I have been following phone pe since 2 days so many times for my pending transaction and till my problem not resolved. However my amount of 4000 rupees was debited from my account on 15 April 2022 at 9.30 a.m but not credited to recipients account.

    Iam using phonepe for long while on. One day unfortunately by mistake i have deactivate my account. Now when i think to re register my account they were showing that something went wrong. I wish to use phonepe so if you can do anything for me please let me know. Please contact me back as soon as possible. Thank you

      Message on phone pe shows funds transfer is pending and the amount has been taken from my account. Its not gone to the receivers account. Its urgent plz look at and resolve immediately.

        Opted for phonepe for payment today (13/4/22). As there was no phonepe option available with driver. I have paid in cash. But my payment didn't get updated and the app still shows outstanding amount to be paid.

        Driver's Name: Kethavath

        It was the same for yesterday's ride!

              I had made payment of creditcard payment (Kotak) through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my creditcard payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App

                      Subject : - Amount paid by Phone pay but Merchant still have not received the payment.

                      This is with regards to the Amount transferred to PNB - Metlife on 27th March 2022 for Rupees - 98, 773/-. The amount was transferred using the mobile Phone pay Number as # [protected]. The amount was transferred from the SBI Savings account number # [protected] ( A/c Holder - Shashikanth BN).

                      It seems that the amount is still in Phone Pay and this amount is still not released to PNB Metlife.
                      I checked with the customer service, but was told to wait for a few more days.

                        Subject : - Amount paid by Phone pay but Merchant still have not received the payment.

                        Attached is the Bank statement for your reference.

                        It seems that the amount is still in Phone Pay and this amount is still not released to PNB Metlife.
                        I checked with the customer service, but was told to wait for a few more days.I never thought there would be so much trouble in paying the bills to merchants through Phone pay since it's already been more than a week.
                        Would you be kind enough to resolve this issue, if not kindly refund the money back to the above mentioned account.

                                Money deducted from bank but train ticket not booked

                                Hi team,
                                Phone pe transaction id: T2203240938409937264382

                                I purchased ticket in irctc and payment done through phone pe account. My money 287.70rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please...

                                I had transferred amount 2500/- towards a bank account in Axis Bank. The phonepe app showed the transaction is processing. The amount is debited from my Indusld Bank Account but still not credited to recipient. And the transaction is still showing processing in Phonepe. Its been 5 days to this. Phonepe Support is not even replying to the issue raised. Please Help.

                                      On 02.04.2022 I made the rent payment using credit card by using Phonepe. Amount has been debited from my card but amount not credited to receiver account at the same time amount not refunded to my credit card. I created the rent payment profile as Chandra.
