I’ve been waiting from 29th Aug to get my withdrawal after my wallet closure and executives keep postponing the dates and tell me to wait and it’s been a week since I kept begging them.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      4 Aug mr THEIVARAJ, a/c no[protected] transferred rs 1000 in my account through phone pay app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debbited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to his account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer made and on connecting phone pay customer care they told me that transfer was successful and afterwards what happend we do not know.
      2 days has been passed and money has not been credited to any of the account.
      Please provide the solution.

        Your agent misguided my wife and withdrawal 15000 from account.
        You agent phone no is [protected].
        We never expect this type of fraud company like phone pe.
        Kindly refund my money back on priority otherwise I am going to consumer court.

          Flipkart have refunded to my phonepe wallet debit card but money is not yet reflected in my bank account although phonepe shows credited to my debit card. My transaction id of refund of 18999 is P2109041720262234552070.

            I have done transact in phonepe on 31st Aug 21 using credit card pay rent .
            I got transaction successful but receiver bank not received money till today 04th sept 21.

            I raised ticket in phonepe but they they are saying money reached receivers bank account but still not received.
            Please help me on this.

By Default a Claim reward is display in my phone(Phone pe) app.when I Scratch this card and give my UPI pin, my amount Rs.1, 965 is debited from my bank account. So, please take necessary action to Refund my Money to my bank account.This money is my hard work and earn this Money.

              The amount was debited from my account.
              Please stop this subscription from my account of phone pay.
              This recharge code is not useful to me.

                    I had requested for my wallet closure hence I opted for withdrawal of money and the service team told me it would take 3 days to complete the same and after the 4th day if I raise an issue they tell me to wait for another 3-4 days. Please transfer it asap as it's an emergency.

                        While I ordered my food on tomato, after applying coupon that I got from my phone pay account, the coupon was applied but I didn't get complete cash back.the offer was 50% of[censored]p to 125 on minimum order value 159..i got only 50 rupees off

                          I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 871.80 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund amount.

                            Someone from mobile number [protected] call me and said you won 5000 rs from phonepe i said okk how will i get money he said open phonepe he sent me payment request of 5000 and said click on pay then you will get otp when you insert it then you will get 5000rs in your account he thought i am illitrate i didnt know meaning of pay ...i requesting you please take some strict action against this number otherwise many phonepe user didnt know and stucked in this phishing scam

                                      Transaction shows successful in phone pe but money not credited to account

                                      Transaction successful on 6th August 2021 as seen on the phone pe app. But till date not received the amount to bank account. Transaction id:T2108061933539655176512.
                                      Written mails to merchant support and contacted phone pe customer care but no solution. Dont know why you show success in app but not crediting it to account. How can we trust you?...
