My mobile no.[protected] Iam using Phonepe Business, Customer paid Rs.92 instead of Rs.992 and Phonepe Business is not showing the mobile number of the customer. How to contact the customer for my Rs.900 Loss.
Kindly help us out to reach the customer

I have a Phonepe account with my registered number: [protected]. Yesterday I have transacted my money thru Phonepe to the wrong person. The Transaction Numbers for those transactions are Transaction Id: T2109231630343619077665, T2109231640003171787269, T2109231716090961787151. Request you to kindly credit chargeback these transactions as soon as possible.

I am Jayant .I make a payment through phone p my upi ID is ([protected]@ybl )of Rs2000 in 19August2021 to guru kirpa enterprices .balance is deducted to my account but merchant did not accept the payment .traction I'd. P2108191204517198628691. My account in canra bank..the account specified in bank is not matched with merchant account ..account given by bank is [protected]..is not merchant account..

I tried to add money in phonepe wallet the money get deducted from bank but not credited to the phonpe wallet

My phonepe account bearing mobile number: [protected] is blocked for no reason tried to call customer care but they are stating that it cant be unblocked. please rectify the issue at the earliest as possible.

I have initiated transaction on phonepe to send money to relatives . But The money deducted from my account and not recieved in relatives account. It is showing processing since last two days. Now tell me what to do for such a condition....

I temporarily disabled my phone pe account but I want to unblock my phone pe account but they are not unblocking please unblock my Phone pe account

It is informed that on 18.9.2021 at around 10 to11 AM, I received unknown calls from Mobile No.[protected] and No. [protected] posing himself as my well known DIG, CRPF Shri Jaidev Kesri. The voice of caller was similar to Shri Jaidev Kesri. He stated that he will send me Rs.25000/- for further transfer to his child. Then I received a false text message from him containing transfer of Rs.25000 in my account. Though, I called Shri Jaidev Kesri, DIG on his saved whatsapp Number but the said caller/hacker responded from other side that “Raminder tum verify kar rahe ho kya, paise bhej do”. Trusting to a senior Officer, I transferred Rs.25000 in two transactions i.e. Rs.10000 and 15000 on UPI ID No.T2109181221274443018986 and. No.T2109181231249143018696. Thereafter he again demanded Rs.20, 000. I again called the DIG, Shri Jaidev Kesri on his whatsapp. while the said hacker responding me from other side, Shri Jaidev Kesri connected on call and asked me how are you Raminder, Kay baat has hai kyu call kiya. When I told about transfer of money, Sh.Kesri said he neither called me nor demanded money. Then I came to know about the fraud. Sir it is a case of fraudulant & cyber crime. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

I Transferred Rs.7000 on[protected] from my mobile [protected] through Phonpay UPI to Mobile Number [protected].
The Transaction is successful but the party till date has not received the amount.
The Amount is deducted from my account on 16-9-21. I am attaching all the Screenshot of all the Proofs hereunder for your consideration kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap.

Unable to login phonepe account. payment is blocked in wallet. Company is not responding. Wallet no. [protected]

Have purchased a product due to defective i have cancelled the amazon people have done the refund successfully on 23rd aug of Rs 947 but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more the then 10 days have passed i have sent email with complete details but still there is no response
for the mail many customer say that you don't respond to any complains please
do it as we are depending on you people

I have applied a reward coupon in puma but transaction failed. I am unable to apply coupon again.

While using phonepe one message pops up with a scratch card after scratching it shows you earn a reward worth rupees 1995. After claiming that reward instead of credit it got debited from my account.

I have booked a Log cylender dt. 24/08/2021 and payment make with phonepe. And amount cut in our bank statement. But A msg received from IOC that no receive the amount.
They said amount credit in you account within 7 working days. But till date no AMT receive in bank account.

LPG delivery received with cash paid.

So kindly check and credit the amount rs. 943.50 in our bank account.

I Prashant Ramesh Kale sent 25k money from phonepe on 17 july 2021 the money get deducted from my account but did not receive at receivers bank.

I have transferred an amount of rs 808 via reference number T2109131207575195832247. I have checked the receiver bank statement money not credited. Please do the needful as soon as possible

Fraud transactions are done through my Phone pe app... I lost Rs. 3, 02, 704/- ... FIR also done in local cyber crime department... They need full transaction details with account number, which bank it's credited... For this to whom we need to contact in Phone pe ? Hi,

I did the transaction on 2nd jul 21 to wrong account number via Phone PE.
The money was debited from my bank account .
we immediately call the bank and asked them to cancel the transaction to the benificary account holder.
Bank also onhold ready.
The same day we register the complaint in phonepe on the same day.
Phone pe recommended to contact the bank.
So we contacted the bank . bank given answer after 3 months for our ticket .
Bank will return money to phonepe only and they cant directly to send to our account.

The bank complaint code is given below for your reference and please contact bank and get back the money for us .
Its huge amount ( 29, 250Rs)for us. Please help on this claim.
