So while paying for Zara, I used phone pe upi to make the payment of 4900 rupees. The amount was debited from my account however did not reach zara and my order got declined for no payment. The money has not been received back....

Rs. 2 also got added to it making it Rs. 151. The payment failed. The money is debited from my account. At 09:41 this morning, i got a message from PhoenPe that to claim the bonus for using PhonePe, pl scratch and when scratched, a sum of Rs 1941 will be credited to my HDFC bank account.

I sent money but still not received and not returned...

Wrongly transfer money to gift wallet...

Payment made on 6oct. Payment show successfull in Phonepe but receiver still not receiver the amount. Payment stuck 7 days... Still receiver not receive money. There is no customer care for help. On call only recoding told about ticket raise. Ticket raised they replying only wait for 5 days then reply check statement and all. But not giving proper reply. ......

My was blocked so many time am trying but not solving please help...

My account was deactivated unnecessarily by PhonePe Business, which led to delay in payments for my firm.
There was no response by the company as to why my account was deactivated by their end. When I tried to call them, the only reason they had was it was deactivated by their BACKEND TEAM....
