    I transferred Rs 50000 using phone pay from my SBI account to my ppf account.
    Though transaction was failed, amount was deducted and has not been revert back till date.

      I have made a transaction of 55990 to buy a laptop through Filpkart on April 3rd of 2021.Today ia 18th april 2021 Till the date merchant denies as they didnt get the money till now as they marked it as failed.I have contacted my bank SBI State Bank of India regarding this as they said they cannot do anything as it is a 3rd party application transfer.I have contacted Phonepe customer care from the date of tranfer till now to Refund and check it the money . It is been 15 days since this was gone through.Kindly please go through this and do necessary action to give my money back.

            While purchasing gold, there are no security norms followed and the purchase goes thru instantly. When it comes to selling gold, they ask you to wait for 24 hours first which is understandable. Later, they give a message stating due to security reason, the gold can only be sold after 5 days. I'm the owner of the gold purchased, I should be able to sell it whenever I want it to. What if the gold prices falls in next 5 days. I'll be under loss. Haven't heard from phonepe and they keep saying to try after 5 days which doesn't make sense. Ticket number:[protected]

                  I have done the payment through phonepe to the credit card bank the money has been debited from my account but the amount didn't credit to the credit card issuing bank

                                I have done a transaction using phonepe app login with mobile number [protected]. I have done a transaction of 10000/- rupees to an account no. [protected], IFSC- BARB0BRGBXX situated at AJERKA, ALWAR. But as phonepe does its transaction without using IFSC so money transferred to same account number but at IFSC- BARB0DBDEOD, which is situated in DEODAR, GUJARAT. It is not possible for me to reach to that customer physically, so on my behalf please laudge a complaint to the concerned bank at mail
                                [protected]@bankofbaroda.com to hold that money and return it to same account number bank.
