I had purchased 10gms Gold on 25th June 2021, I have paid Rs. 52769.22, I have got a bill of only Rs. 51370. When asked they say it's not possible to give full bill.

The. Name in the bill is wrong, they say it's not possible to change the name and give.

How can they refuse to pay full bill for the amount that is being paid by me?...

I have amount to Domino's the amount got debited but order dint place so I have intiated and placed order but I don't get the amount which was detected first .....

I had booked a ticket on 12th June but that ticket was not booked nor did I get its refund and the ticket was not booked I want my money back at the earliest Rs 396...

I called at phone pe customer care no. Then one person received my call and told me for a payment, I had done this payment on his phone pe number but he didn't refund my money
Please sir help me and make refund my money...

I have not broke any rules and regulations, however phonepe merchant account blocked my number from registering for security reasons.

I just want my number to be able to register on it again, please help me out.

Please provide the option like user can saved a Money in Phone pe...where the user have to gave a money to other's like such big amount..like user can fixed deposit Money they only in Phone pe after depositing money user cannot use that money such a time... fixing the time to that Money... please....

I transferred an an amount of Rs.4194.00 against my Canara Bank Credit Card bill on 14th June 2021 but till date neither it has been transferred to Bank nor any message to me for transaction. Till day before yesterday i have lodge two complaints vide ticket nos.[protected] dt.21st June and[protected] dt.23rd June 2021 but issue not yet resolved due that unable to use credit card.
Please get it resolve asap.

Hi Team/Phone,

I have made a transfer of 9923.37 for which the Receiver did not get the amount and also the amount is deducted from my Bank but the app is not even showing the transaction. THe UTR number which I can see in the bank is[protected]. Literally confused it should atleast show Pending/Failed/Success but I do not see anything in the APP....

I have made payment through your phonepe app (regd mobile No.[protected]) for Rs.3000/- to Titan India Ltd on 17/06/2021 around 4 pm. ([protected]@icici) from my SBI a/c No.[protected] to client account vide UTR No.[protected].
The amount was debited in my account but the client not received the amount till now.
kindly check and do the needful.

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT . I HAVE DOWNLOAD PhonePe app for transaction. And without my consent this app debited Rs 1927 from my account .
In scratch win. And its showing
that Rs 1927 will be credited to my account but it debit my account
with Rs 1927.00 . Its a totally fraud done with me
So, I requested you
to kindly reverse my account back immediately

A wrong payment has been made by me to a phonepay account "[protected]@api"; I'm the only member in my family who is earning for fullfillment of my family; I'm a private employee; Please help me to get back my money; It's a large amount for me as I'm the only person at home who is earning.

Today 13 June fraud trany has been done on phone pe account no [protected] twice of Rs 500/- each. Kindly request to look into the matter for further investigation and refund the same at the earliest....

I make recharge yesterday through phonepe as I tryst on phonpe but I don't know what's happened wrong my money got deducted from my account but the plan of Rs 299 is not applied on my no and still that plan is not activate I talked to Airtel customer care they told me there is no recharge of Rs 299 done yesterday.. But my money already cuts from my account... I want my money back of...

I have done recharge of Rs 210 for Tata Sky DTH on 8/6/2021 at 8.17 PM. The payment is successful and amount got deducted but not received in DTH account.
We contacted DTH Customer service and they said that money has been not received by them from PhonePe. I raised ticket in PhonePe also but not got satisfactory result....
