    Today someone called me. And he say u won 12lakh 80 thaousand rupes from naaptol pvt ltd. I thought its right. Coz i ordered max time. Then he told me dat u send rs12800 to registration.. So i have sent rs12800 today 15th feb 2017.. Bt i didnot knw dat was a fake account.. He was a hacker. Then i was cal in naptol company... Bt they say we have no bumper prize..     Please do something... I want to my money back.. Is it possible??

      I was transferred amount 1650/- on 14.2.18 rs. 1650/- to shiva publications (Account no. [protected]) through phonepe.
      Confirmation sms about debit sent on my phone by you.
      But the receiver neither got any sms nor any amount credited was shown in his account.
      I also tried to know from my bank but they asked me to contact phonepe team. Please look into the issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          I have made a transaction of Rs. 419 for my DTH recharge its been more then 24hours and no action has been taken. this is the worst service that the amount from my bank account is been deducted and its successfully been credited in PhonePe account.
          I had a conversation with the executive so many times, they are not refunding else processing my amount and requesting me to wait again and again.

          they have still not resolved my problem as my Dth account switch off date is near, and i had a conversation with Dish tv executive and he said that they do not have any tie up with phone pe.
          and in this situation when they dont have any tie ups then how could phone pe allow to make recharge for dishtv. I need my money back with full compensation.
          they are not liable work in market with this kind of service.

            Hello team, today i added 5000 rupees to my phone pe account from a saved card and withdraw the same into my bank account. I have done this transaction today afternoon. But i did not get money till now. I do transaction with the same saved card earlier also at that time i did not get any problem but now this happens. Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.

And after that thee whole money debited from phonepe and didnt receive any kind of message and also my bank account balance remains the same. No failing message or successfull message. This is the first time i have withdrawed money to my bank account and i am annoyed right now.. Help please...

                    Sir there was an refund amount of 10, 899 was initiated by ecart to my account, but the phonepe has blocked my amount with them and saying there is issue with transaction but its almost 15 days but sill not saying that phonepe is going to refund my money to me or not. Just making fraud and fooling costumers. Please take my complaint into concern and resolve my issue. Hope you will put an end for this issue. Below are the proofs that how many times i have mailed tweeted and sent messages and contacted phonepe. They just thinking costumers as beggers to asking their money back. Just try to get a solution for this issue. Thank you!

                      I have booked a ticket from kanpur to allahabad through phonepe in redbus.
                      I am waiting for bus at boarding point for one and half hour from 1:30am to 3am at nowbasta chauraha. But the bus is nowhere i tried the phone number given on ticket but no one picked it.. My important job interview missed due to this ridiculous service. The customer care at phonepe inform us that they are responsible for payments related issues. I just want my money should be refunded immediately. The details of ticket are

                        I was tried to send 100000rs through Phone Pe application with UPI. The transaction was failed. Due to reciver bank was not able to accept the money due to technical error in reciver bank(HDFC). During this transaction my money was deducted from my SBI bank account. I call to phone pe customer care, they said me that, money will come back into my bank account after 7 working days. I checked my bank statement, it is showing that money is transfered to bank account number which is not bank account number into which I was tried to send money. I visited to SBI home branch. They said me that mine money is transfered to phone pe account number. It is 20 days from my transaction. But my money is not refunded by phone pe.
                        Please help me please.

                          I tried recharging my jio mobile no - [protected] last evening (6-8pm,[protected] using phonepe app using rd 345. An amount of345 was deducted from my bank account but the corresponding number mentioned has got recharged yet. The scheme was a limited-time scheme on jio and hence, it is causing even more problems.. However, i am yet to receive a proper response. Expecting a quick action on your behalf.

                          I have already gave all the details according to my conversation happened with CCE of Phonepe and same details mailed them but still they are not resolving the issue and not responding to mail.

                            money transfer

                            I am s. Pandiammal. On 02.02.2018, i received a call from [protected]. He asked me the otp 3 times. Then, things were purchased 3 times from my account for rs.5000, rs.4000 and rs.1000.
                            I request you stop this order delivery and refund my money as soon possible please help me to get back my money so kindly take necessary action against that callpirates and punish them. Because we from rural town we dont know how to handle this help...

                            Hello,

                            I have made my november 2017 and december 2017 months bescom bill payment through phonepe application using icici credit card, the payments are not reflecting on biller side, my registered mobile number with phone pe is [protected], phone pe customer care team is unable to resolve the issue. I have called more then 10 times still the issue is not resolved, always they will give some silly reasons saying it will be resolved with in 7 days, even they have send mails saying issue has been resolved, when again contact customer care the same issue still not resolved they say and they are playing with my money and time and no callback from there senior managers, this is one of the worst experience i had in my life! Does it takes 3 months to resolve the issue! This is the way you treat your customers!

                              Dear sir on 25 january i had transferred 2000 rupees through bank of indoa to my punjab national bank account via phone pe. The transaction was showing pending since 4 days but on 3rd february i got message yhat the transaction was successfull. But ghe money is still not credited into my punjab national bank account. The phone pe customer care are telling to wait. But i cant wait too long. I contacted both banks ie punjab national bank and bank of india but they are also unable to help.
                              Please solve my problem and credit the money back into my account.

                                I transferred 742 rs from phone pe wallet in my flip kart account to my bank account on Jan 10th, until now the amount haven't got credited in my bank account. Sent email to support team of phone pe, they replied sorry and the message as below

                                Hi Customer,

                                Greetings from PhonePe!

                                Ticket No.: 5682348.

                                We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

                                We have gone through your transaction history and found that you have done the wallet withdrawal with the transaction ID: P1801101326023556679211 on 10/01/2018 is successful.

                                We have forwarded your concern to the senior team. We request you to please wait until 02/02/2018

                                So I waited until Feb 2nd, but till now no response from your team . I want my money back, why it is taking too much of time to transfer my money?

                                I want my money back and for their delay I got irritated and they want to pay penalty for this mistake .
