There was a vacancy notice from from a site namely rtcdei.in they asked for the amount for rs 500. One of my friend did it from my upi ID which even after the money was deducted from the bank it showed error . Later I came to know its fraud. Kindly help me out with the refund for the same.

    I think phone pe company miss use with every customer like balnce cut and then processing like word and bank servers slow and other point use and be fool to people if receiver balance not received so why do balance cut in our ac .i am trying customers care call but they not atteend and not resloved our problem.
    I need help pls reslove my problem because this money send for my family hospital charge and very emergency and serious also ...

      I recharged my fastag on 8th August 2021 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 500/- but the transactions did not got credited to the Fastag account whereas Phonepe has given the UTR number for the same transaction with the message of transaction Successful.
      I want the refund of the debited amount which has not got credited to fastag account.

            I am not a user of phonepe. I have never logged into phonepe even once. But my friend actually received a notification on phonepe, that i am now on phonepe. What does it mean. Are there chances that someone is trying to be me

                  Payment successfully but ticket not booked yet

                  Hi team,
                  PhonePe transaction id: T2108080758385227123526

                  I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 211.80 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund...

                                Respected sir,
                                My phonepe number is [protected].

                                My complaint is i have already paid a electricity bill amount Rs 1004/- on 26.07.2021 6.46 pm. Transaction id -T2107261849011192296701 and my balance deducted from my bank account but bill payment failed (bill not paid) and till not(today) my balance not credited in my bank account.

                                So, please resolve my problem and refund my balance in my bank account.
