My name is Muhammed Midlaj.My friend Muhammed Shamil paid to me the amount 32650 in 16 th October 2020 through phonepe.The amount is debited in shamil's account and not credited my account..
My phonepe is credited the amount and not credited in my bank account.

Such as the transaction through third party application phonepe.

I Had a transaction of rupees 1100/- with phonepe application dated 08/10/2020 . transaction is failed but payment deducted from my bank account and i have called so many times on customer care but didn't get satisfactory response.its allready 2 month gone i have registered my complain but my payment is not refunded . kindly look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible .

I did a prepaid recharge for my Jio number using phonePe on December 4. My money is deducted from the account but transaction is still pending. It's been more than 3 days, still phonePe hasn't responded.

Two days back my Father send me 3000 rps through phonepay, the money had cut from my father's account but i didn't receive it, also it shows msg that your payment reached to receiver bank and will be transfered to receiver account within 2 working days.

I made three transactions through Phonepe on 13th November 2020, My account is debited and till now the beneficiary(UCO Bank) has not received the amount also the amount has not returned to my account.
I have made several complaints, for which Phone pe is replying that our money is safe, and he is not aware why the beneficiary bank has not credited. Also they asked to complaint to our bank.
We have mailed to our bank ( PNB) and also raised complaints through our Portal (CGRMS) Complaint nos Complaint no [protected] dated 27.11.2020 and CW[protected] date[protected].

I would request to cancel the transaction and credit the proceeds to my account.

I have transferred Rs. 10000 to vendor that is debited from my account but amount is not credited to receiver's account yet
No revert from phone pe
in support box it was said that issue will be resolve inn 24 hours but i have not received any revert from them
i marked a mail to them which is mentioned in official website but revert i recieve is mail id is not working now.
i tried to contact them over customer care number but no body is answering call over there

Hello sir, I had completed all my profile details in phone pe and just to attach the bank but whenever I select the bank it get fail the verification. And I am unable to start this app

I have made two transactions on 13 November and 15 November but they two were failed I have also contacted phonepe support but they said the money will has been refunded but it's mroe than 18 days but I have not received any refund please look into the matter and resolve

30 November i have transferred rs.5000/- to friend, Ludhiana transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no[protected]. Transaction no P2011301135451389335755. But issue is till not credit to receiver. Kindly look into the issue

My money was not refunded

Phone pe gave me offer that pay at merchant minimum of 50 rs and get a cashback of 10 . I paid to a merchant but they didn't give me cashback I contacted them they told me that I didn't pay via phone pe linked bank account but I paid via phone pe linked bank account

On 02/12/2020 i make a transaction of Rs.81442, i send it to sbi to union bank of india its show your payment has reached to receiver bank And will be transferred to recever account within 2 working days, i made a transaction through upi

I did payment through bill desk for AFCAT (I) 2050 17 nov 2020 on 10:45 am via phone pay. The amount was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
I had to try again and it was only In the second time when I paid using debit card reflection was shown in the website.
The amount debited in the first attempt did not bore any fruit to me and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. Phone pay at the earliest.
The phone pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
Amount deducted from My Account but Payment Status did not confirm.
