I was traveling to Jaisalmer and had made a transaction of rs.420 to a merchant with transaction id- T2203011132061265682384 but the transaction was shown as under process and money from my back account was deducted. I waited for almost 1 hr but transaction was still showing under process, ultimately I had to pay cash to the merchant and left for Delhi. Immediately I hv raised concerned with phone pe and submitted that payment is done on cash, may kindly arrange for refund. Now after many days I didn't get the refund and connected to customer care who was very rude and saying the money was credited to merchant after two days and now we can not support you. Request refund from Phone pe

    Please note:
     10 Feb 2022 [protected]@ybl-YESB0YBLUPI[protected] Payment of Rs.1665.00 made. Same Failed & got refunded vide YESB[protected]-R02 Phone PeRevers.
     10 Feb 2022, again in very next transaction transferred Rs.1665, Vide transaction # [protected]@ybl-YESB0YBLUPI[protected] payment deducted from HDFC account but Neither payment reached beneficiary nor refunded till date!
     17th Feb -After receiving the alert form beneficiary (SBI), paid Rs.1665.00 vide HDFC net Banking.
    As the payment last date was 12th Feb, SBI penalized me with Rs.750.00 as a late fee!!
    Stapled are the SBI statement, HDFC statement for your ready references please.
    Hope you can understand the gravity.

        UPi fraud happen and INR 355555 amount auto debit from bank account

        Spammers take control of phone and auto debit amount via UPi phonepay on differnt bank account of spammers.i complaint to phonepay but they had told please claim to bank...

        I have recharged the for Rs. 666/- for Jio Mobility Services, through phonepe.

        Amount got deducted, but recharge not happened. The recharge was made on 5 march at 7.37 PM., still now i did not get the Refund back.

            Whenever I try to connect to complaint o[censored]nrec amount they generate a ticket I am confused to whom where that ticket is generating just I tried to contact you are one of phonepe executive he asked me the bank statement and the transaction which has filled sorry which has successful but I didn't receive that payment regarding that just I am trying to complaint from 15 days

                The PhonePe transaction was successful but the amount did not get deposited in receiver bank account. This happened with a merchant while I was in Manali, HP. This is very bad procedure to resolve any discrepancy. Highlights how fragile and one sided the things are going, if something fails there is no good automatic process.

                  I made a one payment through phonepe but still it is not showing on icicibank. Main issue is my limit of credit card not increases yet. So it is very main concern where my money goes.

                                This is Dadapeer Sultan from Bengaluru, it has been several day's that my Amount of 18000/ is been stuck with Phone as Pending. Tried to reach out Customer Support it was Pathetic response stating, we have taken complaint wait for some day's so it is not this first reply it is somewhere 5 times thiis was updated to me & now telling again to wait for another 5 days. Is this Joke and again if we want to speak to customer Support they won't answer the call or keep the system for Halt for Several Hours and then they disconnect the call Awesome work from your Support Staff & Even tried to Communicate with Bank but Bank told we don't have any Money which is showing as credited to us & we are not aware about Phone Pay told to Communicate with Phone Pay itself

                                This is been my last option to Complaint Forum & convey the message to Response - because tried every part of your Requirement to follow your own step & even we have ask your Bellandur Head Office they told here Customer are not allowed to visit - So if in this the issue is not reoslve I don't have any other option to Lodge a police Complaint or FIR - Or Take a Help of Media to get Justice to take back my Hard work Money from you

                                    I had transferred 5000 rupees to someone on 23.02.2022 but due to failed transaction the debited amount has still not been credited to my account. I spoke to SBI customer care representative and home branch as well but they advised to speak to you for this issue. You are requested to please do the needful.

                                      I made a transaction on 23rd february, , the transaction id is T2202231306572065737939
                                      The transaction was in pending for 2days after thatvthe transaction was failed, , i complained, , , they gave me a time 3-5 days, but i received a message that the refund was initiated but i didn't recieve any refund, , after that again I received a message the amount has been refunded, , but till now I have not received any refund, I have already contacted my bank but the denied this payment they said that phone pe will refund this money, , , I want my money back within today the amount is 2000. There is no proper customer service, system generate reply.
