I made a payment of rs 16, 999 on flipkart using phone pe on 28th of march and my amount got deducted and where as no order id was generated and then i called phonepe they are saying that transaction is successful you should contact flipkart, when i contacted flipkart everytime they are saying it has been forwarded to higher team more than a week has gone but no action is taken aganist this.

    My account has lost more than 12, 000.. Transaction showing pending.. I should refund... Showing pending, even after 4 days of transaction... The money has been reduce from the bank account.. But they did not receive the money in my friend bank account... If i do not get the money, then i will complaint further... So think about my complaint early...

      Please try to add train booking option to book the train, because this app will help the user to make the payment very easily and this will provide cash back also. So please kindly add the irctc train booking and flight booking options. This is the bug i found in the app. And i have cash back problem, now only i reached the mobile using a wallet but till now i didn't receive my cash back. So try to solve my problem as soon as possible

          Please Refer my complaint dated 21/23.03.2018 As I have already told you that cheater stole my data and transaction of Rs.9999/- was done. Location was showing by his phone no.[protected], at ATM MARCHOD BANK, West Bengal. Pls.refund my Rs.9999/- as cheater was dong purchase from Phonepe Pvt. Ltd. Cheater stole my Adhaar ZNo., Debi Card No. and he asked me to tell OTP. He was saying that he is speaking from Bank. His name is Rahul Sharma. This name may be wrong. Cheater can change his name. one transaction done of Rs.9999/- by OTP. I immediately reached my bank and blocked my ATM CARD by the manager. Manager asked his employer number of bank. Fraudy/cheater could not tell his employer number and stop talking and aft er that I went to Police Station, I lodged a complaint against cheater/ Fraud of Rs.9999/-.

            I anaveerappa s/o veeranna, bsc agriculture student. My friend mr. Vinayak patil ([protected]) send an amount of 2300 rupees to my phone number [protected] through phonepe on 27/03/2018 at 8:05 am.
            But problem is amount is credited to unknown account xxxxxxxxxx33448 utr :[protected] his name is sreerangaraj ([protected]), he said ok you can get your money from your bank no objection from my side.

            27mar pending recharge jio. No cash. Back no refund my wallet
            I had try to railway tickiting by using upi of phonepay.at 27/03/2018 i had been book tickit on irctc site .all information had filled up and trying to payment with phonepay UPI, charges were cut but transition didnt completed, so please refund my amount

                Today march 30, 2018 around 10am, i tried to pay my electricity bill using phonepe app from my mobile. But the payment was failed, so i tried again. Again my payment was failed. After few minutes rs.890 was debited from my bank account twice (I. E totally rs.1, 780) was debited from my bank account. But the electricity bill payment was not paid, only my money was debited from my bank account twice. I have attached some photos for your verification. I would be grateful if you look into this matter as soon as possible and i request for refund.

                  I have done the payment of rupees 10000 on UPI payments platform phonepe the transaction status is failure but the money has been debited in my sbi account and didn't credited in my beneficiary citi bank account. please help me regarding this i have contacted my sbi home branch they are telling that the money has been debited in you account and didn't credited to my account it seems and if i contact to beneficiary bank they are telling that we didn't receive any amount like 10000 to that account it seems and there is no any holdings of 10000 rupees on citi bank in beneficiary account it seems. I have contacted the phonepe too they are telling that we didn't hold any money of 10000 rupees and i have contacted the UPI payments mumbai via mail they are telling that the money has been credited to beneficiary bank it seems I have provide below all the snapshots with proof what they have given. If everything is okay where does that my money goes please help me regarding this issue.

                    I am Mrigendra Panja. on 22 december 2017 I am doing a transaction amount of 2500 rupees from my phonepe wallet to my bank account. but after that phone app shows that transaction was succesful but till now in 2018 my amount did not credited in my bank account(bank of baroda).I am also contacting my responding bank support centre but they did not find any such transaction that credited in my account. when i am contacting phonepe via email they did not resolve the issue and they extend the date to resolve the issue. as of now my issue is not resolve . I am also contact through phone but they also extend the date to resolve the issue. Now its no more to contact them so i am now complain for this issue through consumercomplaint .I am demand to refund my amount of 2500 rupees.My transaction id-P1712221429298963944483(for your ref.)

                      I added rs. 15000 to my wallet in phonepe for purchase from a flash sale on flipkart. I was not lucky enough to crack the sale. So i decided to withdraw my amount from wallet back to my bank account. But i couldn't. They again and again saying that due to technical errors/securities concerned, please wait till 05.04.2018. That's a complete extortion by them as my rs. 15000 are going to be blocked for 9 days for no reason.
                      I want my cash back immediately.

