I was adding 5500 rs money on my phonpe account through my corporation bank debit card but my transaction had been failed and money deducted from my account and wallet was not also updated.
I had called to customer, they said that your money will return in 7 days but i haven't received my money on my account i had again call to customer, they are saying that go to bank and fill the form.
My transaction i'd is p1706141657334297932200.
Please return back my money.

    On may 24th 2017 i did transfer some amount from phone phe wallet to idfc bank.
    That amount not get reflected in my account. For that i spoke with phone phe wallet customer care people[protected]. Moret han 20 times spoke with them for that transaction issue, finally they given one arn number and transaction number, with these details i raised complaint in idfc bank, they did verification from their end, after 24 hours of verification idfc customer care people were saying that issue came from phonephe wallet. We (Idfc) are not responsible for that, please check with phonephe wallet team, like that they informed. Again i called phonephe wallet customer care people they are not giving information about my money.

      I have not recieved the refund of amout 6740 rs made from two diffrent accounts for the transactions made on 29 th may and 30 may through my registered phone pe account of number [protected] and [protected].
      The amount of 6740 for both account has been debited through axis and sbi credit cards and still i have not recieved the refund. Refund still not reflecting in my credit card account. I call customer care they said wait for more days.
      I have already logged a complaint about it please help me regarding this

      Complaint number for transction :p1705291048049090080830 is 984451 and for other transction is 984487.
      Call center call me to given statement then refund money but not receive so phone pe call center tell me that give me statement for bank because phone pe asked for bank and solved my problem because bank said that we reverse money but money not receive.

        Same experience with me. Flipkart says they have refunded the amount and Phone Pe says they have not received any amount. Both Create a football of customer !!!

          I have made some transaction on flipkart through phonepe wallet by tranfer money to wallet from my kotak credit card. Later on i cancel my order and same has been refund by flipkart instantly. Instead of such amount back to my wallet, phonepe pay show it has credit back to my kotak credit card. Till now (Already a week pass away) i have not received my money in credit card not in my phonepe wallet.
          Further i have seen many people complaining the same issue on your portal.
          It show it is a fraud co. Although it is licensed by rbi.
          Please lookin the matter urgently. It is doing fraud with many people

            I am ajit singh, my registered mobile no - [protected] on phonepe account.
            I made a transaction on flipkart using phonepe account of amount rs 8080 on 31 may 2017, after that i got amount rs 200 as a cashback on my phonepe account.
            I cancel my order within 10 to 15 minutes from the time of placing order. Then i got mail from flipkart cancellation of my order an refund prossessd.
            I checked my transaction detail on phonepe app they are showing they credited my refund on my sbi credit card with transation id - p1705290021117124766049 on 29th may 2017.
            After two day i made a call on my bank to get the detail they told me that there is no any refund came from phonepe app, so i made a call on your customer care they told me to wait for 7 to 9 days for refund.
            So i wait for 7 to 9 days from my transaction date, today is 9th june 2017 an my transaction date was 29 may 2017, that's mean today is the 12th day from the transaction date or if we remove saturday or sunday then today is 10th day from my date of transaction.
            I made a complain throught your customer care my compain no - 976852, look into this matter an refund my money as soon as possible.

              My registered mobile no - [protected], i made a transation of rs 8080 on flipkart via phonepe app on 29th may 2017.
              Then i cancel my order on flipkart an they prossesd my refund to phonepe. An phonepe is showing they credited my refund on my card but refund not came on my card.
              I made a call on customer care of phonepe 4 to 5 times. They are telling to me sir you have to wait for 7 to 9 days.
              Today is 9th june 2017 an not got refund yet. Do not use this app...

                I am using PhonePe with Registered number: [protected]. I did a transaction of amount Rs. 1506/- on 18th-May and it ws failed due to your server issue. The money was debited from my acount and i have logged a complaint regarding refund from the past 15 days.

                I am not getting any kind of resolution from your side which is really unavoidable. I have processed a number of complaints ( at least 4 or 5 times) but your executives just closed that from their side without informing me, I am contacting you several times but i want to inform you that i don't have only this work.

                In sort i am really unsatisfied with your services and going to file a case against this issue you guys have created for me.

                  I had made payment of car insurance premium (Bajaj Allianze) through UPI App (PhonePe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but I did't get mail or message of of my renewal policy. So I contact insurance company, they said that we have not received any payment. After that I raised complain to PhonePe via. App and also by mail. They always tell me for wait for so more time and more than 2 months lapsed but they are not resolving the problem.

                    Hi, I made 2 transactions to Flipkart via PhonePe on 28th April. Attaching the bank statements which clearly show that amount was deducted for PhonePe.

                    Both transactions got failed and only one was refunded. 2nd failed transaction is still not refunded and PhonePe has closed the ticket.

                    I have lost INR 449 because of PhonePe's error.

