Yesterday i recharge from phonepe 498 in my airtel moble number in phonepe in 498 is shows unlimited call 1.4gb internet and 100 sms daily for 90 days.. But i got a message for 498 recharge got 500mb and intentional roaming free for midnight this is not usefull for me... Then i contact to airtel costumer care he said in 498 in airtel is only that offer... Phonepe shows wrong offers.. So why you show wrong offer in phonepe i lost my 498 rupees i m a student 498 is a big amount for me... Why you do this with me... Please give me my money back or give me that benefit which you shows in phonepe... Please sir give the solution as soon as possible... I m very unhappy with phonepe..

    login problems

    I have a login problem.am tried to login my phonepe account some error is occured that is:sorry the registered sim card wasn't found on your device.please insert the correct sim card and try again.am alredy. contact the custemer care they suggest me to switch off or uninstall you phone pe after that re install.then again same problem is occured please send a complaint to phonpe website.so i tried to send a complaint and with this i enclose...

    Hi i m nishant chaudhary. My mob. Number [protected]. I had fund transfer of 10000 & 20000 in sbi account through phonepe in two attempts on 21/02/2018 both times transaction failed, but the amount of total 30000 debited from my account. So how will i get my money return through phonepe. My acc. No - sbi_[protected] and email id is (Nishant. [protected]@gmail.com). I will be waiting for your response.

      incompetent, illiterate and unethical

      This companys ceo sameer nigam is a wharton grad but does not know anything about how to set up a company and run it. He takes no interest in any consumer complaint escalated to him and covers up the lies and incompetencies of his company.
      His team sent a msg to me in the app that i will receive a cash back. When i didnot receive it and followed up, after five days they wake up and tell me it is not complying with the offer terms...

      Bsnl boradband landline bill failed
      Issue with transaction id : nx[protected]
      I paid bsnl broadband landline bill of rs 298 through phone pe wallet. I got a successful transition message. I didn't get a transaction failed message. Let me know why this happen. Your cheating us digital wallet. Still the amount not refunded to my account or wallet. The customer care number[protected] seems to be a fake one. Keep on saying executives are busy and has a huge volume of call.

      So concern team kindly take action on this.

      I paid my bsnl broadband land line bill through phonepe wallet on saturday, 17th february 2018. Transaction id is nx[protected], i received a message from phonepe "transaction successful" and 298/- rupees deducted from my phone pe wallet. But in bsnl payment portal, it shows my broadband bill is still due? I want to know why it was happening? And how to recover my wallet amount? Please help me.

          I have recharged my prepaid number using phonepe recharge app in last month. Transaction has been failed twice and i went to customer support for the help. But sad thing is still no sign of getting my money back or the support from the customer services. So now i seeking your help to get my deducted amount back

                I was transferred amount 1650/- on 14.2.18 rs. 1650/- to shiva publications (Account no. [protected]) through phonepe.
                Confirmation sms about debit sent on my phone by you.
                But the receiver neither got any sms nor any amount credited was shown in his account.
                I also tried to know from my bank but they asked me to contact phonepe team. Please look into the issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                    I have made a transaction of Rs. 419 for my DTH recharge its been more then 24hours and no action has been taken. this is the worst service that the amount from my bank account is been deducted and its successfully been credited in PhonePe account.
                    I had a conversation with the executive so many times, they are not refunding else processing my amount and requesting me to wait again and again.

                    they have still not resolved my problem as my Dth account switch off date is near, and i had a conversation with Dish tv executive and he said that they do not have any tie up with phone pe.
                    and in this situation when they dont have any tie ups then how could phone pe allow to make recharge for dishtv. I need my money back with full compensation.
                    they are not liable work in market with this kind of service.

                      Hello team, today i added 5000 rupees to my phone pe account from a saved card and withdraw the same into my bank account. I have done this transaction today afternoon. But i did not get money till now. I do transaction with the same saved card earlier also at that time i did not get any problem but now this happens. Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.

                              Sir there was an refund amount of 10, 899 was initiated by ecart to my account, but the phonepe has blocked my amount with them and saying there is issue with transaction but its almost 15 days but sill not saying that phonepe is going to refund my money to me or not. Just making fraud and fooling costumers. Please take my complaint into concern and resolve my issue. Hope you will put an end for this issue.                                 I have booked a ticket from kanpur to allahabad through phonepe in redbus.
                                I am waiting for bus at boarding point for one and half hour from 1:30am to 3am at nowbasta chauraha. But the bus is nowhere i tried the phone number given on ticket but no one picked it.. My important job interview missed due to this ridiculous service.                                   I was tried to send 100000rs through Phone Pe application with UPI. The transaction was failed. Due to reciver bank was not able to accept the money due to technical error in reciver bank(HDFC). During this transaction my money was deducted from my SBI bank account. I call to phone pe customer care, they said me that, money will come back into my bank account after 7 working days. I checked my bank statement, it is showing that money is transfered to bank account number which is not bank account number into which I was tried to send money. I visited to SBI home branch. They said me that mine money is transfered to phone pe account number. It is 20 days from my transaction. But my money is not refunded by phone pe.

                                    I tried recharging my jio mobile no - [protected] last evening (6-8pm,[protected] using phonepe app using rd 345. An amount of345 was deducted from my bank account but the corresponding number mentioned has got recharged yet. The scheme was a limited-time scheme on jio and hence, it is causing even more problems.. However, i am yet to receive a proper response. Expecting a quick action on your behalf.
