I had made payment of creditcard payment (Kotak) through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my creditcard payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App

The details of transaction is as below:

      I have done a payment of rs 3000 on 31st March 2022 to a merchant but not received by the merchant.
      Please refund my money back to my bank account.

        I had done payment of my credit card by phonepe but 1080₹ amount is debited from my account but not credited in my credit card I got late penalty no help from PhonePe

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Subject : - Amount paid by Phone pay but Merchant still have not received the payment.

          This is with regards to the Amount transferred to PNB - Metlife on 27th March 2022 for Rupees - 98, 773/-. The amount was transferred using the mobile Phone pay Number as # [protected]. The amount was transferred from the SBI Savings account number # [protected] ( A/c Holder - Shashikanth BN).

          It seems that the amount is still in Phone Pay and this amount is still not released to PNB Metlife.
          I checked with the customer service, but was told to wait for a few more days.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Attached is the Bank statement for your reference.

            It seems that the amount is still in Phone Pay and this amount is still not released to PNB Metlife.
            I checked with the customer service, but was told to wait for a few more days.I never thought there would be so much trouble in paying the bills to merchants through Phone pay since it's already been more than a week.
            Would you be kind enough to resolve this issue, if not kindly refund the money back to the above mentioned account.

                By Advertise send Prize money in Bank. By Default a Claim reward is display in my phone(Phone pe) app.when I Scratch this card and give my UPI pin, my amount Rs.433 is debited from my bank account. So, please take necessary action to Refund my Money to my bank account.This money is my hard work and earn this Money.

                    Money deducted from bank but train ticket not booked

                    Hi team,
                    Phone pe transaction id: T2203240938409937264382

                    I purchased ticket in irctc and payment done through phone pe account. My money 287.70rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please...

                    I had transferred amount 2500/- towards a bank account in Axis Bank. The phonepe app showed the transaction is processing. The amount is debited from my Indusld Bank Account but still not credited to recipient. And the transaction is still showing processing in Phonepe. Its been 5 days to this. Phonepe Support is not even replying to the issue raised. Please Help.

                          Dear sir / madam
                          On 02.04.2022 I made the rent payment using credit card by using Phonepe. Amount has been debited from my card but amount not credited to receiver account at the same time amount not refunded to my credit card. I created the rent payment profile as Chandra. My ticket number is[protected]. Pls check and confirm where my money went . Pls help me to get it.

                            Fake transaction page

                            Iam a phone pe user. my friend told me that he sended the money. to my friend via phone pe application and sended me screenshot. for confirmation
                            but my friend didt received the money or any text messages.

                            I had recharged my Jio number for Rs. 666 from the JIO App itself and made payment through Phone pe platform. I had used my cash back points of 132 rs from Jio which deducted my amount to 532 Rs.
                            The same 532 rs for deducted and no recharge was made to my number.
                            I had done several complaints through the customer care of Jio and Phone pe as well but it's more than 10 days, no response and no money was refunded back to me.
                            Please resolve my issue.

                              Hello Phonepe customer care,
                              I was about to book my ticket from easemytrip.com on 01/04/2022 using phonePe upi, while doing so the payment got failed and my amount of Rs 10, 548 got deducted from my bank account. The ticket booking was not completed, so i called easemytrip and inquired about it. They said that they havent received the amount and the payment must have stuck on PhonePe side. So i request you to refund my money as soon as possible as i need to book another ticket for returning home.

                                I transferred money to other's account but my payment is pending stetus wanted to give money someone, i transferred 1Rs it's successful payment but other payment is still pending it's already Taken two days but money is not transferring, money is debited from my bank account..

                                  ₹668 has been deducted from my bank account but I haven't got recharge of 666 Rs on my Jio mobile number [protected]. My registered number on phonePe [protected].
