I was made a repayment installment through phonepe to kreditbee loan company on 1july at 12.11am, my transaction was succesful but receiver's did not received the amount, might be it is in pending status .
Amount has been debited from my account on 1july 12.11 am but still I did not received any refund, and thereafter kreditbee is claiming continuously to repayment the amount, and my amount is getting high regularly as I am not paying the amount.
Please arrange to refund my amount back to account or please help to repayment the amount to kreditbee .

Hope you will take full responsibility and solve the problem ASAP.
Attaching herewith the relevant SS for the above statement.

    I was completed a transaction on 1july, 2021 at 12.11am of rupees 2801.As per phone pay, transaction was successful but receiver's bank did not received the amount, they are claiming for repayment but, I already pay for this to phone pay, and it was a successful transaction.

    Please find the attached relevant SS and refund my amount back or help to repayment in kreditbee

    Please solve my problem asap, the amount is very much high for me as my family background is not good enough, hope you do your best to solve the problem.

          The amount is debited from my account but recharge was not done and same problem with transfer of money . Amount is debited but transfer is not done and the message shows recharge successfully and transfer successfully

                      Phonepe app shows successful transaction but receiver didn't get any money. Receiving bank says didn't receive any money. Sender bank says successfully sent money.

                        On 10/06/2021 the money Rs 50, 000 was sent from Sender Renuka N to Receiver Meghana V, the money got debited from sender whereas not credited to receiver instead was sent to unknow receiver account.

                        We enquired with phonePe as well with the SBI home branch but not getting proper information regarding the unknown receiver account details.

                        Could you please consider the compliant with high priority and resolve the issue
