I never expected this from phonepe. I have paid an amount to a merchant via phonepe. Money deducted twice from me but didn't reached both the times. After a week money reached to opposite side once and another transaction is still processing. I raised a ticket on phonepe app but still ticket is processing from 20 days.

I made a transaction of Rs 28000 on 21/01/2022 from PhonePe. The amount got deducted from my SBI account, but the recipient did not recieve it.
I tried to contact phonepe but they are just giving new dates to wait through the ticket raised in the app, which seems automated. This is a huge amount for me and there's no customer care service, the email id given by phonepe everywhere till now(playstore, Instagram, their website) is no longer in use, the customer care number connects to pre recorded automated calls which ultimately redirects to the in app tickets, there's no way to talk to any employee or executive. Please help me out.

I did transaction for 70000 Rs and amount got debited from my account 5 days back. However, the receipient party did not receive the credit. I contacted phonepe support team and they provided the update that I would be refunded my amount by 26th Jan, 2022. However, my refund is still not happening and i was not able to contact the team for support. I did reach out to my bank and did not receive any response from them too stating that phonepe is liable to refund my amount back. I request to consider this as priority and provide me back my refund amount asap.

On 21st January I transfer the money Rs. 20000 using phone pe . due to server problem transaction was failed but the amount was debited from my account. its more that 5 days the amount is not credited to my account and also not reflect in receivers account. Sir, I paid PRSU exam form fee through UPI, but time out happened, due to which money was deducted from my account but exam fee was not paid, so I had to pay again. So two for the same form from my account money has been deducted.

I have booked a ticket from irctc and made the payment using phonepe upi option. But i have cancelled the same on 24th of december but yet not got the refund. Irctc website says that the amount is refunded by transaction id : P2112261206435485717910 but still i have not got the refund. Please help with the issue....

I did phone pay transaction on dated 06 Jan 2022 for INR 8059.58. Today its 21 Jan 2022 and till date money is neither reversed or credited to beneficiary account (Credit card payment). I have been charged late payment fee and interest (Approx. Amount : 1600.00) by credit card bank and my CIBIL score is also affected.
But still Phone pay customer care is not responding.
Worst service by app.
1. Please let me know about the transaction amount.
2. Who is going to bear late payment fee and interest charged by bank.

Hi, I have a PhonePe account which got blocked. I have been chasing PhonePe CC, and getting no response. All they have done is raised a ticket and are extending the TAT for ticket closure. At first they asked me to wait till 12th of January 2022, on 13th I contacted again as the issue was not resolved and they asked me to wait again till 16th January 2022. Today on 17th I connected with them again and they are again asking to wait til 20th of January 2022.
This seems to be a never ending process now and they are not unblocking my PhonePe account but just giving me future dates without any further communication.

I have made gold purchases and MF purchases through the application and my money is stuck on the platform. Requesting you to please get in touch with them and help in unblocking my PhonePe account.

I have done one purchase on 11.01.2022 and made payment of rs 3870 through phone pe but phonepe transaction failed and amount debited from my account, utr no[protected], transaction id-T2201111440303627679591, on raising ticket in phonepe support team assured that amount will be refunded back in account by 12.01.2022 by evening, again replied them on 12.01.2022 in evening that amount not credited then they told it will credit in night, but till now my account not credited with rs 3870/-, phonepe is giving reply like this only, now what I ha e to do, where I have to lodge complain, kindly refund my amount asap.
