Hello team,

Please find the below details are received from axis bank. I tried to carry out transaction but it got declined so initially contacted bank representative but as per their revert it need to be looked from your end. Kindly check it and do the needful to resolve asap.

i am unable to transfer money via phonepe or Google pay. every time bank decline and drop message only one transaction you can in 24 hours.

bad experience with Axis Bank.

    I have done a recharge of rs 399 to jio number [protected] on 12 oct 17 through phone or app and same time 399 rs deducted from the account but i have not received my recharge till now. Neither received my recharge nor my amount if transaction was not successful. More than 2 days passed. My transaction i'd is nx[protected]. This company is totally fraud. If i recharged with any other app like paytm or freecharge, it would hardly take a minute. Kindly do needful and refund my amount of 399 or my recharge should successful otherwise i will go to file a case in consumer court against phone pe.

            I have paid mseb bill of rs. 280 through phonepe on 24/09/2017. But still on present date also mseb official website showing it as unpaid bill. Many times i have tried to call cutomer care of phonepe but they are not naswering call as well as e-mail. Plz solve this issue fast.

              I made a recharge was done of rs 399 around 8:30 pm on 12th oct 2017. It was done thorugh phone pe. But status of the transection is still showing processing after 4hours. Money was debited form my bank acoount linked with phone pe. There is no call form the excutive and i am still waiting for the rechrge to get complete. Or less i want my money back.
              I am also facing the same issue even after raise a ticket no response from cc.

                Respect sir/ma'am,
                I complaint to them that ' hi, i m very disappointed after that transaction which was initiated on 13th august, 2017' i shared ' transaction no.- p1708131335168572176317' the 'transaction was for rs 7, 135'.. I told them ' i was transferring this amount to my zebpay account through qr code. Qr code had timings of 1-2 min.. I used phonepay to scan that code to pay. Payment deducted from my account but qr code timing had ended. Till now i did nt get my payment in zebpay. I also contacted to payu payment route of zebpay they said payment was not received by us and shared failed codes : [protected] and [protected]
                This was happened with me they are saying they are working on it since 7 september, but now they are not even replying.

                Please help. Thats hard earned money.

                      Id no. Pzt[protected]tkz1101 - refund of rs.90 from flipkart for cancelled order to phonepe has not been credited to my phonepe wallet till date.
                      I have sent payment to flipkart through phonepe on[protected] for an offer from flipkart that 20% cash discount if the payment was done through phonepe only. Immediately after payment i received a message from phonepe the transaction was failed and the amount would be refunded in 6 days but amount of rs.450 debited in my account on that day. I cancelled the order on[protected] in flipkart for which i received only rs.360/- and was informed by flipkart that vide id no. Pzt[protected]tkz1101 rs.90 sent to phonepe. When i saw my account in phonepe the amount of rs. 90 was not seen. My mobile no. [protected].

I called up call centre they said that amount has been reversed but i have not received my money back. I am need of funds urgent please do needfull as earliest. Feed up the service of phone pee.                             I have done payment for my electricity bill of rs. (2570)/- through phonepe app on 8th sep 2017 with transaction number - nx[protected]. Transaction was successful at that time trans id-nx[protected] and amount debited from my card. Later after 1 hour i got message from phonepe "transaction was failed and amount will be refunded after 8-9 days".

                            I have so many time connect to phonepe but no proper response. After so many time explained the issue still they are asking what is query.

                            Its clearly shows that phonepe is fraud company which earns money by debiting amounts from customer account and making transaction fail.

                              I had done a transaction through my phonepe wallet (No: [protected]) for a flipkart cod order and was supposed to receive a cashback of rs.100 within 24 hours. But it has already been 7 days and the same is not yet reflecting. Also a ticket was raised regarding the same but there is no action on it (Ticket no: 2339523). Kindly look into this and ensure that i am getting the cashback asap.

                                  I purchased medicines etc at apollo pharmacy and paid approx rs.650 through phonepe wallet. It was debited from my account but not credited to apollo's wallet.

                                  When i still check through mobile app it says that the transaction is successful. Raised a ticket on their portal but not getting any resolution since 10 days. All they say in their reply "please be patient. Thanks for your patience." not giving me even a date for resolution.

                                    I have ordered a samsung memory card evo plus 32gb from flipkart the payment was done through phonepe on date 19/09/2017 the transaction id on phonepe is nx[protected], flipkart transaction id is : tx[protected] and order no: od[protected], now the phonepe says the transaction was successfully done but i loged issue to the flipkart they informed me that the payment was unsuccessfull now they both are not giving me any response neither giving me items not returning back my money. I have so many times contacted with both company but they did not provided me any proper response.

                                      Phone pe company completely fake. They are showing fake offers on their app. And their customers support services also very bad. They mentioned on their app an offer of cashback which is if you guys do a transaction by using upi you will get 50% cashback (Upto 100 rs.) on your first transaction completely fake. But, i haven't received any cashback from them.

                                        I have done recharge of rs.399 to jio number through phonepe app on 3rd-sep-2017. Transaction id is nx[protected].. Transaction got failed but amount got deducted. Rs.125 got deducted from phonepe wallet and rs.274 got deducted from credit card for total sum of rs.399.
                                        I was informed to contact respective bank. How can i contact the bank to refund the phonepe wallet amount rs.125? Please help out to get the amount refund.
