Sir/Ma’am
I did an online transaction of ₹2500 via UPI through PhonePe App. The transaction failed and the fund was deducted from my SBI Bank account([protected]). The receiver didn’t receive the funds either. The PhonePe App blamed the error on bank and bank didn’t address the issue either.

          I send 5000 to my frnd through phone pe on[protected] at 1:13 pm, , amount is debited from my account but my friend didn't receive any amount and phonepe is showing transaction successful, , when i check my balance no such amount is credited back to me, , pls help me sir

                I made a payment from phonepe on 13th June 2020 at 6:39 A.M.rs5000 transaction number P2006130638416410289818, which has been debited from my account but the transaction is showing pending and no credit has been given to the scheduled account.
                I HAVE ALREADY DOCKET FOR IT where message was "your payment has the receiver's bank and will be transferred to the receiver's account within 2 working days. If this fails for some reason you will receive a refund."
                My phonpe mobile number by which transaction was done is [protected].
                I think all data provided herewith if anything is missing then please let me know with the number [protected]/[protected]. Otherwise please refund the amount in immediate basis.

                    I m a responsible indian citizen. I want to inform you that some crupt people make people fool & doing fraud on the name of army. I share some numbers of those people whom trying to make online fraud with me in the name of army... Please take hard action on them so all their group learn a lesson & again not try to use army name and fame to make people fool.

                        I did a transaction (P2006131147181949526646) to jsp honda merchant, while i was doing the transaction i received 'gateway error'

                        So i did once again, the transaction was successful 2nd time

                        But amount has been deducted twice

                        I contacted the merchant and got the update amount isn't credited in the merchant's bank

                        I would like to know where was the amount of rs. 393?

                        It's neither with phonepe nor jsp honda

                        Can you please check and initiate the refund immediately

                          Sir,
                          I siva sai krishna have been using phone pe from last 2years. I used to pay my electricity (3homes) bill through phone pe. Yesterday i went power office i paid in power office. They have charged the exact amount printed on the bill.
                          Two day back i have paid one of the bills through phone pe. You (Phone pe) charged extra exactly 100 on the bill. Why (Is it phone pe charges).
                          I have been paying for last 8 months. I don't how much amount (Extra) they have charged from me.
                          I asked for clarification. But they told to send some document. Till then no reply. I have been contacting but they are not responding properly.
                          Below i have attached the bill and receipt.
                          They have shown 767 instead of 667. I have paid blindly. Later, i checked i was shocked about this.
                          This is not a complaint. I just bring to your notice. I excepting to no other person could face this. Because we are earning money with more pain. But, these people looting money with more intelligence.

                          If you see the 3 rd and 4th attachment, i the 3rd one actual bill is 712 rupees. But, from phon pe app, it has shown 812 rupees. Exactly 100 rupees extra (Is it your service charge). I have paid in power office they have charged exact 712 but you people (Phone pe)...?
                          I am excepting reasonble action on phone pe

                            Dear Phonepae team,

                            I wish to complain about my transaction with transaction ID- P2001031020586141011598) that I had done on 3rd january 2020 .

                            I have made phonepae payment of 6500 to my uncle, it shows transaction successfull but he had not received the money.

                            I thought there may be problem from my bank or my uncle's bank, after a through enquire and complaint in the bank, I found the problem was with phonepae UPI payment. I want my money back in my account, since it is a long period of 6 month
                            and I am suffering financial issues.

                            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

                              I ordered a product from flipkart the transaction id is-

                              The time is-1:43pm and the date is - 06 may 2020
                              Then the order is cancelled from seller and the transaction id of refund is-
                              P2005220523029786506469
                              And the time is-5:23am and the date is 22 may 2020.
                              But the amount did not added to my bank account.
                              Please solve this issue as earlier as i need the money.

                                  Refund the amount against failed transaction

                                  Someone hacked my phone sim on 8, may 2020 and debited my amount throughphone pe from my saving account in 3 transaction details below..
                                  1. Rs 24248, timing 11.14 am date 8 may 2020, utr no[protected]

                                  2. Rs 24247, timing 11.15 am date 8 may 2020, utr no[protected]

                                  3. Rs 8866, timing 11.18 am, date 8 may 2020, utr no[protected]

                                  We have visited in bank, derawal nagar branch new delhi 110009 and mr gaurav system manager has assist us to do first fir in cyber cell and we will do process later and after that we have done fir and complaint in model town police station delhi and we have attached all this things in the attachment also.
                                  .
                                  We have also done online complaint with hdfc customer care request no is lucc[protected]...

                                  Take necessary action asap and give us monday morning dispute form and all others legal formalities so that this process of reverse transaction can be done in my account...

                                      Hi. I was supposed to make payment for a credit card of icici. But unfortunately i have entered 1 digit wrong in the number because of which the payment went to another credit card all together. I reached out to my bank which was linked to phonepe they said they have raised a chargeback request to yes bank and yes bank haven't responded. Even i have raised a complain to [protected]@yesbank.in but their reply was that, due to covid19 situation we are not able to respond. I have made this transactions on 5th april 2020. It is already been 2 months since the transactions are made. Looking for assistance in this regard. The 3
