I recived fraud call from number [protected] and he told that he is speaking from phonepe bangalore office.
I am user of your app phonepe. My linking moblile number is [protected].
So as response from your side i was asked my opt for investigating the matter on 3.11.2017. But instesd from my canara bank accont rs 1600 and my karnataka bank account rs 1600 has been withdrawn. The phone number which i recieved is [protected] and he told that he speaking from phonepe bangalore office and his name is rajashekhar.
So kindly look in to the matter and resolve this complaint
I can 't transaction my transacstion is feld cut my mony please give my mony
I have transferred funds from my bank account to different one on 31st October amount of 5742₹. Amount was deducted but transaction was failed due to network error.

Still haven't received funds.
Customers care are not receiving calls.

I'm using phonepe account from Hyderabad when I tried to operate I could not do so and tried my level best to get in touch with your helpline staff but not get in touch with them. I request you to guide me in this matter

    Hello sir/madam,

    I would like to inform that i received a call and got trapped in a phone call received by a person pretending to be phonepe agent and was cheated.

    I received a call today morning around 07:22 am from an unknown number ([protected]) stating the he being a phonepe executive and would like to discuss and resolve the matter logged with phonepe regarding "unable to add axis bank atm cum debit card" (Ticket no. 2510874), to which i promptly said that today is sunday i. E. 15/10/2017 and you are calling me so early that to, why? He simply ignored my concern and started by telling that we are here to resolve your matter and problem. He said that in order to resolve your issue, we have to unload (Empty) sbi debit card account from your phonepe account and then add again after adding axis bank debit card. I said that why is it required? He said that it is required. Initially he started with debit card and cvv verification (Sbi debit card no. [protected]) by asking the details and i provided the same being a fool. I neither did strike me that none of the person nor bank representatives are required to ask otp, cvv, pin, mpin or other confidential info due to security reasons. Then to begin with he initiated first transaction for "mobikwik - gurgaon" wallet amount inr 4, 999.00 and had received an otp to confirm the transaction at around 07:24 am and had provided the otp to that guy over phone. Immediately the amount got debited from my sbi account no. Ending with xx5946. He did not sound much of a genuine person so i asked his name and said that his name is 'rahul sharma', meanwhile he processed another transaction for "oxigen wallet - gurgaon" for amount inr 4, 000.00; received the otp and had helped him with the same. (Foolish thing i did in my life, feeling helpless & dithered now). I intervened before he was to ask or make next transaction. I asked 'why is the amount getting debited? Is this the process. Better don't fool me. I shall go to police station to submit a report against you if found fraud'. He replied that sir don't worry you will get the refund as i am processing it as there is small issue in the system. Be rest assured. (Cheater). As soon as that happened so my conscience did not allow me to proceed further the remaining balance which around 15, 000.00 inr, i transferred it to my another sbi account. I kept on telling him that process the refund then we shall continue but he said relentlessly that i am trying a there is some issue in the system. He that said that did you make any transaction as earlier there was around 25, 000.00 inr in your account and now it is not showing that (Was shocked) how did he know that i had around 25, 000.00 inr in my account. Further to his trap, he said that you need to reverse the transaction and get back that money on your account then only whole refund will be processed else you will loose your money so i continued under the wish to get the money back and did the reverse transaction. He performed the transaction towards "ideamoney - mumbai" for amount inr 4, 999.00. I received the otp and helped him with it, he carried out the transaction. After that he carried out two more transactions towards "payzapp wallet - bangalore" and "oxigen wallet - gurgaon" amounting inr 9, 000.00 and inr 1, 000.00 respectively. I was waiting for the refund to be processed but who knew??? As soon as the last transaction completed, call disconnected. I tried to call him on the received number but it was unreachable (Tried 2-3 times). Even i tried to locate/trace his location from internet, all in vain as it showed identified.in all this l lost around inr 23, 998.00 and had learned as lesson that not to trust or rely on another person pretending to be bank executive or agent and never to reveal confidential info to anyone.

    P. S. I accept that it is purely my fault but the indian system could be more better to avert such fraudulent calls or traps.

    Also let me know that what initiative can i take to avoid such calls. I registered fir at adajan police station, surat, gujarat-395009 regarding the fraud happened with me but in vain as they said straight away that we can't help in this matter.

    Take strict action against those who are duping innocent people and stealing their hard earned money.

        On 13th march i made transfer of rs 10000/- through phonepe andriod app (Upi transaction) money debited and not refunded. Am continuously asking to phonepe team they are not resolving my issue. Every time they are acknowledging me "your issue is escalated our technical team is working please wait for some time" i was shared all the necessary evidences and documents whatever they asked but still not solving my issue

            My phone pe registered is [protected]. I have made transaction on 30th october 2017 which got failed. But i was deducted with money of 14992 rs for failed transaction. How ever i tried reaching phone pe customer care but no response. Customer care is too worst we cant even contact any one for our issue.

            This is the first transcation i have done from phonepe worst experience. Expecting u will credit back asap.

