plz Solved my phon pay problem.

I got this ad on Facebook of playing game and winning. I played and won bubble shooter pro game and a PhonePe pop up came showing a scrach card with winning amount ₹5000/-
I scrach it and immediately ₹5000/ got deducted from the bank account.
Please help me get my money back.
This is a fraudulent act done by anyone but it is done through my PhonePe account.
Please resolve the issue ASAP.

Amount of Rs.598 has been deducted from my account on 28 June 2021 but recharge not done yet . Amount of Rs.89 deducted from my account on 3 July 2021 but recharge not done yet . Amount of Rs.20 has been deducted from my account on 3 July 2021 but recharge not done yet.Then I recharged from another app the money is deducted and I received the recharge successfully. I am facing this problem only from PhonePe of money deducted from my account but recharge not received yet.Continuously thrice I have experienced this issue of money deducted from my account but recharge not received yet .I have talked to Airtel customer support and they have informed me that it’s not an issue from their side . It’s an issue to be resolved by PhonePe .
Kindle resolve my issue . I am trying to reach out to PhonePe team from last 4-5 days but my issue has not been resolved.I mailed my complaint on PhonePe mail Id and they responded that this is the old mail and is not used currently. Then I replied them that please provide me with the new mail Id but received no reply from PhonePe team .
I am really disappointed .

Why my primary account has blocked, I only use phonepee to transfer the money plz kindly unblock my primary account

Money was deducted but recharge is not successful.

I have recharged a mobile number thru phonepay the amount is denied from my account but the recharge is note come in my mobile number please take it seriously I want refund of my 149 rupees

Today, i received call from [protected] asking me that you have received cash back on your PhonePe account. When i checked it on PhonePe it was not cashback he requested me for payment and when I refused
to pay he called me again and started abusing me. Please take some action against him.

I got my account my account deleted a while ago, without proper information on deactivation policy.
This clause of deactivation that is a deactivated account can't be reactivated should be highlighted.

For the time being, please activate my deleted account, I was not aware of the deactivation policy of phonepe company...

My phonepe number is blocked for my request. accutually this is not my request . This request is raised my family members.as per request my number is blocked permenently.

I have prepaid my Airtel mobile number through phonepe on 30 June at 01.42 pm IST but my amount got deducted but I didn't claim my recharge till today

Sir, I got a request on 02/07/2021 at 11.39 AM in which it was written that you press 12487 code to retrieve your 2000, then I suppressed it due to ignorance and immediately deducted money from my account in [protected] upi who have submitted online fraud with me so request you to kindly solve my problem
