Hi, I made 2 transactions to Flipkart via PhonePe on 28th April. Attaching the bank statements which clearly show that amount was deducted for PhonePe.

Both transactions got failed and only one was refunded. 2nd failed transaction is still not refunded and PhonePe has closed the ticket.

I have lost INR 449 because of PhonePe's error.

Again, I repeat 2 transactions were failed, one was refunded. 2nd one is still pending and PhonePe has closed the ticket saying everything has been refunded. Their escalation team is not picking up the calls too. please find attached the statement.

There are multiple such complaints against PhonePe. Customers need to be refunded and strict actions is expected against the company.

    150 rs cashback is the offer for the 1st Flipkart COD order paid through phonepe. I got the cashback after payment but a few hours later, Ekart declined the payment and money was refunded to my phonepe wallet and your cashback is not valid in this case. I did write to phonepe care and tried to call but no response to any of these. At the time of delivery, the courier agent did mention that these are the issues paying through phonepe for many consumers.
    Just this is a mutual fraud with luring offers!
    Dear Sir I have added money to PhonePe wallet on 19 may but still amount not credited back to account or wallet after failed transaction

      I have done a transaction on flipkart through phone pe (Transaction id: p1705292334261483372490) of rs 2376. Amount got deducted from icici bank credit card but the transaction is showing failed. I have contacted icici bank customer care and they are saying that transaction was successful. Contacted phone pe customer care, they are saying that it will take 9 business days for checking and refund status. I don't believe any other trusted app would take this much time. This was my first transaction on phone pe. But i can say it is very slow already. I have done the transaction only because of flipkart trust but i can't see any reason to trust on phone pe.

        I added money in my wallet, money was deducted from my bank account but the not credited in phone pe wallet. Showing that transaction failed forget about customer service, it is the worst one i have ever seen. Sent main, message, requested for call but nothing works. And lot of such complaints are already there in reviews of app store. Please be aware.

          I have made a purchase on flipkart worth 1490 through phonepe app during the cashback period. The order was delivered and it's almost 5 days that I have reached the order and I still don't find a casback of 300 as promised. I received messages from both flipkart and phonpe saying that the credit was sent to phonepe wallet. But I haven't seen the credit amount on the app

            Hello Sir / Maa'am,

            My Name is Chandan singh. I had made a transaction on 10th May, 2017
            time:03:38 in my friend account(name: Bibhas Das, account no:
            [protected]) (Rs. 15000) the money got deducted from my
            account(account no: [protected]) but transaction failed(Screen
            Shot Attached) and its been 12days but I did not received my refund
            back.
            Further, I have filed a complaint(this is my PhonePe complaint no:
            745086 and reference no:[protected] but customer care says this is
            a serious issue as its been days and deducted money shall have been
            refunded with in 7 to 9 working days..
            I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction. Kindly provide
            me with my refund.
            I don't know what to do. This is a fake company and cheating on the
            loyal customers. They are stealing money from us. I had calls them 1
            times per day and texted them through app more than 10 times but no
            response is provided from the company. They are doing it on a big
            scale and stealing money from everyone. This will in-turn turn into a
            scam one day. These customer just give the same reply please wait 7 to
            9 workin days, they don't care and all the want is to steal money from
            innocent peoples and my government is also promoting the upi app but
            customers are loosing their money. We are not able to file complaint
            anywhere. Something must be done.
            Kindly guide us what shall be done and how can we get our money back.

            Dear sir,
            on 7th September I have paid Rs. 70, 000 through phone pay to AMRI hospital, Saltlake, Kolkata. Amount debited from my account and transaction successful message was generated but the amount was not credited to the merchants bank.
            This is an hospital issue please resolve the problem as soon as possible. I am facing a huge problem. I have also lodge a complain but they are asking me to wait for 30 days. As this is an hospital issue its an impossible for me to wait for 30 days. Please Please look into the matter.

              I tried to recharge with Rs 255 for my dishtv but the recharge failed though payment was debited from my account. I have mailed the company several times for the issue but haven't recieved any mail in reply to my complaint. I even revieved a call from Phone Pe and the executive told me to wait for 7 days during which my payment will be refunded . But I still have NOT recieved refund of amount Rs. 255 to my account.

