It has been a year now, that i have been waiting for my money to be refunded. Phone pay support is disaster. Money was deducted but never got credited to person's account. Now i have lost nearly 600 because of phone pay. And they never took a look at it, as it had happened to me alone 3 times, i started hating this app. It really an awful app, even with so much resources.. i have not lost a dingle rupee any of the upi app, bhim or gpay or paytm... Never i lost money..
Except phone pay, and these cases are throughout the play store review section.

My next issue is, the phonepe, are playing a heavy role in getting indians addicted to gambling... Even class 12 kids will be using it.. and these people will give lucrative offers, coupon and discounts on all money gambling apps like rummy or ace and all. What are they promoting? We dont require the degrading coupons, atleast dont force indians into gambling.. i belive this should be taken seriously.. or this Indians generation will start betting.
and dont underestimate the crimes which will take place to complete their betting addiction
Thats not what we fought for.
Their are healthy solutions, like discount on books or tuition or educational app. Please look into it.

Phone pe blocked my account with any reason please help me when I am contacting then they said your account is blocked due to security reason and unable to reinstate my account without giving any justification

Please solve my issue in phone pe fraud

I am only blocked my phone pay account because of insufficient balance.later i am created a new bank account but now i am anable to login the phone pay account.please unblock my phone account.The phone pay is very important for my job.

We pay Rs. 5760 to account number [protected], ifc code -CBIN0284017 on date[protected] from our account number [protected] using our phone pay app. The amount is not credited in beneficiary account and there is also no refund get for that payment. The transaction I'd of payment is

In an UPI transation amount debited from my account but not received in receiver account

I am done payment to phone pe but receiver doesn't get the money
What should i do
It's already done 5 to 6 day's
I want my money back soon

My name is Gautam Singh Rawat as you Know I am your customer I used to trust your Phone pay And my money was deducted two times (1999+1999=3998)by your phone pay through. I am getting very upset now a days In the same way now a days, the corona disease is going on.Sir this mistake has also been made through the phone pay app as you know through fraud on phone pay I have been transacted twice Whose person fraud His Name is Avinash & His Contact No is [protected] &(paytm no [protected]@paytm) A unknown Call by me and Said to me Open Your phone pay and check your rewards you have won a reward of Some Rs 4999 and press Bell icon & I have pressed bell icon and Suddenly the payment have deducted one time and again payment deduct (1999+1999=3998 Rs )There are 2 transcation. I have been Complaint with Already Cybercrime On17/04/2021.But There is no response from there yet.But I have not received my money yet . So I humble request to you please Refunds my Balance as soon as possible.
