay electricity bill via phonepe app but i have not received payment receipt on mail.. i want payment receipt on [protected]@gmail.com this mail.

My self Mr. Jitendra singh rathour I have transfer the money amt Rs 20000( twenty thousand dated - 24.02.18 from my acct no to sbi acct Mr. Virendra singh rathour, and debited my sbi acct.

So to reverse my debited amount at the earliest

    After transferring 6900 rupees to Phonepe wallet, I am unable to use the amount. It says complete the KYC. When trying to do the KYC the app says "e-KYC services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem

    The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

    I added money to my phonepe wallet for transfer it into the bank. But its not working .. it gives me error and i have completeted my KYC still its not working

      unable withdraw wallet balance

      Worse app ever. Always transaction
      Failaing. And service for customer is
      Also worse. Unisnstalling it. Dth
      Recharge failed at the end day of
      Recharge. Recharged and duducted
      Double balance.
      And after 10 days of discussion with
      Customer care they told me to go to
      My bank and claim my money
      Myself. They couldnt do anything.
      And if transaction again failed they
      Couldnt do anything with that. It's
      My bank problem.
      Out of7 transactions 3 transitions
      Failed. Dont install this application.

            I made a payment of rs 16, 999 on flipkart using phone pe on 28th of march and my amount got deducted and where as no order id was generated and then i called phonepe they are saying that transaction is successful you should contact flipkart, when i contacted flipkart everytime they are saying it has been forwarded to higher team more than a week has gone but no action is taken aganist this.

                Please try to add train booking option to book the train, because this app will help the user to make the payment very easily and this will provide cash back also. So please kindly add the irctc train booking and flight booking options. This is the bug i found in the app. And i have cash back problem, now only i reached the mobile using a wallet but till now i didn't receive my cash back. So try to solve my problem as soon as possible

Location was showing by his phone no.[protected], at ATM MARCHOD BANK, West Bengal. Pls.refund my Rs.9999/- as cheater was dong purchase from Phonepe Pvt. Ltd. Cheater stole my Adhaar ZNo., Debi Card No. and he asked me to tell OTP. He was saying that he is speaking from Bank. His name is Rahul Sharma. This name may be wrong. Cheater can change his name. one transaction done of Rs.9999/- by OTP. I immediately reached my bank and blocked my ATM CARD by the manager. Manager asked his employer number of bank. Fraudy/cheater could not tell his employer number and stop talking and aft er that I went to Police Station, I lodged a complaint against cheater/ Fraud of Rs.9999/-.

                      I had try to railway tickiting by using upi of phonepay.at 27/03/2018 i had been book tickit on irctc site .all information had filled up and trying to payment with phonepay UPI, charges were cut but transition didnt completed, so please refund my amount

                            I have done the payment of rupees 10000 on UPI payments platform phonepe the transaction status is failure but the money has been debited in my sbi account and didn't credited in my beneficiary citi bank account. please help me regarding this i have contacted my sbi home branch they are telling that the money has been debited in you account and didn't credited to my account it seems and if i contact to beneficiary bank they are telling that we didn't receive any amount like 10000 to that account it seems and there is no any holdings of 10000 rupees on citi bank in beneficiary account it seems. I have contacted the phonepe too they are telling that we didn't hold any money of 10000 rupees and i have contacted the UPI payments mumbai via mail they are telling that the money has been credited to beneficiary bank it seems I have provide below all the snapshots with proof what they have given. If everything is okay where does that my money goes please help me regarding this issue.

                              I am Mrigendra Panja. on 22 december 2017 I am doing a transaction amount of 2500 rupees from my phonepe wallet to my bank account. but after that phone app shows that transaction was succesful but till now in 2018 my amount did not credited in my bank account(bank of baroda).I am also contacting my responding bank support centre but they did not find any such transaction that credited in my account. when i am contacting phonepe via email they did not resolve the issue and they extend the date to resolve the issue. as of now my issue is not resolve . I am also contact through phone but they also extend the date to resolve the issue. Now its no more to contact them so i am now complain for this issue through consumercomplaint .I am demand to refund my amount of 2500 rupees.My transaction id-P1712221429298963944483(for your ref.)

                                I added rs. 15000 to my wallet in phonepe for purchase from a flash sale on flipkart. I was not lucky enough to crack the sale. So i decided to withdraw my amount from wallet back to my bank account. But i couldn't. They again and again saying that due to technical errors/securities concerned, please wait till 05.04.2018. That's a complete extortion by them as my rs. 15000 are going to be blocked for 9 days for no reason.
                                I want my cash back immediately.

                                    My name is abhishek dutta.
                                    Right now, i'm submitting a complaint regarding a payment issue of an order placed by me on flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com) on 15th march. The order was for a mobile phone battery amounting to rs. 449 and it was sold by seller 'onlinesiddhi'. The order id is od[protected]For your ref.).

                                    Now, coming to the main issue, when i was placing the order, i chose phonepe wallet as payment method. When i made the payment for the order, my money was instantly debited but the order was unsuccessful and it showed "payment pending". As i was in a an urgency of getting that product, i tried to reattempt the payment. This time, money was debited again but the payment and order, both were successful.

                                    So now, as there have been 2 payments for a single order, its their basic duty to refund the first pending amount of rs. 449.
                                    But, the sad thing is they haven't done it yet. It has been 7 days from that order, my item has been delivered, but still they don't bother to refund it.

                                    I contacted them almost everyday. When i called phonepe for the first time, they said that they don't have the money and they have transferred it to flipkart. When i called flipkart later onwards, now they turned the table for me and said "we didn't receive any extra amount from phonepe. Please contact them for refund". For 7 days, i have been hearing this and recently, the have started giving dates after dates for refund. But, they have constantly failing those dates right now, and giving a new date every time.

                                    What the hell on earth is going on? I'm a very busy man and i have a lot of work. For how long should i keep calling them?? Will i ever get my money??? I'm extremely hopeless and confused right now.

                                    If phonepe doesn't take necessary actions, i won't bother facing them at district consumer court!

                                      I had made purchase on flipkart's big billion day sep 21st 2017 for a dslr camera with order id - od[protected] for an amount of rs 43490/-.
                                      The transaction was done via phonepe wallet for which i got rs 100 cashback. I cancelled the order on the same day as i was in no need of such expensive dslr as i am a beginner. Flipkart says the refund was reversed to my phonepe wallet. I dont have any money in my wallet except rs 100 cashback.

                                      I raised a issue with phonepe with a ticket #2278736. They simply give a reference number which has nothing to do with core banking system and say refund was done to the bank account with which i transacted while placing order. They told me to check with my base branch with that reference id.

                                      When i checked with my bank's base branch, they are saying the reference id has nothing to do with core banking. We cannot track anything with that and asked for a unique transaction reference (Utr) number with which transaction related things can be tracked in core banking system. Also assured money has not come to my bank account.

                                      If i ask phonepe people regarding utr no response from them regarding utr, they are simply quiet and not responding.
