I have paid Rs.12100 to my friend before 5 days and it was failed but the amount debited from my account and still it's not yet credited to my account. I need it very urgency....

I did a transaction of huge amount to and account. Money has been debited from my account but it has still not reached the recievers account. It has not been reversed back as well. Its been 2 days and I have not got a solution to this. Pls help me here as the amount is very high. I have commitments with that money and now it's stuck no where to go. Pls help the way forward asap on top priority....

Money deducted but neither credited to the receiver nor refunded back since 3days with transaction I'd T2202281827413344167033. Status showing the money has been refunded but I have not recieved it yet in my bank account....

I have made the payment to merchant through PhonePe the amount got deducted from my account but the merchant has not received the payment and neither the amount has been deposited back to my account.
This is the second time i am facing the same issue and have not received any support from PhonePe or my bank HDFC...

I was placing an order on amazon on 27th of February, 2022. On making the payment with phone pay, the money got debited from the account, but the order payment got failed. The phonepe history is also not showing any transaction history of the same payment. However, my bank transaction has been done.
It's been 2 days now, and I've not received my refund yet.

Everytime I try to remove auto-pay the app throws an error. Every month money is getting deducted. I am not able to unlink the account from the app as auto-pay is there for the account.
I want the auto-pay removed asap. I called customer care several times. And there is no response. Raised tickets also. No help is provided....

It's been three days that I haven't received my jio recharge. Phonepe helpline said to contact to jio but they says that you don't have any valid recharge plan. Here's the transaction ID NX22022222062310339716901...

I did a recharge on 22 Feb but haven't received it yet. Phonepe helpline said to wait for 24 hours but now it's been more than 3 days....

23 February Ms. Ani Das, a/c no[protected] transferred rs 850 in my account through phone pe app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to her account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer was made and on connecting phone pe customer care they told me that transfer...

On 23/02/2022 I made the payment using credit card by using Phonepe. Amount has been debited from my card but amount not credited to receiver account at the same time amount not refunded to my credit card. The Rent Payment is still showing as pending and I need to make this transaction successful as soon as possible.
Pls check and confirm to which account my amount is credit or where is my money blocked. Pls...

PhonePe Merchant Recieved my payment to inactive or closed account and hold it. I was request to refund to the sender or cancel payment but they are not support. . Its fraud because of they are collect payment in closed account and not settled in another one...
