I have done payment for my electricity bill of rs. 1590 /- through phonepe app on 21st july' 2020 with transaction number -
N2007211240407067842921
I did not received the receipt for the same. I request you to please send a copy of receipt to my email on urgent basis ([protected]@gmail.com). I am attaching the snapshot of the transaction done through app.

    Amount has not recevied by the beneficiare.
    on 12-Aug-2020 at 12:04pm the transaction has completed but the Beneficiare didn't receive the Amount yet...!
    The amount is 900Rs.

          I referred my friend, and he installed with my link and he registered upi and as first transaction he send 500 even though refer earn not credited this so unfair
          When he was sending the first transaction, i was beside him, while he was sending the app itself showed first transaction
          I think you will help me asapa

            I have done recharge 15 july 2020 of 199 is failed then 13 aug my recharge 199 is again. Jio does not sent me invoice of these two recharge.in two mouth i have recharge four times two is successful two is failed. I have lost 398 amount.

                14/08/2020 @6:55 pm evening someone calls me saying that you have phonepe notification check it on call and u have recived 4500 cashback you have to recive it then he said i have to downlod anydesk app and he said me to apen phone pay and said to pay me by addind my card no. And he stole my rs 17000 by doing fraud

                  Here at august 11th in my account some body credit 30, 000 rupees in account for my hospital purpose.in their account amount will be debited and show their transaction succesful but in my account amount will not credit... Already 80hours completed... Please accpet my request and check transactions and mesage me what is the problem please... Urgent required for me for hospital purpose... Please

                    I had put up up post on olx for selling a furniture item and a person contacted me and agreed on the amount. He insisted on paying the amount via phonepe and sent a qr code to scan and authorise the payment. Before that to prove he isn’t fraud, he opted same method to transfer rs5 in my account and asked me to approve. This time rs 5 got credited in my account so i proceeded to accept rs8000 amount also but this time the amount got debited from my account. That person posed an army personnel.

                      On 12/8/20 i have see a phone pay scratch coupon and i have scratch it and after that 1947 rs have been deducted 3 times from my account so total 5841rs.
                      Plz help me to get this money back

                        My Phonepe No.[protected], my name P Sri Lakshmi, I have transferred some amount to my friend and the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my account one week back, that amount was not came back to my bank account. I have contacted bank but bank saying they can not do anything.

                            I am a old customer of phonepe and using this app by regularly. But today 8:00 a.m. a massage came from phonepe alongwith phonepe logo about reward point rs. 1789 for credit in my account. At that time I understood that this massage came from phonepe. I use my security code and instead of credit amount rs. 1789 has debited into my account (regd. Mob no. [protected]). I have lodge complaint to hdfc customer care as well as phonepe customer care executive. And also lodged complaint to police station Vaijapur District Aurangabad Maharashtra and also lodged complaint in cyber crime branch Aurangabad rural, Maharashtra by e-complaint.
                            So I request you to take strict action against phonepe and to return my debited amount rs.1789/- as early as possible.

                                On 11th aug 2020 i did a money transfer of inr 15000 through phonepe.
                                The transaction is successful but the receiver hasn't yet received the amount.
                                I went to sbi bank and told them about the issue. They said you need to contact phonepe customer care.
                                So i raised my issue on phonepe customer care and they gave me a token and no response on it yet.
                                All the filled account details were correct for the transaction.

                                  I was searching song on google in between a pop came that i won reward of rs. 2709 and given option that claim it. I just click it and my money is debited please get back my money.
                                  Your vpa [protected]@ybl linked to your a/c no. Xxxxxx2736 is debited for rs. 2702.0 and credited to vpa [protected]@apl upi ref no.[protected]. Please take action against it.

                                    I send rs 3000 through phonepe upi to another phonepe user on 4/08/2020 money will be credited to reciever acount and immediately money is reversed from reciever acount but not credited to my account still now, also phonepe transaction showing success.

                                    Here im attaching reciever acount statement, look at 4/08/20 transactions, please check and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Hi team,

                                      When i called to their customer support each one is saying different stories and no one is giving proper reason. Finally talked with am he said due to illegal activities account has been blocked. Though am a genuine user of phonepe have not done any illegal transaction and infact not been used phonepe for any kind of illegal activities without any prior information account has been blocked and my gold got stucked in the wallet and also my bank details still been liked with phonepe. Am not sure whether it will be secured over there are not??

                                      Can you help me out of this case. Awaiting for your positive response.
