The bank has debited RS 570 for a failed transaction N2011291008020686725471 which was debited Dena Bank/Bank of Baroda on 28-Nov-2020. This amount has not been refunded till date.When I approached them today they said to contact Phonepe.

Please sort this and refund the amount to the bank.

I have invested 5000₹ through phonepe app on Aditya Birla sun life liquid fund.
