    Today, i received call from [protected] asking me that you have received cash back on your PhonePe account. When i checked it on PhonePe it was not cashback he requested me for payment and when I refused
    to pay he called me again and started abusing me. Please take some action against him.

      Amount of Rs.598 has been deducted from my account on 28 July 2021 but recharge not done yet . Amount of Rs.89 deducted from my account on 3 July 2021 but recharge not done yet . Amount of Rs.20 has been deducted from my account on 3 July 2021 but recharge not done yet.Then I recharged from other app the money is deducted and I received the recharge successfully. I am only facing this problem from PhonePe of money deducted from my account but recharge not received yet.Continuously thrice I have suffered this issue of money deducted from my account but recharge not received yet .have talked to Airtel customer support and they have informed me that it’s not an issue from their side . It’s an issue to be resolved by PhonePe .
      Kindle resolve my issue . I am trying to reach out to PhonePe team from last 3-4 days but my issue has not been resolved.
      I am really disappointed .

                    Reactivation of deleted account

                    I got my account my account deleted a while ago, without proper information on deactivation policy.
                    This clause of deactivation that is a deactivated account can't be reactivated should be highlighted.

                    For the time being, please activate my deleted account, I was not aware of the deactivation policy of phonepe company...

                    My phonepe number is blocked for my request. accutually this is not my request . This request is raised my family members.as per request my number is blocked permenently.
                    Please unblock my account

                      Why my primary account has blocked, I use phonepee daily, , and I only use phonepay to transfer money, I have called customer care but they are saying u r account has blocked due to security reasons, I dint even do anything and my account has blocked, plz kindly unblock my account.

                        I was made a repayment installment through phonepe to kreditbee loan company on 1july at 12.11am, my transaction was succesful but receiver's did not received the amount, might be it is in pending status .
                        Amount has been debited from my account on 1july 12.11 am but still I did not received any refund, and thereafter kreditbee is claiming continuously to repayment the amount, and my amount is getting high regularly as I am not paying the amount.
                        Please arrange to refund my amount back to account or please help to repayment the amount to kreditbee .

                        Hope you will take full responsibility and solve the problem ASAP.
                        Attaching herewith the relevant SS for the above statement.

                          I was completed a transaction on 1july, 2021 at 12.11am of rupees 2801.As per phone pay, transaction was successful but receiver's bank did not received the amount, they are claiming for repayment but, I already pay for this to phone pay, and it was a successful transaction.

                          Please find the attached relevant SS and refund my amount back or help to repayment in kreditbee

                          Please solve my problem asap, the amount is very much high for me as my family background is not good enough, hope you do your best to solve the problem.
