Muje number se call aya tha[protected] or phone pay ke naam se fraud hua mere sath mujse paise lelie mere sare...mai ek student hu please help me

I have paid an amount of Rs. 4, 400(SBI Bank Account) from Ph no. - [protected], to Ph no.- [protected] via Phone pay app on 27th May 2021. After two days he informed me that the amount is not reflecting in his account ( He told me that he is not using Phone pay for past 3 years).
When I launched a complain on PhonePe, they informed me that his phone pay account is still active.
As of now he is still denying the payment I've made and is not helping me in assisting the transaction (as amount is deducted from my account and I haven't received it back).
Its been 7 days since the transaction, I request you to please help me and sort this issue as in this pandemic, I need money for medical bills.

On dated[protected] i paid rs 18500/- as per transaction id T2104251752084468141450 but not credited receiver's account till date pl do needful

I have paid SBI credit card bill payment 0f Rs - 8000 by using phone pe e on 04-Feb-21 so transection is successful but till date amount not credited to SBI card, I have log complaint to SBI and Phone pee also but SBI said transection not show in our system & Phone pee said paid successful from our end you log complaint to NPCI so i also log complaint to NPCI but no response so please help me

I had no recharge on my number and also my app was uninstall and i never give my details to anyone but my number get recharge automatically by phone pay and also my recharge was not done because they saying recharge done to vi and my sim is airtel so how can this transaction is done

My wallet had a balance and I closed my wallet but the amount had not yet credited to my bank account can u please solve this issue has soon as possible

It has been a year now, that i have been waiting for my money to be refunded. Phone pay support is disaster. Money was deducted but never got credited to person's account. Now i have lost nearly 600 because of phone pay. And they never took a look at it, as it had happened to me alone 3 times, i started hating this app. It really an awful app, even with so much resources.. i have not lost a dingle rupee any of the upi app, bhim or gpay or paytm... Never i lost money..
Except phone pay, and these cases are throughout the play store review section.

My next issue is, the phonepe, are playing a heavy role in getting indians addicted to gambling... Even class 12 kids will be using it.. and these people will give lucrative offers, coupon and discounts on all money gambling apps like rummy or ace and all. What are they promoting? We dont require the degrading coupons, atleast dont force indians into gambling.. i belive this should be taken seriously.. or this Indians generation will start betting.
and dont underestimate the crimes which will take place to complete their betting addiction
Thats not what we fought for.
Their are healthy solutions, like discount on books or tuition or educational app. Please look into it.

Phone pe blocked my account with any reason please help me when I am contacting then they said your account is blocked due to security reason and unable to reinstate my account without giving any justification

Sir Id same phonepe account not running please solve the problem
