I made a payment using phone pe app on 08th may of 14500 through my central bank account. Payment was cancelled by app (Screenshot1). However as per bank amount has been debited successfully. Please help as i am not getting any satisfactory answer from the support team and i am in urgent need of the amount. I have already checked with bank and shared utr also.

    Hello,

    My name is Sulabh Sharma, a resident of New Delhi and I am writing in regards to one of the electricity bill payment which I made on 04/April through "Phone Pe" mobile application for the amount of Rs950. The transaction went successful initially but after few hours I received a notification that your transaction is failed. I called the customer care number next day on 05/April and was told that the refund would be processed with in 7-9 Business days.

    Its been 15-16 Business days now since Phone Pe customer service promised for the refund and I still haven't received my money. When I am calling on the customer care number, they guys are giving me a run around and requesting for more days.

    I would like to request you to please intervene in this matter and get this resolved asap.

      I have done a recharge (Jio recharge) on 7th april but that recharge was failed and my money was deducted from my account and i didn't get refund money
      And first they said that the money will be refund in just of 8working days in to account. And then too they didn't nothing and was not reflected to my account. And after that they said that within 4working days the money will be reflected to account. I waiting toooo paitance but money was not reflected to account.
      Please do something action on this.

        Hi,
        I purchased some items from myntra and paid thru phonepe. After returning the items to myntra, myntra is saying they transferred the amount to phonepe for 3 items and given me below three transaction ids.

        P1702251605073880680816.- rs 1002.62
        P1702251605085548235371.- rs 274.70
        P1702251702429014753138 - rs - 439.92

        But same time phonepe not credited the amount to my standard chartered credit card. When i contacted sc credit card team, they asked me to check the transaction id with phonepe, which phonepe failed to provide me.

        From 1.5 month, phonepe making me fool and asking more time to resolve the case. But reality is that they are not doing anything and wasting time. Please help me to get my amount.

          I made a upi transaction through phone pe 350rs on[protected] but transaction in processing till[protected].[protected] trans. Show failed but amount deducted from my bank account till today thn amount not reverse by phone pe app company. Customer support of this company not reply for my complaint solution.

            Hello guys,

            This is the worst app that i used so far. They have a offer for 50% cashback. Its being more than 7 days that i havn't received the cashback amount. I tried their customer care number alot many times. They always said it would be transferred in witin 24 hours. I am fed up now. Their service is worst.

            Kindly do something so that i can get my cashback from the offer that i availed.

            I did recharge of two upi transactions. One is of rs 303/- and another is of rs99/-. I called your customer care also. Cashback amount would be rs150/- and rs50/- i. E rs200/-.

            Even though I got a call from [protected] . He said to me that he is from Phone Pe and asked my Credit Card number . I clearly said no to him so he asked my Phone Pe Credentials . I doubt that is he really from Phone Pe .
            Kindly look it into this matter .

              PhonePe is a UPI transactions app jointly developed by Flipkart Payments Limited (subsidiary: FX Mart Pvt. Ltd.) and Yes Bank. I have been using this app for the past 1 month. About 5 days ago I was supposed to receive money via PhonePe from a certain UPI linked account. The transaction ID was P1703312331024499087565. The transaction was stuck at processing and as the sender tells me, the money was debited from his account. My reason for complaint is that even after several attempts, the customer care didn't bother to respond to this problem. I believe an organisation dealing in finances should have a prompt customer service team, however PhonePe customer care is almost non existent, it isn't accessible at all. It always seems to be overloaded and problems aren't solved. Please look into their customer support.

              I did transfer 2000 rupees from SBH (SBI) Kannd to SBH (SBI) Beed on 15/04/2017. The transaction shows in process but money was deducted from account.