                          My name is abhishek dutta.
                          Right now, i'm submitting a complaint regarding a payment issue of an order placed by me on flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com) on 15th march. The order was for a mobile phone battery amounting to rs. 449 and it was sold by seller 'onlinesiddhi'. The order id is od[protected]For your ref.).

                          Now, coming to the main issue, when i was placing the order, i chose phonepe wallet as payment method. When i made the payment for the order, my money was instantly debited but the order was unsuccessful and it showed "payment pending". As i was in a an urgency of getting that product, i tried to reattempt the payment. This time, money was debited again but the payment and order, both were successful.

                          So now, as there have been 2 payments for a single order, its their basic duty to refund the first pending amount of rs. 449.
                          But, the sad thing is they haven't done it yet. It has been 7 days from that order, my item has been delivered, but still they don't bother to refund it.

                          I contacted them almost everyday. When i called phonepe for the first time, they said that they don't have the money and they have transferred it to flipkart. When i called flipkart later onwards, now they turned the table for me and said "we didn't receive any extra amount from phonepe. Please contact them for refund". For 7 days, i have been hearing this and recently, the have started giving dates after dates for refund. But, they have constantly failing those dates right now, and giving a new date every time.

                          What the hell on earth is going on? I'm a very busy man and i have a lot of work. For how long should i keep calling them?? Will i ever get my money??? I'm extremely hopeless and confused right now.

                          If phonepe doesn't take necessary actions, i won't bother facing them at district consumer court!

                            I had made purchase on flipkart's big billion day sep 21st 2017 for a dslr camera with order id - od[protected] for an amount of rs 43490/-.
                            The transaction was done via phonepe wallet for which i got rs 100 cashback. I cancelled the order on the same day as i was in no need of such expensive dslr as i am a beginner. Flipkart says the refund was reversed to my phonepe wallet. I dont have any money in my wallet except rs 100 cashback.

                            I raised a issue with phonepe with a ticket #2278736. They simply give a reference number which has nothing to do with core banking system and say refund was done to the bank account with which i transacted while placing order. They told me to check with my base branch with that reference id.

                            When i checked with my bank's base branch, they are saying the reference id has nothing to do with core banking. We cannot track anything with that and asked for a unique transaction reference (Utr) number with which transaction related things can be tracked in core banking system. Also assured money has not come to my bank account.

                            If i ask phonepe people regarding utr no response from them regarding utr, they are simply quiet and not responding.

                              I was buying medicine in apollo pharmacy at ramapuram chennai 600089 on 28th feb and the 1st transaction amount was not billing but the amount debited from my account, the apollo guys was saying the amount will be refunded to my account, so i was repaying the bill and it was succeeding.
                              The first transaction amount not credited to my account and i called to phone customer service and approached apollo pharmacy, but i have not received the amount till date.

                              On Saturday October 3, 2020, I added a certain amount to be paid to doctor but some duplicate transaction error is coming up and asking me to wait 24 hours, receiving same message since Saturday now 48 hours have passed but they are not able to provide any solution other than asking me to wait for some time but they do not know what do they mean by some time...very pathetic service.

                                During mobile prepaid recharge phone pe avail cash back offer and for availing this of they also mentioned terms and condition
                                I have done recharge according their terms and conditions with debit card
                                But now they are saying according to terms and condition i have to pay with upi only. And they are not giving me cash back i have done 399 rs recharge
                                I have also attache one photograph of their terms and conditions of their offer which they refuse and now still this terms and conditions are reflect on their application and they not follow their own terms and conditions i have attache one photo of their terms and conditions and another is their reply on this.                                     I top up an amount of 14000 in phonepe wallet for the purpose of buying a mobile phone from flipkart. Phone was worth of 14000 but at the time of payment. Phonepe was showing a limit of 10, 000 available balance for the transaction.
                                    Further i tried to withdraw my amount into the bank account. The it is saying "for security reasons transaction has failed". I contacted customer care, they are saying wait for 7 days. My e-kyc is done, upi is all set and 3 bank accounts are linked up with phonepe. Still the customer care executive came up with no solution. I need my money back in my bank account.

Ltd., transaction no.#[protected] on pos ppnepoplcybs on 21.03.2018 at 2.48 pm. Phone casked my that he is speaking from bank abd his name is rahul sharma. He was asking for adhaar no. Debit card no. & otp. He stole my data and purchased phone etc. From m/s phonepe pvt. Who is the cheater person. It may be enquired and send me report and the cheater must be sent to jail. This is humble request.

                                        In jio recharge we have a offer for rs 90 cashback if we pay by upi.

                                        Now after entire transaction is done and payment done by icici upi account and expecting cashback. It says entire transaction must be done using phonepe only. App should say that if the payment is done using other upi then offer will not be applied.

                                        I have done my electrical bill rs 820 on 17 march 2018 pl send my receipt on my mail.pl ease send me receipt my transection id is NX [protected].pl do needful .I am waiting your reply
