On 21/10/2022 at 09:33pm i made a transaction of 80, 000 rs through phonepe using phone number [protected] to another account [protected]. The money was debited from my bank account and i got a sms and gmail verification of money debited but it is not credited to the recipient account. Kindly look in to this matter and make the transaction sucessfull or please provided a refund.

Refer TXn Id T2209181820342239612354, I made payment of Rs. 1100/- through phonepe wallet and the amount got debited from wallet but not received by merchant, the merchant has verified with bank statement and proved that he has not received the payment, Made repeated interactions with your Support team on several occasions but they stick to standard automated reply.