                I had tried booking my ticket from Katpadi to Howrah station for 3rd June, 2017 The payment was done from PhonePe app through UPI The payment took place deducting the sum of money but the booking didn't happen.                   Sir, i got 3 failed mobile recharge transactions of 99 + 300 + 300 through my debit card, the said amount got deducted from my account but after failed transaction the same amount was not returned to me, though i am repeatedly complaining to the above mobile app custumer support no usefull response from them and there is no call centre number and call back fecility not working plz do the need to get back my money my transactions referance are as follows

                    I placed 1 order in flipkart 10 big sale via phone-pe on 17 the may midnight.

                    ₹1049/-money is debited from my bank a/c & it was not credited in my phone-pe wallet and also order has not placed yet.

                    These are all fake apps..
                    How is flipkart accepted this type of apps..
                    As these finally i felt
                    Flipkart is waste...

                      I have done a recharge of 303 on my jio number [protected] on 7th april, which got fail. Since then i am requesting for refund but every time i made a complain they say wait for 3 days, 4 days, 8 days etc. And after more than one month they are saying that please contact to your bank, we are not able to transfer your money.                           I had done transaction on 9 may 2017 of 3000 rs but still my payment is in processing state as it has already taken more than 40 hours i need to send that amount very urgently
                          i also used the option of report an issue in the app itself i had received the message around 5 pm on 9 may that they will call me within 24 hours but no call was there from your side till now so i call on the helpline by taking the no from internet
                          first i had to wait for 10 minutes to get to talk with your customer support and still i had not find the solution he said me wait for today also
                          either the payment will be rejected or the payment will be accepted
                          then i asked that why i have to wait for 1 more day as already 2 days had gone
                          than he say i cant do anything you have to wait.

                            I made a payment using phone pe app on 08th may of 14500 through my central bank account. Payment was cancelled by app (Screenshot1). However as per bank amount has been debited successfully. Please help as i am not getting any satisfactory answer from the support team and i am in urgent need of the amount.                               Hello,

                              My name is Sulabh Sharma, a resident of New Delhi and I am writing in regards to one of the electricity bill payment which I made on 04/April through "Phone Pe" mobile application for the amount of Rs950. The transaction went successful initially but after few hours I received a notification that your transaction is failed. I called the customer care number next day on 05/April and was told that the refund would be processed with in 7-9 Business days.

                              Its been 15-16 Business days now since Phone Pe customer service promised for the refund and I still haven't received my money. When I am calling on the customer care number, they guys are giving me a run around and requesting for more days.

                              I would like to request you to please intervene in this matter and get this resolved asap.

                                I have done a recharge (Jio recharge) on 7th april but that recharge was failed and my money was deducted from my account and i didn't get refund money
                                And first they said that the money will be refund in just of 8working days in to account. And then too they didn't nothing and was not reflected to my account. And after that they said that within 4working days the money will be reflected to account. I waiting toooo paitance but money was not reflected to account.
                                Please do something action on this.

                                  Hi,
                                  I purchased some items from myntra and paid thru phonepe. After returning the items to myntra, myntra is saying they transferred the amount to phonepe for 3 items and given me below three transaction ids.

                                  P1702251702429014753138 - rs - 439.92

                                  But same time phonepe not credited the amount to my standard chartered credit card. When i contacted sc credit card team, they asked me to check the transaction id with phonepe, which phonepe failed to provide me.

                                  From 1.5 month, phonepe making me fool and asking more time to resolve the case. But reality is that they are not doing anything and wasting time. Please help me to get my amount.

                                      Hello guys,

                                      This is the worst app that i used so far. They have a offer for 50% cashback. Its being more than 7 days that i havn't received the cashback amount. I tried their customer care number alot many times. They always said it would be transferred in witin 24 hours. I am fed up now. Their service is worst.

                                      Kindly do something so that i can get my cashback from the offer that i availed.

                                      I did recharge of two upi transactions. One is of rs 303/- and another is of rs99/-. I called your customer care also. Cashback amount would be rs150/- and rs50/- i. E rs200/-.

                                      Even though I got a call from [protected] . He said to me that he is from Phone Pe and asked my Credit Card number . I clearly said no to him so he asked my Phone Pe Credentials . I doubt that is he really from Phone Pe .
