Actually the redemption o[censored]ti fund takes 1 days for approval and I got mail also from uti fund that your withdrawal is approved before 2 days but phonepe still showing status pending no approval and even I raised ticket since more than 48 hours My ticket id[protected]. But still no reply and status showing awaiting support executive since 48 hours.

        1st May 2:41pm phonepe through rent payment transaction technical problems my payment failed and amount debit 3248/. Already 15days complete but amount not refund from phonepae very bad experience... Imdedtley refunded my money in my card...

              Hi,
              I've transfered money to my wife account using upi id, following the transaction id : T2205071046534487153875
              My account got debited instantly but not credited my wife account, after complained they told me to wait 5 more days cash will credit, after 5 days i got message from phonePe saying cash credited to bank account. But my wife account not credited any amount from phomePe. Attached the statement of my wife account.
              Also attached the phonePe screenshot showing transaction was successful.

                        Car insurance policy holder name change issue

                        Posted the same complaint against ICICI Lombard, now posting the same for PhonePe.
                        I took a car insurance on 6th May 2022 from ICICI Lombard via PhonePe app. While taking the insurance and charging the money, PhonePe only asked me about the car registration number, year of registration, last 5 digits of Chasia no and Engine no.                                 I had done recharge today in morning from phonepe yet jio is saying that we have not received any recharge but phone pe bot is saying that recharge is confirmed with jio but i have not receives any jio recharge yet my money has also been debited...My recharge should have been successful and chatting bot option also not working properly, after some little conversation reply option not working...i want my refund as recharge has not been reflected...running an app of payments and transactions but no helpline service after 7 pm...don't give money so think so no night shift employee ready to work...i wont recommend phone pe app..it also take 2rs extra for recharge... no other app takes
