My mobile number is [protected] i have done transaction for 50000 thousand amount got debited but the transaction got failed on 09/10/2017. I called up call centre they said that amount has been reversed but i have not received my money back. I am need of funds urgent please do needfull as earliest. Feed up the service of phone pee. I wanted my 50000 at any cost by tomorrow

    I have done recharge of rs.500 and 500 and 450 to idea number through phonepe app on 25/26-sep-2017. Transaction id is nx[protected]/nx[protected]/nx[protected]. Transaction got failed but amount got deducted.
    I was complaint phone pe customer executive my complaint no/
    Ticket no.: 2427494. He told me that my amount will be refunded on[protected] but my amount not be refund yet

      I have done payment for my electricity bill of rs. (2570)/- through phonepe app on 8th sep 2017 with transaction number - nx[protected]. Transaction was successful at that time trans id-nx[protected] and amount debited from my card. Later after 1 hour i got message from phonepe "transaction was failed and amount will be refunded after 8-9 days".

      I have so many time connect to phonepe but no proper response. After so many time explained the issue still they are asking what is query.

      Its clearly shows that phonepe is fraud company which earns money by debiting amounts from customer account and making transaction fail.

        I had done a transaction through my phonepe wallet (No: [protected]) for a flipkart cod order and was supposed to receive a cashback of rs.100 within 24 hours. But it has already been 7 days and the same is not yet reflecting. Also a ticket was raised regarding the same but there is no action on it (Ticket no: 2339523). Kindly look into this and ensure that i am getting the cashback asap.

          But transaction is on processing till yet.. And my balance has deducted through my bank account.

            I purchased medicines etc at apollo pharmacy and paid approx rs.650 through phonepe wallet. It was debited from my account but not credited to apollo's wallet.

            When i still check through mobile app it says that the transaction is successful. Raised a ticket on their portal but not getting any resolution since 10 days. All they say in their reply "please be patient. Thanks for your patience." not giving me even a date for resolution.

              I have ordered a samsung memory card evo plus 32gb from flipkart the payment was done through phonepe on date 19/09/2017 the transaction id on phonepe is nx[protected], flipkart transaction id is : tx[protected] and order no: od[protected], now the phonepe says the transaction was successfully done but i loged issue to the flipkart they informed me that the payment was unsuccessfull now they both are not giving me any response neither giving me items not returning back my money. I have so many times contacted with both company but they did not provided me any proper response.

                Phone pe company completely fake. They are showing fake offers on their app. And their customers support services also very bad. They mentioned on their app an offer of cashback which is if you guys do a transaction by using upi you will get 50% cashback (Upto 100 rs.) on your first transaction completely fake. But, i haven't received any cashback from them.

                  money cut from bank but it not received

                  I have using phonepe application in my mobile.
                  It is payment application.
                  I have payment (80 rupees) my money to someone at that time my money is cut from my bank account but payment was not done ant it was in processing till now. My money is cut no any refund no any receive my money.
                  I have so many time connect to phonepe but no proper response.

                  I have done recharge of rs.399 to jio number through phonepe app on 3rd-sep-2017. Transaction id is nx[protected].. Transaction got failed but amount got deducted. Rs.125 got deducted from phonepe wallet and rs.274 got deducted from credit card for total sum of rs.399.
                  I was informed to contact respective bank. How can i contact the bank to refund the phonepe wallet amount rs.125? Please help out to get the amount refund.

                    I did transaction to my friend ([protected]) two times of 167rs at last night[protected] using phonepe application. And my transactions got failed, 334rs is debited from my account despite of transaction failed. And i didn't get return my debited amount. I called to phone pe customer care number, they said that your your debited amount is returned, but i didn't get any amount so plzz help

                      This was happened on 6th of september 2017 when i was transfering amount of 1000 from my sbi account to other icici account. The transaction was failed due to some reason i dont know. When i contact them, they said it would take time of 7 to 9 buisness days but till now my amount has not be transferred back yo my account.

                        I made payment from phoneme for flip cart payment. Amount of rs4545 debited from my account. Transaction was successful but not received payment to flip cart. I complained on date 21-sep-17 but still customer support team makes me fool and give assuring for that.
                        100% fraud company.

                            I have booked a bus ticket on 21 sep, 2017 and paid amount by phonepe by debit card, but first transaction was failed, but debited from my account, after that i made second transaction and book my ticket successful, but when i asked about first transaction refund they told that both transaction was successful and we have not give refund to you, how is possible for one ticket, two transactions successful.

                            So i request to all people that don't pay any amount through phonepe, it is very third class services, i make payment online for last 10 year but till today i have not got like this experience, this is first time so from today i have never use phonepe and i request to you also don't use it.

                              Dear sir,
                              I ordered some goods trough flipkart on 08sep2017. At that time there was an offer prevailing that if we paid through phonepe we will get 50% cashback up to a maximum of rs.100/-, so in order to avail this benefit i made the payment through phonepe. The cashback must have been received within 24 hours but it has been more than 15 days since then, but i have not received my cashback till now. When i contacted supportcare system of phonepe they provided me with some useless and unneceessary resoning as to why i have not received my cashback yet... Kindly look into this matter and resolve my grievance at the earliest.

                                I would like to bring this into your kind notice that today at 11.27 am unauthorized transactions took place from my father's icici bank debit card no:#3 of amount rs.5000/- at phonepe. Earlier he got a call on his mobile from mobile number [protected] and the person claimed that he was calling from icici debit card department and my father's credit card has been blocked and he would require the card no. To unblock it and as my father have no knowledge about the debit card transaction process he shared the card no. And cvv no. Too. When the call was over he got sms from icici bank stating transactions of the above said amount which was out from my father's account. As soon as i came to know about this i got the debit card blocked and now i need your help to cancel all the above transaction as soon as possible. Further please do the needful on urgent basis and revert on this mail [protected]@gmail.com

                                  My jio recharge amount rs. 399 through phonepe was failed to recharge. Immediately phonepe send the message recharge for jio mobile via phonepe has failed. If rs.399 is deducted, it will be refunded within 7 - 9 working days.
                                  The transation detail is using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs399.0 on pos fxmart68592 at fx mart pvt ltd txn#[protected].
                                  Till date the amount rs. 399 is not refund to me. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the same. Thanking you

                                    Sir i am rajat sharma on 6.9.2017 i tried to do recharge for my aunty for rs 250 i entered my debit card pin and after some time i received a message from phone pe that the recharge had failed but money was debitted from my bank account and it will be back with in 7 days.. So tried to do it again this time of 150 this time i reveived a message of successful but after 30 mins i got a message of failed transaction.. And same message of money back.. Now keeping my trust on online website by past experience i trusted phone pe.. And did recharge from paytm.. And left message on phone pe chat they gave full details of my tranaction and assurance of money.. After few days i didn receive my money i again texted them.. This time they asked me to wait till 19.09.2017.. Thats 15 days.. How can any one money be taken for 15 days first of all.. After that.. Even after 19.09.2017 i have not received my money now they are saying tgat you have done in a four tranactiom of which two were sucessful. How this is possible if you undergone bank tranction process just once... I am done with phone pe..in this fast life you dont have time to go after 150 and 250 rs transaction and increase your stress by taking to their hopeless customer care executive but i seriously appeal to you to try this app and revoke their licesence as their app has certain defaults and for that they are holding customers..
