Made a IRCTC ticket payment through phonepe amount deducted from my account but ticket not yet booked IRCTC app shown payment failed.. I need to book ticket on tomorrow kindly refund the amount and clear the issue as soon as possible

Updated by vikram2212 ek friend ke naam se kisi ne qrcode banakar mujhe bheja aur whatsapp par usi ke naam se account banaya aur wo bola hospital me hun fir 5000 maange friend hain problem me hain isiliye paise qrcode scan karke send kiye but wo koi froud tha .

One Guy In Jharkhand I think Live. He Calling Me About My Phone Pe Bonus Cash. He Said Your Bonus Cash you Use Then Your Offer Are Expired In Few Days I'm Clicking The Message In Phone Pe Message And Phone Direct My Show UPI Pin I'm Not Sure This Time It's Fake Or Not. Then I'm Fill My UPI Pin And My Account Money Is Gone To Another Account. I'm Calling That Person He Switched Off The Phone And My Money Is Not Give Me Back.

I have paid an amount of Rs. 4, 400(SBI Bank Account) from Ph no. - [protected], to Ph no.- [protected] via Phone pay app on 27th May 2021. After two days he informed me that the amount is not reflecting in his account ( He told me that he is not using Phone pay for past 3 years).
When I launched a complain on PhonePe, they informed me that his phone pay account is still active.
As of now he is still denying the payment I've made and is not helping me in assisting the transaction (as amount is deducted from my account and I haven't received it back).
Its been 7 days since the transaction, I request you to please help me and sort this issue as in this pandemic, I need money for medical bills.

I have paid SBI credit card bill payment 0f Rs - 8000 by using phone pe e on 04-Feb-21 so transection is successful but till date amount not credited to SBI card, I have log complaint to SBI and Phone pee also but SBI said transection not show in our system & Phone pee said paid successful from our end you log complaint to NPCI so i also log complaint to NPCI but no response so please help me