                    Again, I repeat 2 transactions were failed, one was refunded. 2nd one is still pending and PhonePe has closed the ticket saying everything has been refunded. Their escalation team is not picking up the calls too. please find attached the statement.

                    There are multiple such complaints against PhonePe. Customers need to be refunded and strict actions is expected against the company.

                      150 rs cashback is the offer for the 1st Flipkart COD order paid through phonepe. I got the cashback after payment but a few hours later, Ekart declined the payment and money was refunded to my phonepe wallet and your cashback is not valid in this case. I did write to phonepe care and tried to call but no response to any of these. At the time of delivery, the courier agent did mention that these are the issues paying through phonepe for many consumers.
                      Just this is a mutual fraud with luring offers!
                      Dear Sir I have added money to PhonePe wallet on 19 may but still amount not credited back to account or wallet after failed transaction

                        I have done a transaction on flipkart through phone pe (Transaction id: p1705292334261483372490) of rs 2376. Amount got deducted from icici bank credit card but the transaction is showing failed. I have contacted icici bank customer care and they are saying that transaction was successful. Contacted phone pe customer care, they are saying that it will take 9 business days for checking and refund status. I don't believe any other trusted app would take this much time. This was my first transaction on phone pe. But i can say it is very slow already. I have done the transaction only because of flipkart trust but i can't see any reason to trust on phone pe.

                          I added money in my wallet, money was deducted from my bank account but the not credited in phone pe wallet. Showing that transaction failed forget about customer service, it is the worst one i have ever seen. Sent main, message, requested for call but nothing works. And lot of such complaints are already there in reviews of app store. Please be aware.

                            I have made a purchase on flipkart worth 1490 through phonepe app during the cashback period. The order was delivered and it's almost 5 days that I have reached the order and I still don't find a casback of 300 as promised. I received messages from both flipkart and phonpe saying that the credit was sent to phonepe wallet. But I haven't seen the credit amount on the app

                              Hello Sir / Maa'am,

                              My Name is Chandan singh. I had made a transaction on 10th May, 2017
                              time:03:38 in my friend account(name: Bibhas Das, account no:
                              [protected]) (Rs. 15000) the money got deducted from my
                              account(account no: [protected]) but transaction failed(Screen
                              Shot Attached) and its been 12days but I did not received my refund
                              back.
                              Further, I have filed a complaint(this is my PhonePe complaint no:
                              745086 and reference no:[protected] but customer care says this is
                              a serious issue as its been days and deducted money shall have been
                              refunded with in 7 to 9 working days..
                              I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction. Kindly provide
                              me with my refund.
                              I don't know what to do. This is a fake company and cheating on the
                              loyal customers. They are stealing money from us. I had calls them 1
                              times per day and texted them through app more than 10 times but no
                              response is provided from the company. They are doing it on a big
                              scale and stealing money from everyone. This will in-turn turn into a
                              scam one day. These customer just give the same reply please wait 7 to
                              9 workin days, they don't care and all the want is to steal money from
                              innocent peoples and my government is also promoting the upi app but
                              customers are loosing their money. We are not able to file complaint
                              anywhere. Something must be done.
                              Kindly guide us what shall be done and how can we get our money back.

                              on 7th September I have paid Rs. 70, 000 through phone pay to AMRI hospital, Saltlake, Kolkata. Amount debited from my account and transaction successful message was generated but the amount was not credited to the merchants bank.
                              This is an hospital issue please resolve the problem as soon as possible. I am facing a huge problem. I have also lodge a complain but they are asking me to wait for 30 days. As this is an hospital issue its an impossible for me to wait for 30 days. Please Please look into the matter.

                                I tried to recharge with Rs 255 for my dishtv but the recharge failed though payment was debited from my account. I have mailed the company several times for the issue but haven't recieved any mail in reply to my complaint. I even revieved a call from Phone Pe and the executive told me to wait for 7 days during which my payment will be refunded . But I still have NOT recieved refund of amount Rs. 255 to my account.

                                    Sir, i got 3 failed mobile recharge transactions of 99 + 300 + 300 through my debit card, the said amount got deducted from my account but after failed transaction the same amount was not returned to me, though i am repeatedly complaining to the above mobile app custumer support no usefull response from them and there is no call centre number and call back fecility not working plz do the need to get back my money my transactions referance are as follows

                                      I placed 1 order in flipkart 10 big sale via phone-pe on 17 the may midnight.

                                      ₹1049/-money is debited from my bank a/c & it was not credited in my phone-pe wallet and also order has not placed yet.

                                      These are all fake apps..
                                      How is flipkart accepted this type of apps..
                                      As these finally i felt
                                      Flipkart is waste...

                                        I have done a recharge of 303 on my jio number [protected] on 7th april, which got fail. Since then i am requesting for refund but every time i made a complain they say wait for 3 days, 4 days, 8 days etc. And after more than one month they are saying that please contact to your bank, we are not able to transfer your money.
