I have a failed transaction of ₹999 since 11October. And yet nothing is done by the Phonepe. I m just fed up. They say that their customer service executive will call but nothing.
Such a waste. I suggest no one should use this app anymore. Worst customer service.
New new interface is good. But later it becomes worst.
And top of all. Ur money is gone. No reply no nothing.

    In diwali flipkart sale i tried to buy one sofa cover from the flipkart. So i tried to pay using phone pe app for rs 509.in which 100rs deducted from my wallet and rest rs 409 is deducted from my bank account. But some how payment is declined by you guys to flipkart but the same amount was deducting from my account and wallet. Detail of transaction is shown below;

    Date of transaction = 16/10/2017
    I allready register the complain via app but they didnt respond me and till date my refund is also not initiated. I dont understand which type of team u have. One transaction is failed at one week before and you are not refund the money. It means company directly cheat the customer and using thier valuable money. Please take the matter seriously and refund my money in urgent basis. Because its totally comes under lack of customer service and so its comes under the customer forum case hope you understand what i wanted to say. So again i requesting refund the amount in my bank directly.

      My phone pe registered is [protected]. I have made transaction on 12th october 2017 which got failed. But i was deducted with money of 1016 rs for failed transaction. How ever i tried reaching phone pe customer care but no response.

      Please look into issue its been 18 days as of now and i have not credited with money.

        Please refund my amount otherwise paid 200 rs. On mahavitran my electricity bill.
        Next time i didn't use phonepe. And not share any one this application. Bad experience with phonepe

          I have recharged my dth with phone pe of amount 500 and according to that i should have received a cashback of rs 100 but i have not received it. And the transaction id is nx[protected]. I have called many times on the office no. But no response is given on phone as well as on chat. I would like to get refund of my money. As i am mentally disturbed through this
          I recharge 399 rupees from phonepe but not successful, Msg from phonepe that our balance refund on 24 hours but not refund that amount.I want my money back or recharge my account its very iritating why phone pe doing like this.phone pe servicservice is very poor servuce I don't like it actually

            Nx[protected] this is transaction id of the transaction i made using phone pe wallet on 12th oct at 12:25pm amounts to 399 inr, transaction failed but still money was deducted. A message from phonpe saying that money will be refunded within 7-9 days has been recieved but its been 14 days still i didnt get the refund. Kindly refund me rs 399 as soon as possible....

Big cheater app it'sthey deduct amount and never refund i pay my electricity bill through phone pee it deduct amount twice time they told me that from last 14 days that your amount will be credit to your account but still i haven't my refund and i called many time on toll-free number of phone pe but they not picked up call and no response of mail tweets etc

            They send only msg on Twitter few days agoo (Hi Nipurn, apologies for the inconvenience. Usually, the refunds will successfully be initiated to your card issuing bank account and for a card reversal, it usually takes 7-9 business days from the time of the transaction for the amount to be processed to your account by the bank. We request you to wait till 26th October. Within this time, your amount will be processed by your bank. Request your patience.) But still refund is not arrive yet and now they not reply of msgs, email, tweet call etc

              P1710190015496881834440 this is transaction id for the order i paid through phone pe wallet on 18th oct at 12:13am amounts to 349 inr, money was deducted, order was not confirmed from ebay, they say payment stuck in gateway, phonpe told me that it has been reversed back to your wallet but i didnt get the refund yet, phonpe customer care also never picks calls, refrain from using phonepe. I used phonpe method, my mobile number is [protected]
              Maine 18oct 2017 ko night me jio([protected]) ka 399 rs. Ka recharge kiya tha lekin wah abhi tk process ing me h please cancle this recharge and send my cash in my phone pe [protected] wallet

              that the payment transaction for ₹ 399/- on 18/10/2017 is pending with the transaction ID:NX[protected]

                  I made a transaction of rs.3000 using phonepe (No:[protected]) on 24th oct 2017 to send money to sbi acc no: [protected]. The amount was debited and the transaction was failed. A message was displayed stating that the amount will be credited back with in 9 days. I got the same response from your customer care guys when i asked for refund of rs.300 which was debited from my account on 5th oct 2017. The amount is not refunded till now. So i request you please refund my money of rs.3000 & rs.300 immediately. I want your immediate response.
                  I recharge 399 rupees from phonepe but not successful and my balance detected from my bank account on 26 September, 2017. Msg from phonepe that our balance refund to 6-7 working days but not refund. So I request please refund my balance.

                    I made a transaction through phone pe app on 5th october but the transaction failed and the amount was debited. It's been 22 days and they have not credited the money. And they are constantly giving me wrong information that they have credited the money back. I went to bank and they said they have not received any money from the utr no. They gave me. They are misguiding me regarding the issue

                      I tried to send r. S.100 to my friend.
                      Phone pe transaction id-p1710121352220874958540.
                      But the transaction was not successful although 100 rupees has been deducted from my account.
                      The transaction was on the date of-12th october.
                      But i still did not get my money.
                      Please kindly take some immediate steps on my issue.
                      I also have another issue on the same company that it is showing that the transaction is successful on transaction id - p1710121609084141167217 in which i tried to send another 100 rupees but money has not reached the beneficiary account.
                      I have transferred Rs200/- of ([protected]) to one of my colleague through PHONEPE app yesterday at 12:58 pm, transaction id P1710131258060136596085 amount deducted immediately but it has not been credited to receiver account.receiver details ([protected])
                      I had recharged my jio with 459 sim but balance is deducted but my recharge didn't complete upi:[protected]@ybl
                      I have recharged 399 my jio number through upi transaction of phone pe .399 is deducted from my account but recahrge is not done so i kindly request plz help me and return the amount that deducted from my account

They give me the utr no[protected] & told me for contact banking branch, when i was contact to bank, bankers told me the utr no is not valid it must have starting any bankcode.

                        Then from last 6 das i m asking to phonepe for provide me details from which bank they have done transction,

                        Still now the phonepe doesnit give me any reply.

                            I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs 399 on[protected]. Phonepay was showing 100 cashback offer on first prepaid recharge and this was my first recharge. But, they credited only rs30 to wallet. I written their customer care with ticket id:#2918557 but they are not responding and delivery to mail id: [protected]@phonepe.com has failed. What to do now.

                            I got victim of wallet fraud by posting my number to your site. A call from [protected] was received in name of customer care and they cracked my wallet and made a huge financial loss

                                I want to recharge my jio number from the app phone pe wallet, but my transaction will be failed. But i try it again it take my another number and recharged on it.
                                But the main thing is that money is deducted from my account but don't show the balance in my number, number is [protected]

                                Phonepe app give fake offer 20% discounts etc. Because i have very poor experience from phonepe app i have purchased 17991 rs. Product they will give offer 20% discount and amount cr. In my phonepe wallet only 200rs.

                                  I was purchase in dell vostro through phonepe at 20 oct 2017. Some problem i had cancelled my order. But i still not received amount refund. I am already talk to flipkart customercare they told me alreadly amount transfer to phonepe. Phone pe customer support saying that the amount will be cradited within 7 working day. But wallet balance is 0. Pls help me

                                    It's already been 7 days i. E. 13/10/2017 since i have transacted the amount from my phonepe account and in my phonepe account its showing as successfully transferred to my bank account but it is not.
                                    My bank account is still not credited with my transferred amount from phonepe but my money is deducted from phonepe account and my transaction id is "p1710130939083985127225". And the provided utr no. Is[protected].
