I was transferring money from my 'state bank of india' bank account to my 'bank of india' account through phonepe on 30th june 2020 at 9:49pm.. So by mistake i clicked on 'to account' rather than clicking on 'to self' option my money has been deducted from my account but yet not has been transferred to my another bank account and it's been 15 days i hasn't got any response from the phonepay or sbi..

    I purchased 1050 my club coins worth 799 in pes mobile 2020. I did it through upi id payment method and used phonepe as a transaction medium. When i did the purchase money was debited from my account but the in-game was not available for me. I want my money back

        Respected, on 13/7/2020 my account got debited by 14000rs by mistake by someone from my family member. Later i know that then i complain registerd to phone pay team. The money transfer to 2 different accounts which i don't know them personally or officially please sir help to get back my money i got salary which i lost in this. Please sir help me to solve my this situation as early as possible

            I have done transaction of 50k on phonepe on march 2nd 2020 but transaction has failed and amount has been debited and till today i did not get refund even though i have raised complaint in phonepe and bank

                Hi all,

                I have purchased gold on phonepe (Mmtc-pamp) assuming that phonepe is trusted site even for investment. But to my surprise that is completely different i was able purchase gold using same bank account and on same platform after accumlation of around 13 gms i needed money so thought of selling it on there platform but was not able to it says unable to transfer to primary account try with another primary account. It has been 7 days since i raised a complaint but except the automated message saying your issue will be resolved by end of day every time nothing happened so far and when with great difficulty i could connect to there customer care which is sub standard by all the means were telling me we will update by eod each time and every time i spoke with different executive. Now i feel cheated by phonepe team and want either physical gold or equivalent money.

                    I haven't get the money of my last referral, i personally suggested a guy and he installed the app and made his 1st transaction infront of me, he sent me 1 rupee, so please look in that, i really like to have that 200, help me in this issue, thank you.

                      I shared 35000 to a person through phonepe on 10th july. It didnt receive other end yet. Kindly do d needful as early as possible. Its urgent. I wanted that to give them soon, thats why sent through phonepe than choosing netbanking. But this is realy bad

                          On 8th july 2020 time 07:18pm i sent money to my owner, my money deducted but owner did not receive money rs4500, still status is showing pending. I already called 7-8 times to customer care but they are telling tomorrow, day after tomorrow like this my ticket number is[protected].
