We did payment to a merchant or Rs.95 but at the time of transaction it shows transaction failed and after some time money deducted from PhonePe app when we leave the shop after making payment to the merchant via another Payment app Kindly ask PhonePe to revert our amount as it was showing the transaction failed at the time of payment. Now PhonePe is not taking ownership of this payment Merchant is claiming that money is not received in his PhonePe account My bank is saying that the transaction is successful I am feeling cheated just because of Phone Pe as I am at loss currently, Kindly ask Phone Pe to revert back the money in my account or settle the payment Transaction Amount Rs95 Date: 11Nov2020 Merchant: Laxmi Medical Store Transaction Id: T2011111129100952571072

Why should I follow up with Merchant and the bank as I performed the transaction via PhonePe so PhonePe needs to take the whole responsibility, company is withdrawing his hands from the issue

I got a call from no. [protected] that rs.5000 are to be add to my acc. On phonepay.Bot some problem has occured and to transfer rs. 500 to paytm credit card bill payment([protected]@paytm)After that failed i'm told to pay to new request to pay razorpay([protected]@icici).
I want to confirm that the call was some scam or genuine.

On 17th December 2020 around 12:17 pm someone call me on my phone and say that I'm calling from PHONEPE and you won the lottery they send me a link on PHONEPE why I open it and put UPI no soo my money was cut and call was also cut...!.he is active all day every time please try to action on it

I have done a transaction on phone pe amount debited from my account but transaction was failed

I, Sandip Sarkar, tried to make a recharge of Rs.199/- for my Jio No. [protected] on 15th December 2020 on Phone Pe at 6:13 PM. The recharge failed but PhonePe has not refunded my money.

I recharged my fastag on 12th dec 2020 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 1000/- but the amount is not credited to fastag. I received message for successful transaction.

My name is nitin kumar . I have transferred 5000 amt through phonepe by Sbi account but amount got struck .phonepe i got message that it will take 3 days .i waited for 6 days and called to customer care .i talked to manish kumar from best bengal .he told me that i should again transfer 5000rs to my receiver freshly .previous amount will refund with 3 days dontt worry he said. But my receiver dint recieve my amount so i asked manish kumar where did u sent my amount..already 5000 not recovered again 5000 where did amount u transferred.manish kumar talked very badly saying r u educated and some words in hindi.. iam asking my previous amount got stuck again wantedly 5000 rs where manish kumar transferred

I have received a call from a fraud company. So I invested money as I trusted the company. But in a week, the company website got closed and there is no response from the company about the issue. This not only happened to me but to more.

I had recharged from phone pe to my jio number with 399 and the transation was successful and money debited from bank account but recharge hasn't happened on my number. So I contacted phone pe - they told me that jio has accepted their request, on the other hand I also spoke with jio - they told me that they haven't received any request from phone pe to process my recharge. Any how no body has helped to retain my money or recharge done to my number.

On[protected] AT 3.43 PM one fraud call come and they claim they are customer executive of phone pay and cut my money through the phone pay, the fraud phone number is [protected].

Total money cut from my account Rs 11549, NOW my account have Rs 7.51 . Please help me sir, I already complained in Lalbazar police station the number 18433.

Trasaction cutting amount are Rs 1999, Rs 4, 999, Rs 1999, and then two times cutting 1000 amount and last time cutting 550

I did transaction on dec 1st 2020, Due to some technical amount debited from my account but not credited to reciver.

but later he told me that his number was not linked with phonepe instead his number is linked with google pay account.

but the transaction was completed from my end. i have talked with phonepe customer care executive as per their information i need to raise to complaint to bank or UPI to get my refund.
