I have done a transaction using phonepe app login with mobile number [protected]. I have done a transaction of 10000/- rupees to an account no. [protected], IFSC- BARB0BRGBXX situated at AJERKA, ALWAR. But as phonepe does its transaction without using IFSC so money transferred to same account number but at IFSC- BARB0DBDEOD, which is situated in DEODAR, GUJARAT. It is not possible for me to reach to that customer physically, so on my behalf please laudge a complaint to the concerned bank at mail
[protected]@bankofbaroda.com to hold that money and return it to same account number bank.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
