My complaint is i have already paid a electricity bill amount Rs 1004/- on 26.07.2021 6.46 pm. Transaction id -T2107261849011192296701 and my balance deducted from my bank account but bill payment failed (bill not paid) and till not(today) my balance not credited in my bank account.
So, please resolve my problem and refund my balance in my bank account.
