My phonepe account bearing mobile number: [protected] is blocked for no reason tried to call customer care but they are stating that it cant be unblocked. please rectify the issue at the earliest as possible.

    Transaction showing processing since two days but money deducted

    I have initiated transaction on phonepe to send money to relatives . But The money deducted from my account and not recieved in relatives account. It is showing processing since last two days. Now tell me what to do for such a condition....

      It is informed that on 18.9.2021 at around 10 to11 AM, I received unknown calls from Mobile No.[protected] and No. [protected] posing himself as my well known DIG, CRPF Shri Jaidev Kesri. The voice of caller was similar to Shri Jaidev Kesri. He stated that he will send me Rs.25000/- for further transfer to his child. Then I received a false text message from him containing transfer of Rs.25000 in my account. Though, I called Shri Jaidev Kesri, DIG on his saved whatsapp Number but the said caller/hacker responded from other side that “Raminder tum verify kar rahe ho kya, paise bhej do”. Trusting to a senior Officer, I transferred Rs.25000 in two transactions i.e. Rs.10000 and 15000 on UPI ID No.T2109181221274443018986 and. No.T2109181231249143018696. Thereafter he again demanded Rs.20, 000. I again called the DIG, Shri Jaidev Kesri on his whatsapp. while the said hacker responding me from other side, Shri Jaidev Kesri connected on call and asked me how are you Raminder, Kay baat has hai kyu call kiya. When I told about transfer of money, Sh.Kesri said he neither called me nor demanded money. Then I came to know about the fraud. Sir it is a case of fraudulant & cyber crime. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

        I Transferred Rs.7000 on[protected] from my mobile [protected] through Phonpay UPI to Mobile Number [protected].
        The Transaction is successful but the party till date has not received the amount.
        The Amount is deducted from my account on 16-9-21. I am attaching all the Screenshot of all the Proofs hereunder for your consideration kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap.

              Have purchased a product due to defective i have cancelled the amazon people have done the refund successfully on 23rd aug of Rs 947 but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more the then 10 days have passed i have sent email with complete details but still there is no response

                  While using phonepe one message pops up with a scratch card after scratching it shows you earn a reward worth rupees 1995. After claiming that reward instead of credit it got debited from my account.

                  HELP ME OUT
                  AS BECAUSE IT WILL DECREASE YOUR GOODWILL IN THE MARKET.

                    I have booked a Log cylender dt. 24/08/2021 and payment make with phonepe. And amount cut in our bank statement. But A msg received from IOC that no receive the amount.
                    They said amount credit in you account within 7 working days. But till date no AMT receive in bank account.

                    LPG delivery received with cash paid.

                    So kindly check and credit the amount rs. 943.50 in our bank account.

                            Hi,

                            I did the transaction on 2nd jul 21 to wrong account number via Phone PE.
                            The money was debited from my bank account .
                            we immediately call the bank and asked them to cancel the transaction to the benificary account holder.
                            Bank also onhold ready.
                            The same day we register the complaint in phonepe on the same day.
                            Phone pe recommended to contact the bank.
                            So we contacted the bank . bank given answer after 3 months for our ticket .
                            Bank will return money to phonepe only and they cant directly to send to our account.

                            The bank complaint code is given below for your reference and please contact bank and get back the money for us .
                            Its huge amount ( 29, 250Rs)for us. Please help on this claim.

                                Today I came to know that my account is blocked because of security reasons.
                                I also called your customer care team.
                                They are saying I violated section 11 of your terms and conditions.
                                According to section 11,
                                You can operate only one PhonePe wallet at any given point of time. Any violation of this condition shall amount to suspension/discontinuation of all your accounts. but I only use single account.
                                They also gave me ticket number[protected]
                                I am requesting you to please UNBLOCK my account . I am not aware of what exact mistake I did while using PHONEPE. I am loyal customer of PHONEPE from past many years . I don't want to break any of your terms and conditions. But if I broke any of these, I am very sorry for that. It won't happen again. I am not aware of any of this.
                                Also give me information about what mistake I did while using PHONEPE so I won't repeat that mistake again.

                                  Phone Pe notification came in my mobile. There was a gift voucher in that notification. Scratched that gift voucher. After checking I saw that I have won Rs. 1967/-. It was written in the voucher that this amount should be sent to your bank account. As soon as I remitted that amount to my bank account, I immediately got a debit message from the bank that Rs.1967/- has been debited from your account. I was not aware of that gift voucher and I did not get any gift voucher. I have been cheated. I want my money back.

                                      Sir suddenly i saw that i am unable to open my phonepe account with number [protected]. When i called their customar support the told me that i have been blocked my account.
                                      But i have never done this in my knowledge. Now i want to back my previous phone pe account as i use it for some important transaction.
                                      Kindly do the needful sir.
                                      Their opinion is not true about to block my account as per my request
