I'm a regular customer of phonepe and not violated any rules and regulations . There is around 4k amount in phonepe wallet .as soon as it is blocked j have submitted the documents which are requested by customer care people . It's been 20 days after submitting the documents. Account has not been unblocked . I request them to transfer back my wallet amount to the respective card from which I transferred . Thank you so much...

PhonePe Rs.10k made on 8/4/2022 transition and receiver end not yet credited

My transaction of Rs.10, 000/- made by my phonepe app and has not received by merchant. This transaction is made on 08 of April 11.25 AM. I have complaint several times on phonepe customer support and generates tickets on phonepe application but; my problem is not resolved yet. Kindly, help me out of this matter.

My payment status is pending but amount is debited

My phonepe account debited my money but not credited to my receivers bank since 2 days it's pending... No update .. Transaction id - T2204240055516342087536 - Rs. 8000/-

Kindly refund the amount send wrongly to an unknown account

I made a payment of rupees of 5875 to an unknown account..so i went to complaint regarding this to my bank and they told us all upi apps does not comes under any rbi regulation..so they are not suppose to do anything..kindly help me to retrieve and refund my money from that account...

Merchant payment stuck ,payment not showing in phonepe business even after successful transaction

I am jagantah, am a business merchant pf phonepe. i have a qr code in my shop, a incident occured with me today, when a customer made a payment of 370 rupees to my qr, the money has been sent from him but not recieved in my account or merchant wallet (phonepe for business).when i tried to contact custoner care they said to me that no transaction occyred during that period of time.so they didnot help me so that i am writing this issue against...

Amount deducted from bank account , but services not started.

On 18th April 2022, I recharged my Jio number through PhonePe for Rs 183. The amount was deducted, but the services has not yet started. Its been 6 days. The transaction ID is NX22041708161684208221181 and Jio Reference ID is [protected].

Kindly refund the amount or provide the concerned services...

PhonePe The amount of Rs.10,000/- is not received by merchant.

My transaction of Rs.10, 000/- made by my phonepe app has not received by merchant. This transaction is made on 08 of April 11.25 AM. Regarding refund of my failure payment

Respected sir,
On 13 Jan 2022 my amount of 1198 rupee deducted 2 times by phonepay app, but due to payment failure only one amount is used. till now I have been nor received my refund of 1198 rupee of payment failure, please help me and refund my amount by phone pay app. Thanks

Regarding refund of my failure payment

The amount of Rs.7400/- is not received by merchant.

I recharged my fastag via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 200/- and 200/- but none of the transactions got credited to the Fastag account whereas Phonepe has given the both UTR nos. for the same transaction with the message of transaction Successful.
I want the refund of the debited amount which has got not credited to fastag account....

Phone pe- amount debited and transaction pending

I have been following phone pe since 2 days so many times for my pending transaction and till my problem not resolved. However my amount of 4000 rupees was debited from my account on 15 April 2022 at 9.30 a.m but not credited to recipients account.

Reactivation of my phonepe account

Iam using phonepe for long while on. One day unfortunately by mistake i have deactivate my account. Now when i think to re register my account they were showing that something went wrong. Paid in Cash as there was no phone pe with driver

Opted for phonepe for payment today (13/4/22). As there was no phonepe option available with driver. I have paid in cash. But my payment didn't get updated and the app still shows outstanding amount to be paid.
