I am close my wallet at 29/08/2021 or today 11/09/2021 but my wallet money not received. Meny times talk to castomar care but castomar care give times again or again. please help me....

I have registered complaints 6th September. 21 but till date not response from phone pe customers support. 15000 fraud happened with me.

I request all. The user pls don't use phone pe app.
They never care their customers & zero security of your accounts....

Uska call aaya hai tha mujhe call girl ka escort hain apko service chahiye toh hum denge lardki apke ghar aayegi uske apko phlele book karna padega 600 hundred phir lardki aane baad aur 600 payment karna padega apko aur maine kar diya lardki nhi aayi bht forced kiya jaldi jaldi payment karne k liye ki 5mintue mein lardki aajayegi apke magar phir 1200 hundred lene baad usne bola ki security deposit ke naam pe apko 3000aur payment karna hai...

I transferred a fund of Rs 200 on[protected] but he doesn't received that amount...

Such a pathetic platform, a fraudulent activity happened with me today and I tried to reach their customer support but neither they are available on call n to my surprise to handle a fraud they have drop downs which leads to no where. Any Tom, dick n Harry has been opening a platform for people to transact n they have no damn clue how to secure their money n provide support in case of emergency. Also what kind of platform n services they...

I got a call @ 1:54pm and a person said my father has given him my number so that he could transfer me 25000. My father doesn’t use online platforms and sometimes I do receive payment on his behalf. Hence, I said okay n then he asked if he needs to transfer on the same number he called, I confirmed the number n asked him to send the payment via phonepe.
He said he would transfer Rs.2 and I need to confirm if, I have received. Then...

Phon pay is a bad . i send the amound my friend my amount debited but my friend account not credit .. its many more time phon pay problem ... plz refund my amound as soon as posibil...

I did a wrong recharge the operator is airtel. I called that number but the number is switched off.
So I want the money back.

My account has been blocked from many months and There is no chance to call customer care for that number please unblock my number...

While, I was transferring a money through a BarCode to a restaurant, suddenly the payment has been failed and amount has been debited, but the owner didnt get the money to his account and not showing in my wallet also. Its been done before 2 days. For a normal person, he has to use that money for somewhere for his personal purpose.Till now money has not refunded....

I've paid credit card bill of Rs 66, 000/- INR to card ending with xx01 on 06-sep-2021, but when i checked with phonepe, they provided status as amount paid to card ending with xx79. which is completely incorrect. UI showing one card number and bot showing different card number. I tried to reach out to call Centre for 3 times, as soon as i explained the issue, they will go on mute for min and disconnect the call. chat support is not responsive....

I’ve been waiting from 29th Aug to get my withdrawal after my wallet closure and executives keep postponing the dates and tell me to wait and it’s been a week since I kept begging them....

I've been getting a fake offer call of PhonePe executive regarding an offer to claim some ruppes.

4 Aug mr THEIVARAJ, a/c no[protected] transferred rs 1000 in my account through phone pay app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debbited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to his account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer made and on connecting phone pay customer care they told me that transfer...

Your agent misguided my wife and withdrawal 15000 from account.

We never expect this type of fraud company like phone pe.
Kindly refund my money back on priority otherwise I am going to consumer court....

Flipkart have refunded to my phonepe wallet debit card but money is not yet reflected in my bank account although phonepe shows credited to my debit card. My transaction id of refund of 18999 is P2109041720262234552070....

I have done transact in phonepe on 31st Aug 21 using credit card pay rent .
I got transaction successful but receiver bank not received money till today 04th sept 21.

I raised ticket in phonepe but they they are saying money reached receivers bank account but still not received.