              I made a transfer of rs.500 on phonepe on 18/10/2017, the amount is deducted from my account but not credited to the beneficiary's account...                 I have done transaction throw phonepe app in aug 2017. But some how my transaction has failed once next time its done successfully.
                After 15 days and taking of lot of follow up phonepe send me email saying that failed transaction is stuck in the bank it self and u need to contact to bank for credited failed amount. I was then contacted with my bank for the same, and bank send me in email that the amount was detected and credited into phonepe account.
                After taking numerous followup to bank and phonepe some how phone pe has credited my failed transaction amount to my phonepe wallet and also remove my successfully transaction log from my app and add failed transaction log dated oct 2017 which i haven't done from my end.

                So it is clear that phonepe was using my amount on last two months. And continue saying that the amount was stuck in the bank.

                Don't go to any transaction with phonepe... Phonepe is fraud and cheater company
                I was paying my electricity bill via phone pe of rupees 700.The whole amount credited from my bank account for failure transaction not yet returned.

                  I have a failed transaction of ₹999 since 11October. And yet nothing is done by the Phonepe. I m just fed up. They say that their customer service executive will call but nothing.
                  Such a waste. I suggest no one should use this app anymore. Worst customer service.
                  New new interface is good. But later it becomes worst.
                  And top of all. Ur money is gone. No reply no nothing.

                    In diwali flipkart sale i tried to buy one sofa cover from the flipkart. So i tried to pay using phone pe app for rs 509.in which 100rs deducted from my wallet and rest rs 409 is deducted from my bank account. But some how payment is declined by you guys to flipkart but the same amount was deducting from my account and wallet. Detail of transaction is shown below;

                    I allready register the complain via app but they didnt respond me and till date my refund is also not initiated. I dont understand which type of team u have. One transaction is failed at one week before and you are not refund the money. It means company directly cheat the customer and using thier valuable money. Please take the matter seriously and refund my money in urgent basis. Because its totally comes under lack of customer service and so its comes under the customer forum case hope you understand what i wanted to say. So again i requesting refund the amount in my bank directly.

And the transaction id is nx[protected]. I have called many times on the office no. But no response is given on phone as well as on chat. I would like to get refund of my money.                           I recharge 399 rupees from phonepe but not successful, Msg from phonepe that our balance refund on 24 hours but not refund that amount.I want my money back or recharge my account its very iritating why phone pe doing like this.phone pe servicservice is very poor servuce I don't like it actually

                            They send only msg on Twitter few days agoo (Hi Nipurn, apologies for the inconvenience. Usually, the refunds will successfully be initiated to your card issuing bank account and for a card reversal, it usually takes 7-9 business days from the time of the transaction for the amount to be processed to your account by the bank. We request you to wait till 26th October. Within this time, your amount will be processed by your bank. Request your patience.) But still refund is not arrive yet and now they not reply of msgs, email, tweet call etc

                              P1710190015496881834440 this is transaction id for the order i paid through phone pe wallet on 18th oct at 12:13am amounts to 349 inr, money was deducted, order was not confirmed from ebay, they say payment stuck in gateway, phonpe told me that it has been reversed back to your wallet but i didnt get the refund yet, phonpe customer care also never picks calls, refrain from using phonepe. I used phonpe method, my mobile number is [protected]
                              Maine 18oct 2017 ko night me jio([protected]) ka 399 rs. Ka recharge kiya tha lekin wah abhi tk process ing me h please cancle this recharge and send my cash in my phone pe [protected] wallet

                                  I made a transaction of rs.3000 using phonepe (No:[protected]) on 24th oct 2017 to send money to sbi acc no: [protected]. The amount was debited and the transaction was failed. A message was displayed stating that the amount will be credited back with in 9 days. I got the same response from your customer care guys when i asked for refund of rs.300 which was debited from my account on 5th oct 2017. The amount is not refunded till now. So i request you please refund my money of rs.3000 & rs.300 immediately. I want your immediate response.
                                  I recharge 399 rupees from phonepe but not successful and my balance detected from my bank account on 26 September, 2017. Msg from phonepe that our balance refund to 6-7 working days but not refund. So I request please refund my balance.

                                    I made a transaction through phone pe app on 5th october but the transaction failed and the amount was debited. It's been 22 days and they have not credited the money. And they are constantly giving me wrong information that they have credited the money back. I went to bank and they said they have not received any money from the utr no. They gave me. They are misguiding me regarding the issue

                                      I tried to send r. S.100 to my friend.
                                      Phone pe transaction id-p1710121352220874958540.
                                      But the transaction was not successful although 100 rupees has been deducted from my account.
                                      The transaction was on the date of-12th october.
                                      But i still did not get my money.
                                      Please kindly take some immediate steps on my issue.
                                      I also have another issue on the same company that it is showing that the transaction is successful on transaction id - p1710121609084141167217 in which i tried to send another 100 rupees but money has not reached the beneficiary account.