              Please reply and resolve as early as possible.
              I also have same issue I lost 10000 bucks and nobody damn cares. They say wait for 3 days and it's done by today !!
              I have transferred Rs500/- to one of my colleague through PHONEPE app yesterday at 1500 hrs, amount deducted immediately but it has not been credited to receiver account. Already 20 hours passed still showing processing.
              i have recharge my jio no. [protected] with rs 399 .amount deducted immedietly but it has not been done showing still processing. i want my money refund immedietly .
              i have transfered an amount of Rs. 500 to my colleague through phone pe and the money have been deducted immediately from my account and still showing processing.
              I booked a Train Ticket from IRCTC using Phonepe channel. The amount got deducted from Phonepe but never got to IRCTC. The IRCTC site shows pending from bank but Phonepe just says we have made the payment. The response from Phonepe is very negligent.

                I have paid my light bill through phonepe as per above said transaction No. NX[protected] on dt. 9.3.2017. but it was failed and "the refund will be made within 24 hours " as per phonepe message. but it was not done. since then i requested for refund 4-5 times. then I got the message " refund will be made in 8 working days as per banking rule". But sorry to say that it has not been done till today.

                  I Have Complaint FOr Phone Pe Company.I Do The Simple Wallet Topup OF Phonepe company On 13th January 2017 Of Rs 7000.
                  But Some Issue Of Internet Failure My MOney Is Debited From My Bank Account But NOt Added In my phone Pe wallet.
                  I Repeatly Call To customer Care Of Phone Pe They Always Say Your Case Is Escalated ANd Money Is Refunded Soon.But After SOme DaysWhen I Say to them for give me reference no. of refunded money.they decline to give me the no. . they say no reference no. generate. Then they change the statement in the mid of febyary they say to me the phonepe company have no recieve my money or your money is stuck in your s bank account.then i call the customer care or also talk with bank manager of pnb bank of patiala for the money purpose but they say no money is recieved by us yet.so plz contact to the phone pe.but both of this conversation my money is not refunded back to me.i dont know where is my money stuck in bank or in phone pe account.plz do some thing for this matter.i willl give give you my phone pe no. which help you for this case phone pe account no.                     Didn't receive refund for failed transaction

                    I have done a recharge of Rs 50 on 11th Feb 2017 and it got failed. I have called the customer care of phone pe and they said that it will be refunded within 8 days. When I asked for the bank reference number they said that its not available with them . In reality there is no reference number because they haven't initiated the refund yet. This is a fraud company . DO NOT recharge using this wallet. I have lost all hopes of getting my refund...

                    My name is prashant singh, i was using phonepe Making the transaction But it was failed And the amount was deducted from my account and i was asking for refund from the company But no response from the company they said within 7 days it will be refunded but today is 8th day, i have an emi from bank which has to be deducted from my account so i was hoping if the refunded money will be added the i was able to pay to the emi but phone has took so much of time and i have been charged 287rs from the bank twice so i want that my money should be refunded along with rs 287
                    I'm transfer money from my account to phonepe wallet, transition is failed but, money has debited from my account the amount is 10, 000 rupees. So plz solve this problem it's happened in January 12th 2017.
                    My Phonepe top-up is failed but debited from account please reverse my amount immediately

                    They are not willing to help even after providing them with proof that transaction has failed. If this case is not solved I would recommend everyone not to download PhonePe. Worst service. Phone pay no [protected].

                      I, Rajib Ganguly have done money transfered Rs. 3610/-through Phonepe platform from my IDBI Bank account [protected] IFSC:IBKL0000358 to my SBI account [protected] IFSC: SBIN0002089 on 05 /02/2017 at 8:40 Am.Messege shown failed to send money with transaction id: Phonepe : P1702050840532110260573 & idbi upi/[protected]/[protected]@ybl but the amount debited in my account with in seconds.
                      Yes Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My 3610 Rs /- money is debited from Idbi bank on 05/02/2017 but money is not credited transferable bank. My transaction details of Idbi is upi/[protected]/[protected]@ybl & transation id of idbi bank - [protected]. Please help me.I am very much thankful if you solve the problem.
