Hello,

My name is Dattatray, i have recharged on 4th Oct Jio Plan of 249 rupees through Phonepe, The transaction was successfully, however, haven't received recharge confirmation message from Jio company, when i checked with Jio operator they told they haven't received any request on 4th Oct through phonepe, then i checked with Phonepe Executive they stated the recharge is done, they got ref id from jop operator, they also provide me reference id is below.

Reference ID [protected]

Per discussion with phonepe executive the recharge is successful and they unable cancel the request or refund amount.

i'm again visit to my jio application and chat with they online executive they stated same as phone conversion they haven't received recharge request on 4th Oct thorough phonepe.

Please find herewith attached commutation with phonepe executive and also jio customer care chat details.

If the payment history reflects that the amount has been debited and the entered Jio number is also correct and since it has been more than 2 hours since you attempted the recharge, hence request you to contact the TPA through which the recharge was attempted.

    Dear sir 04.10.21 I have done a jio recharge from phone pe and that amount was 149 in phone pe it was successful transaction but the benefits and successful sms didn't get in the jio number. I called to jio castomer care they told me that they didn't get any amount from phone pe so jio castomer care told me that please contact to phone pe.

    So please take action on it's as soon as possible I need refund .

          I have done the recharge for rs 599 for the jio number [protected] through phonepe and the transaction was successful (transaction id:NX2110042351250325239062) and the amount is deducted from the bank account and I haven't received any message regarding the same and the recharge plan is not active. I request you to kindly refund the amount.
          I have also attached the transaction details below

              I have recharged my jio number:[protected] with (251 DATA ADD ON PACK) in Oct 4, 11:29 with phonepe wallet but still I not received any benifits on it but in phonepe help support they says jio ha successfully recharged but I didn't received anything in jio helpline they said the recharge was unsuccessful

                  I purchased a Myntra gift card worth 2, 200 from phone pe, when I tried to redeem that card the error says invalid gift card details entered, from the customer care side there is no proper response and solution even calling them is an big task for customers please solve my issue...

                    I have done payment of 200 rs recharge on tata sky app on 21 July 2021. while I chosen payment mode freecharge .later it was linked to the freecharge part of the payment of 25 rs done by freecharge wallet and rest of the amount of 175 rs has been done by phone pay .amount was was debited and payment was also failed wallet amount was paid back in wallet but debited amount from phone pay not credited back into my account not yet.

                      My mother had sent me Rs.700 via phone pay app on 2nd October.Her App shows that Rs.700 are sent successfully to my account and even my own app shows Rs.700 received.
                      But the problem is my account balance is not getting updated on the phone pay app and doesn't reflect transaction of Rs.700.

                      Please help me....

                              The PHONEPE team seem to be full of ### that they're setup an option to 'Deactivate' PHONEPE account & not delete it. Also, it mentions that once it's deactivated, you'll need a new number to create another account to use it. I have to surrender my SIM & most likely, the telecom company will assign that number to another CUSTOMER. Now if that CUSTOMER accesses my PHONEPE account, the person will get al my data. Also, if a person buys a new SIM which was previously owned by someone, then the person can't use PHONEPE as they won't be able to create a new account. PHONEPE people are trash & idiotic. Just help me in deleting my data & account.

                                I had added 51 rs to my phonepe wallet and the money debited from my bank account but the transaction failed and shown the refund initiated to my bank account but the money was not yet credited to my account

                                    Hello,
                                    I received notification from phone pay giving me rewards of Rs.4968 and i got scratch card same as phone pay original rewards, i click on it and directly phone pay opened and redirect to upi pin, there was not any information given about money deduction.

                                    Phone pay cheated me and they deducted my money of Rs.4968 pls help i am from middel class family and i totaly worried about my money pls help me to refund my money.
