I have done the payment through phonepe to the credit card bank the money has been debited from my account but the amount didn't credit to the credit card issuing bank

But as phonepe does its transaction without using IFSC so money transferred to same account number but at IFSC- BARB0DBDEOD, which is situated in DEODAR, GUJARAT. I have recharged for 499 rupees in my jio number. money is credited from my bank account but transection is still pending.

Rs. 500 has been debited from my account on 29th March 2021 for a failed transaction. The money is still not refunded....
